Lost my glasses on a vacation and the gal I spoke with was so extremely kind and helpful! My frames were discontinued and she called around to other stores for me, located me a pair since her store didn’t have them and even shipped me a replacement pair out of state. Superb costumer service from their reps and their Drs that I’ve spoken with.

I walked in signed some paperwork, and had the eye exam immediately after .. no waiting which was great.. and then you get to the frame side and that was also a pleasant experience!! The staff here is amazing! I went here today to get new glasses/contacts and Dr. Green was so kind during my eye exam and made sure I was taken care of. I love this place SO very much! Katie and Adrian really just went above and beyond for me and helped me get a temporary pair of glasses so I didn’t have to go without them until my new ones arrived. A friend of mine recommended Eyeglass World, saying that she got some great glasses for her kids here at a really good price.I took my son here this afternoon and found a couple of frames that he liked (their frames are always at a 2 for 1 deal). I also found a few really cute pairs that I liked in a matter of a few minutes (that NEVER happens at ABBA).Allison helped us order his glasses and they will come in way faster than we expected. Went into Eyeglass World off of Academy on Monday, was welcomed right away by Katie. She asked me how she could help me and right away showed me to the frames and helped me pick out some awesome frames! We sat down to do the order and she explained all my options and what would benefit me with the type of prescription I have, she was very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like she was just trying to sell me something! They had my lenses in stocks and Cindy cut them for me right away as the lab manager was on lunch but they wanted me to have them right away! Will be recommending to all my family and friends. I recently received a request to order glasses for an inmate. I came down and handed the paperwork to Alicia. She walked us through the process and placed the order. Dr Kristen Heck was fabulous. She was professional, while at the same time, sweet to my daughter while checking her eyes. My daughter usually doesnt like getting her eyes checked, but she told me Dr. Heck made her feel comfortable and that she really liked her. Thank you Dr. Heck! As for getting my daughters glasses, the experience was horrible. Its taken 3 weeks to finally get my daughters glasses, but the manager, Cindy is making things right by having them delivered to us. Its nice not having to take a 3rd trip back to the store. Thank you for making this easier on me Ms. Cindy! Well be back next year!

I came from out of town to get my glasses. The customer service and the doctor were fantastic, they educated me about eye condition and preventive care for migraines. It was exceptional service....up until it explained I live out of town. I tried to get back same day to grab my glasses but I couldnt, I had mentioned to the lady who helped me if I could send my mom to grab them and she said yes. Website and Google both reflect theyre open on Sundays. Mom goes to the store today to get my glasses and theyre closed. Sign in window clearly says open SUNDAYS 12PM - 5PM. We live over an hour away, this comes on the back of being told I LEGALLY CANNOT DRIVE WITHOUT GLASSES. So imagine my huge disappointment when I cant get glasses.Service inside was great, but huge inconveniences like this really killed it for considering how far out of my way I went to go here.

Called 24 hours in advance. Gave them my insurance. Asked if I was covered. They said yes and I asked what benifits there are with my insurance at their store. Katie told me she would give a call back. I drove two hours to this store. Filled out my paperwork prior. Only to have them tell me my insurance doesn’t cover me there and I would pay out of pocket. Instead of saying sorry they ask if I want to continue with payment. So one star for wasted time and poor management.

By the way, I am not known for writing reviews, but Katie deserves acknowledgement for all the assistance provided to me over the past 9 months. This place has always taken care of me with custom sizes & tints, and I am a long time client of theirs. My last 2 pairs of glasses were of high quality, Calvin Klein rounds, one being clear, and one being yellow tint. These are most satisfactory. The prescription was done on the spot with appointment, and I picked them up a week later. These are so cool, and the prescription was on target. (see photo)

I’m a long time customer. The service, quality and prices are the best in town. On May 26th I was in with a special situation and a lot of questions. Alicia was awesome. She was so patient and helped with everything I needed. Very kind and sweet.

Very nice people, but way too busy to give good service. Waited 2 hours for my Dr appt, and another hour to get waited on for glasses. They took over a week to figure out what my insurance would pay and get back to me. The affordable frames are pretty awful. Add-ons quadruple the price of a pair of glasses.

Had a wonderful experience here! Doctor 2as extremely nice as well as the other staff! Katie helped me with picking out my glasses frame as I couldnt decide which one I like she was really helpful with picking what would work for my face shape and ones I liked! She was very kind and spent the time with me I need even though they were very busy. I didnt feel pressure to hurry up at all! Katie was so kind welcoming and friendly!! It was a good experience all around.

Ive been to Eyeglass World a couple times now for my glasses, and Im just so impressed with their service. The first time, they were able to do same-day service for new glasses because I had broken my original pair. (Waiting around 2 weeks at other places for glasses to come back from the lab, is not an option for me as I need to wear glasses all the time.) Anyway, I was also able to get new lenses for free after several months of hard wear and scratches, because Id purchased their reasonable insurance/warranty policy on my eyewear. This felt like a sort of prime membership, and made me feel taken care of. Like someone has my back. New lenses for free is a big deal! Once again, the glasses were returned to me quickly. I am also grateful for their knowledge and expertise on making adjustments on the lenses and frames to fit my focus. I am thrilled with Eyeglass World and I know a friend of mine is as well after having a similar experience there too. Ask for Cindy. I also enjoyed working with Skye, who got me all set up that first visit. These people there, Im telling you, they are awesome. The glasses are really great too. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly woman(sorry forgot her name) and she was very helpful showed me all the inventory they had, and its large! The actual eyeglass tech her name is Katie, was efficient and knew her stuff! So glad I went to eyeglass world and would recommend it to anyone who wears glasses, also the prices were reasonable!

I went in to look at frames, and I ended up ordering two! Cindy was the one who helped me pick out my frames and lenses, giving me suggestions on shape and color based on my preferences and face. She also checked with my insurance and their current promotions to be sure I was able to get the best deal possible.When it came time to pick up, I was helped by one other lady for my glasses (I can’t remember her name unfortunately), and then Skye for my second pair. Both times, they checked with me to make sure everything was comfortable and that any adjustments needed were done right then and there.It was a lovely experience, and while I hope I won’t need a new pair anytime soon, I know who to return to when the time comes~

Came in and was treated by Najae and Dr. Heck and they were so amazing. Najae did her best to look up my insurance, and although they were busy, she stayed calm, collected and cool. Dr. Heck was kind and thorough in my exam and reviewed all my options. They both made me feel like I was NOT just a number, and did NOT rush me through. Fantastic job ladies.

Sad to say we gave them multiple opportunities and they still failed miserably!From mixing up which glasses were to be regular vs. sunglasses, to cutting the lenses wrong and molding the frames to fit when they did not, to putting the wrong prescription in one of the remade pair, to repeatedly cursing loudly from the lab (as we waited, and where all customers could hear)... We were there on 3 different occasions. Very disappointing products and worse service! Finally just got a refund and will go elsewhere. We will not return and would not recommend.

Alicia was amazingly helpful. Only 4 stars because the accessible parking spaces are on a steep part of the parking lot. I needed help from another customer to get to the entrance in my wheelchair. On the 2nd visit, my teen had to help.

My dog destroyed a lens so I went the get it fixed. Rachel was absolutely amazing! They were busy when I went in, but I was taken care of very quickly. Thank you so much for great service!

This location has a great team of people working there. I worked with Skye. She is very knowledgeable and gave me helpful information regarding my prescription that no one has ever shared with me before. Her team members are great too. I walked in without a mask, the clerk said let me get you a mask. I let her know I am not required to wear a mask. She then falsely stated CDC guidelines saying the CDC requires our company to mandate masks. This is false information. There are plenty of optical shops locally that respect peoples freedom and privacy.

Everyone was super nice Cindy greeted me at the door and was very understanding. I came in looking for ray bans and was shocked with the selection. Allison and Skye also checked in on me and were really funny and nice it felt like I was with old friends. As I was waiting for them to pull lenses Katie came and double checked the order and made sure I was getting what I needed the whole experience was more than I could ask for it was poifect. Then me and the other optician Anthony talked about stocks and bit coin I really enjoyed that.they had a really diverse and fun loving staff.

Today while at work, my husband scratched his glasses something awful.I must have called about 6 eyeglass stores, including the original place of purchase, the issue was either not being able to get any real information/answers, or having to wait about 2 weeks for new lenses. I understand thats pretty standard.. the problem is, my husband is almost blind in one eye due to a bad car accident years ago and without glasses he gets awful migraines, dizziness, and cant drive..Exasperated, I called eyeglass world and spoke with Katie and she was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and went out of her way to find the lenses we needed for just a 24 hour turn around.Then, we get there and worked with Allison on the actual glasses and I explained to her our panic and frustration, she was so sweet to listen to us, very patient and empathetic, she even went straight in the back and cut the lenses for us so we didnt have to wait until tomorrow!It may seem silly to be so emotional over glasses, but when I tell you we could have cried! Thank you Katie and Allison!! You guys gave us such relief today and we cant thank you enough! We will definitely be returning and keeping our business at Eyeglass World!!

I went to Eyeglass World to get some replacement glasses, and to see what type of frames were included in the 2 for $78 deal. One of the lady workers named Skye was awesome and I appreciated her excellient customer service. She greeted me with a friendly smile and took very good care of me throughout the whole process of getting replacement glasses. I recommend coming and getting replacement glasses through Eyeglass World. The frames are affordable and comfortable, and the staff is great.

I was scheduled fairly quickly I went in for my permit renewal and failed the eye test and was told to get my eyes checked, got there early before my appointment time and Alicia helped us and was seen earlier then my appointment and was able to get contacts the same day even though i didnt have an appointment for it scheduled they were very nice and helpful and understanding of my situation and they helped me decide what type of glass lense i needed and why, They were just very helpful. I recommend this place!

WOW!! Came in to look at the frames before I got my eye exam. The girl said I MUST get an eye exam FIRST to even browse their frames!! She wouldnt even let me glance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

The windows and store were dirty. Even though I have been fully vaccinated the staff insisted that I wear a mask (June 23, 2021). I left without donning a mask or continuing. No reason in the world for me to wear a mask.

I went here because I read and heard about alot of problems at another eyeglass place. Im so glad I did. The doctor took her time with me so could get the correct priscription and Katie did a great job also. More $$$ than I was expecting to pay ($200. For 2 pairs, basic minimum). But I can see!!

My 2 glasses cost me 600$, and I told them I dont feel comfortable but all what they did is adjusting the glasses and to ask me to wear it for more time and it will be good, I am still dont feel good when I use it for phone and computer, I gave up because I am sure they will not change it because the smart doctor insist that nothing wrong with the glassesUpdate:I want to change my rate to 5 stars, after I wrote my review, 2 days later, the company ask me to contact them to help, this make me happy to go back and try to see if they will change it. Had to do an out of network claim this time around but will be searching for options so I can make this my go to place. I usually hate the whole glasses buying process, right up there with buying a car, but these people made it pain and hassle free!

I’ve never worn “glasses” in all my 57 years but I have been using readers for about 5 years now. Needed an eye exam for a drivers license renewal and picked this store because it was close to my office.The exam went great and I got my license renewed along with some great advice about eyewear.I came back about a week later to discuss options and ended up purchasing two pair of designer frames with progressive and transitional lenses. I was told to expect about a ten day wait before my glasses would be ready.Today is day ten and sure enough both pair were ready for pickup today. So now I have two brand new sets and don’t have to fumble between readers worn down on my nose and sunglasses any longer. I like them both so much I keep swapping them back and forth because they both make me look so good. Hahaha.Bottom line: I’ve received nothing but top notch service here from not only the optometrist but every single employee I worked with.Need some new eyewear or merely some great advice? This is your place. Highly recommend!

I was visiting from out of town and brought my own glasses frames to Eyeglass World for Perscription lenses. I was helped by Allison who was very knowledgeable and made the experience great. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The glasses arrived after I had already traveled back home but they were shipped out quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Eyeglass World. I would highly recommend them for your eyeglass needs.

Fantastic customer service. Employees go out of their way to make sure that you know your way around the store. After an employee accidentally broke my glasses while adjusting them, they gave a free pair of glasses to both my daughter and I. Ricardo was excellent in making sure that we both got the frame(s) we wanted, and then walked us through the different lens types to be sure that we ordered the best types of lenses for us. This is definitely where I am going from now on.
