I hardly ever do reviews unless it’s worth my time, please read this.I was very impressed with everyone. The ladies at the desk, taking exams, and the doctor, we’re so professional, Friendly, knowledgeable about everything they did. The doctor recognized small metal particles from Welding in my contacts and said, throw those away, I will give you another pair to wear, that is very bad for your eyes! The exam was extremely thorough. I very much appreciate that. I will definitely be ordering my contacts through them! I will also be getting my routine eye wellness exams there.I appreciate being treated like a actual client/patient rather than a number! Thank youAlso I went right next-door to get a pair of glasses and the gentlemen that helped me definitely knew his stuff! Usually somebody sends you over go pick out some frames you ask your wife 100 times if she likes them and then you’re done, thinking did I get the right ones? This guy narrowed it down to one frame from sitting comfortably all the way to preference, size, shape, durability, price, I sent my wife a picture and she loved it! Purchased with no hesitation .Getting the eye exam and my glasses, everyone was so careful about sanitizing and safety. They had planned out procedure for everything they did. I am very thankful!

Dr Fedders and her friendly staff make every visit great. I’m treated with respect, and my concerns are always looked at and cared for. It’s a small office, but with a big heart! I’m super cheesy, but they’re good people and I hope it comes across the same for you at your visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fedders for 13 years. My original recent appt was May 7 2021. I left with a lens prescription that I told the office was blurry but they told me my eyes needed to adjust. My eyes did not adjust. Shortly after I moved to Denver but had to return a week later to Dr. Fedders for a followup. They said the lenss I needed were not in stock so she ordered them and after waiting almost a week, I received another prescription that did not work. Then Dr. Fedders offered me a third prescription via discussing online and tried to sharpen one of the eyes, I waited another week for these contacts and they did not work either. For two months I have been having headaches and discomfort from the contacts, and couldnt wear them driving at night.Exactly two months later July 7 2021 I drove from Denver for a 2nd followup. I didnt want to lose the money I spent on the original appt by going to a different optometrist. This was my 4th prescription. I finally received contacts that worked and Dr. Fedders replaced the bad box of contacts for me which I appreciated.However, I felt an apology was owed for me not being able to see for two months and for making two trips back and forth from Denver to Colorado Springs. Dr. Fedders never offered an apology when I was there for my appt. As a personal service industry worker myself, I found the lack of accountability unprofessional. Had a sincere apology been offered, I would NOT be writing this review. As a 13 year long patient, I will not be returning.

I always look forward to my appointment with Dr. Fedders. She has worked with me for several years trying to help me with my most uncomfortable dry eyes. She had researched and tried several different things and given me much help. She knows the latest and has been so kind about helping me . My eyes at the last appointment we’re looking great all due to her help and expertise .I am so happy to report my dry eyes are great! I would highly recommend her! She always is friendly and takes her time to make your eye problem a priority.

Dr. Fedders is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. When I need to be seen they get me in as quick as possible. The staff that works for her is really friendly and is there to answer any question they can for you. These people were super friendly, personable, and very professional. As far as client service, they’re the best I’ve dealt with in any medical office by far. They worked myself and my baby in near the end of their day when we walked in to get our exams done, with no problem (sorry and thank you!!), and we were quickly taken care of. The exam portion went great, quick yet thorough! I will recommend this place to anyone asking me advice for a great place to get their eyes checked!

I brought my father here for the most complete eye exam he has ever had. The staff were wonderful, understanding, patient, and supportive. They took their time with the exam and explained to him every step and described what they could was going on with his eyes. An excellent experience and we will use them again.

Im due back for an exam soon, and feel confident that Dr. Fedders will be as thorough and nice as she was last time. Besides her expertise, what strikes me most about her is her genuine kindness and caring for others. Her charity work includes providing vision care to the indigent in other countries, and to me, that says a lot. Shes the real deal and truly cares.

Dr. Fedders is awesome! Came to her office to have something removed from my eye...AND OPEN ON A SATURDAY? WHAT? I recently had a stroke that has effected my vision. Dr. Fedders has gotten me to specialists, and truly her care is top notch!! I will never go to anyone else!

Dr. Fedders optometry care is outstanding! I went to her office in September 2008 only because I was under a time crunch, but I have received impeccable care for the past 2.5 years at her office. Punctual, professional, kept my informed on all policies, costs, and contact deliveries. She runs a top notch optometry facility.

Ive been going to Kara for years, Ive tried other eye doctors in town, but shes the best. The staff is great and helpful with navigating insurance policies.

Well first impression was great, and then.. got a exam, eyes dilated. 2 hours later.. The staff was not helpful, they were pushy. You have a better chance being homeless and getting a prescription for glasses. Its been a month with no information. NOT HAPPY!! If you have medicaid, look somewhere else!

My Father visited recently and had the Best experience hes ever had at an eye doctor in his lifetime of 65 years, I would like to thank Dr. Fedders and her staff for the level of comfort and care they provided my father with. Definitely will be referring you to friends and family. 👍

Dr. Fedders is a wonderful optometrist that cares about her patients . She is very nolageable and sweet.

Very nice staff, but I left with the wrong prescription contact lenses for my left eye as they said they didn’t have them in stock (was told this after I repeatedly said I couldn’t see out of left eye) they charged me anyway, and said they wouldn’t release the prescription until the correct lenses came in! So I paid $60 and have to wait two more weeks for what I came in there for. Had to drive back to Woodland Park not being able to see well. Not impressed. Updated: After 5 visits to the office, I never received correct fitting contacts. I asked for a refund or the money towards glasses, and both were denied. Worst optometrist experience of my life. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Fedders has identified my glaucoma. At 63 I do want to maintain my eyesight as long as possible. Dr. Fedders has been extremely professional in diagnosing and identifying glaucoma treatments that will reduce the eye pressure and resolve the issue. Highly recommend Dr Feddars.

Every time I get my eye exam done once a year..Im always greeted by the smile and awsome personality of Dr. Fedders. She is professional as well as so positive to work with. Dr Fedders loves her job. The exams are quick and efficient ...and you actually are happy to have the exam done. Dr Fedders assistants are pleasant and fun. I wish I didnt have to wait a year for the next visit.
