Im beyond annoyed at this place, they are trying a virtual program where the doctor is not in the room but is working on your exam virtually. It would be fine if the software actually worked, but after being there an hour and getting all the prelim work done, I came out with no eyeglass prescription. They should make sure the software runs before putting patients through all of that. Now they want me to reschedule and do everything all over again.

My son needed an emergency fix for his glasses. For two days, we went to several eye glass business hoping for a remedy, but NONE could help. Jackie & Joyce went above and beyond to help fix my son’s glasses, even better that new. Just because it’s someone’s job, it doesnt mean they have to be the best. Jackie & Joyce proved how important it is to have a strong team. I will only go to this location for our eye glass needs. Bravo! THANK YOU

SCAM!!! I called to confirm they would take my insurance. They said that they would. When I came in they made me sign a contract to confirm I will pay for the exam and contacts. After my exam they said that they cant take my insurance and wanted me to pay in full.

I usually do not review whether good or bad. But I am so impressed that I have to share this.Jackie helped me choosing the best option during my frame and progressive lenses purchase, especially with a transition lens. As you may know, a transition lens could be tricky for professional people who need to see far and intermediate while they are in the office and on the computer.Jacki is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes her time to go over all options with pros and cons. She has an excellent manner, and you never feel that you are rushed to make a decision. I strongly recommend asking for Jackie before you decide about purchasing frame/lenses, especially if you are looking for advanced transition lenses. She is absolutely a tremendous asset to this branch.

My second experience here was so much better than my first 3! The gentleman that helped me today was beyond kind and helpful, I went in for an adjustment before a movie. Its nice they do it for free and got it done very quickly. We invited us to sit at one of the desks for consults, it was tidy and had some pamphlets I grabbed. Overall my experience getting glasses from a-z here was a 1 star, but a persons additude can really change an experience and getting my glasses fixed effortlessly and respectfully (no sales pitch or fee) I will return to get repairs on my frames but, do not plan on going on back to purchase glasses or get an exam here.

Usually had great experiences from the staff and Dr. McAllister. I’m disappointed that I had an appointment scheduled only to find out that Dr.McAllister retired (congrats!). The staff failed to communicate that to me and just cancelled my appointment without notifying me at all!! I usually get an appointment notification with a month supply of contacts left. Now I’m out.... thanks alot!! Poor poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First time to Lens Crafts and the adjoining but not related eye Dr, Dr Mcalister. The staff at the.eye Dr were assume we laughed a lot and got through all the silly Covid stuff. Then I went on to Lens Crafts which is a hall way away. Great staff here too they work though my requests quickly and easily with no fuss or pressure. When the price came in a higher than desired the person I was working with just came back from lunch so she said I wasnt here when you walked in, did you have a chance to checkout the value areas? Nope I said. Then I checked them out and found an acceptable pair for $129 with the anti glare coating. The order was placed not its just a week or so get them.

The doctor I saw Bradley Lewis was extremely rude & gave me a lecture about how my eyes will not improve unless I wear my glasses. I do not need a lecture, I just need glasses! As far as I know wearing glasses does not make your eyes reverse time and heal themselves! And I do were them when needed, or I wouldnt need to buy them! Pompes ahole. Then there sélection sucks. Im going somewhere else outside of insurance so I can have an accurate prescription and be treated with some level of respect.

This review is for the attached Eye Dr practice, specifically Dr Louis Bradley at First & Main. Worst experience with a human being in the 3 years Ive been in Colorado Springs. Dr Bradley absolutely hates his job and is extremely rude. Gave me what I suspected was an incorrect prescription (see better without glasses) but I was not going back there. Went to another Eye Dr and found that Bradleys prescription was 5 lines/places off. I can finally see now with a new perscription from Faclon Family eye care!!!

This was my first shopping experience in this location. In will start by saying as long as this location is here I will shop here. The day I walked in I was able to get an exam and pick out frames as well as the what options were best for my needs as far as the lenses. I stopped in today to see if my glasses were ready and they were to my amazement it only took five days. What made my shopping experience an excellent one was the people in the store from the exam to the finished product. I was greeted immediately with a warm sincere greet. I was told someone would be with me as soon as possible and I must say the staff was pretty busy which gave me time to shop the lenses without being felt as though I was on a used car lot. I also got to watch and listen to the associates and how caring and experienced they were with the other customers. I had explained to the doctor exactly what was going on with my eyes and what I was seeing thru my old glasses. And all I can say is that between the exam and the staff my expectations went far and above what one would expect. I honestly do not want to take my new glasses off, I feel like I am seeing for the first time. Kudos to all from the manager straight on down the food train. How nice it was to have such a great shopping experience, they are far and few between these days.

Worst experience I have ever had at an office that is supposed to care for people. Poor customer service, rude and entitled staff.We have spent the better part of two days trying to get glasses for myself and my son. First, the LensCrafters office we spent two and a half hours for them to return and claim they could not find us on insurance. Then, once that was cleared up, we returned today to have eye exams done.Again, they couldnt seem to find my wifes or sons coverage after 45 minutes waiting. So I return home, within 30 seconds, I pull up the website and behold... there they are on the insurance as expected.So I call to voice my frustration and tell the gal I found the information for her... she proceeds to interrupt me, because what I had to say I guess was unimportant to her or their business.Unless you want a lot of frustration, being talked over, and feeling less value as a human being, I would suggest ANY other eye doctor anywhere.

Thomas was very helpful throughout my experience at LensCrafters. I couldnt decide which sunglasses to get and I asked for his opinion. He helped me pick out the perfect brand and style and was super helpful in accommodating any questions that I had. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

Thomas was amazing! I broke an arm off of my glasses and came in to get new ones they couldn’t do it same day, they told me 7 to 10 days but he hooked me up in 2 days recommend to everyone

Everyone is super nice here, that’s not what my review is about. I’ve gone to LensCrafters for 5 years now. Every time I get my glasses they are blurry! Every time! I’m only writing this now because I finally got my glasses from an actual doctors office. They are not blurry at all! I’ve even gone to a doctor outside of LensCrafters, brought them my script and they are still blurry. The people tell you too that you just have to get used to it.... I never did.

Veterans beware! If you have an eye glasses voucher from the VA, they will tell you they can work with you, and keep your cost within the approved amount. The person that assisted my husband told him if he chose a frame not more than $149, he could assure him the voucher would be enough. He chose one for $95.00. Placed his order, left the clinic with the understanding the cost of the glasses was the amount on the approved voucher. However, after it was all said and done, they called my husband your glasses are ready to be ordered, and you have a balance of $185.00. What! Yup, so they did not honor what he was told. I believe this is common practice, thinking since you need your glasses as soon as possible youll pay to get them. MY HUSBAND DID NOT! WE ARE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. Vetearns just be ware....

Upon walking into the store, I was approached by Thomas, a young salesman with an attitude already. When I began to ask my question, he promptly and rudely told me that there was absolutely nothing he (or the store) could help me with, and essentially backed me up to the doors. When I asked for more guidance, I was met with the response, Dont have an attitude, I need to ask questions to get answers... I was extremely taken aback, as the whole time I had a calm composure!? After Thomas sat down with us to continue rudely scolding us for our simple questions, his attitude continued, and my interest in being a customer through this business waned. It looks like my business is going right back to where it should have stayed.. local businesses!

My husband bought an 800 dollar pair of glasses..He just went in after having them for 4 months and a screw had fallen out..Thomas put in a screw that is too bulky and slightly rough..he didnt even offer to clean them. I wont mention thesorry you missed out on the warranty sarcasm at time of purchase and would have to buy a new set of frames.No more business here...

Jackie helped me get my awesome new glasses. From start to finish my experience was great. I went in and ordered my glasses in less than an hour and they were ready for pickup the next day! I have VSP insurance and although Lenscrafters isnt in network they still offer great discounts for VSP.

The service is ok at this location. The gentleman we dealt with in 2016 for our new glasses and lenses was great but there is never a callback when product is done.I purchased prescription Oakley lenses for my husband in March 2017 as an early Fathers Day gift and I have called 3 times for an update. Glad I ordered these early!!!Seems like once they are paid for the product they really dont care whether you receive them or not. I have been promised a callback 3 times and have yet to receive one. Guess we will use a new provider for our future needs.Very disappointed

They do not take insurance like they say. They are out of networks. Thomas was rude to multiple customers and hung up on one also. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
