My husband went in and saw Joy W. the Optical Store Manager and was blown away by the excellent customer service and attention to detail - The technology used was incredible! He was in and out in an hour even when the computers went down! Thanks Joy for the WONDERFUL customer service! I will be sending more people your way!!! Kudos!

This place is nice, convenient and fast. The technology to check my eyes was also easy and fast and the one person working it all was amazing, friendly and upbeat. She made me feel comfortable and it didn’t seem as though I waited long, even when she was helping others. Plus, my prescription was ready faster than I thought! I’ll definitely come back in the future.

We got a vision check for 2 yesterday. We were out in about 2 hrs. They were extremely helpful during the test and signed off on my prescription quickly through their new digital exam method. Ken helped me select my 2 frames. I was told that I would have to wait 10 business days to pick up my glasses, so Ill see how that goes.

Horrible experience! I made a 1 oclock appt, showed up at 12:45, didnt get my exam until 2 because the slow assistant had to have me wait while she took forever calculating a price that wasnt even right. Then when I called they said they forgot to charge me my copays so they couldnt send it to me. All this for them to spend 5 minutes taking a pic of my eyes. And I still didnt even get glasses! Incompetent people!

Outstanding service. Kristal did an outstanding job taking care of all of us in the middle of a rush. She is an excellent juggler and made me feel like I was the only one in the store when she was helping me. Im sure the other customers would say the same.

One day I decided to order some eyewear at the Citadel Mall location. Despite the fact that the store would be closing shortly, that he had other customers to assist & was also in the middle of training a new employee, Ken very patiently went over available options and helped me obtain the best deal on my eyewear. He followed up later as promised when the delivery date was a slightly delayed. Integrity & reliability - thats the secret to top notch customer service! I heartily recommend this store & expect to return in the future.

This has the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered eyewear from them. The prescription was incorrect and had to resend them in twice. A few months later the nose piece broke and I called several times, no answer. The next day I went to store...waited for an hour. No one in department! I rang several more times. I will never use them again!

Absolutely awful the Dr is not even on site. Everything is done remotely. A real waste of time had to go somewhere else
