They dont have Togo boxes most of the time. Messed up my order. Today I wasted 45 min only to be told that they had no change. The lettuce looked old and nasty. I am going to Denver to the restaurant depot tomorrow. Shamrock used to offer great service. What happened.

Good place for restaurants utensils or food

This is a fun place to go if you are a food shopping geek like I am. Basically its a food service supply thats open to the public. I got a number of things there today. Some of the prices are really good and some of them were not as good as Sams Club. Overall I will probably start making this one of the stops on my big food shopping day.

Bulk foods at good prices. They were swarmed and only had a couple workers, but they got the job done very well.

I went in for a few things and miss read the label for avocados. After I made my purchase, I realized they charge $16.41 for a bag of 6. I went back into the store and asked to return them. The manager said they cannot return them since I left the store, nor can they alter the price. The manager was rude and condescending throughout our conversation.I typically really enjoy shopping at this store but after this I will never return.

Wow this place is so cool! A hidden gem! Open to the public for restaurant food! Huge quantities and amazing prices. I did a fb live and everyone was shocked.....so excited to share this place with more people. They have all kinds of other restaurant supplies too...only thing I didnt see was furniture, there were some kitchen supplies furniture wise though.

This store has quality meats as one would imagine serving the restaurant industry. All quantities are large per package as one can also imagine. Thats why I have a large freezer. A shelving space in my garage for gallon jar dry storage. The quality is what my family looks for as Im a wannabe grill master. Well, actualy Iam!The spices, the variety of frozen vegetables and meats. No other store in my town has this!

The service I get from Tina Quintal is outstanding. Tina always tries her best to get the products that i can’t get from Other food service vendors.

I went and bought 12 boxes of bone in chicken wings. Each box is $118. The last box ended up being chicken thighs, not wings. The boxes of chicken thighs are around $40. I went back and spoke to the store manager to resolve the issue, much to my disappointment he said there is nothing he can do. All I wanted to do is switch the incorrect item for the correct one, especially since I paid extra for the box of wings NOT thighs. I shop here for 2 restaurants and will not be returning.

Shop here quite often. Always buy the 15 dozen eggs. I always paid about 15 Bucks give or take a few dollars. Today they were 37.00. why? I can go to Walmart and pay a whole lot less. Is this price gauging,?

Neat place. Kind of like a Sams club or Costco geared primarily toward business. The deals are hit or miss but the greatest deals were on the meat. I am looking forward to going back. The customer service wasnt stellar but we did check out right at closing.

Absolutely love this shop! My family came in the closing minutes of the warehouse and the staff were awesome! They helped us get what we needed and checked out about 2 minutes before closing. We will definitely be regulars here!

When I asked to be help and find some products for me, I had to almost forsee the lady to help me identify the meats I wanted, it was my fist time here I didnt feel welcome, they should take that big sign on the front that says WELCOME. I spend more time in this store then I would and wanted because the lack of help. We all have a business to run and time is valuable, so the Shamrock Foods employees have to do their part and take time to help their clients because with out them they wouldnt be around. They lost a big customer, sorry

A fun place to shop. Large quantities of food that you probably cant use, but if you have a family event or a big freezer, you can save some money on things you regularly use.

Shame on you for your dishonest pricing at this time. Ive been going here since you opened and I know your prices. When you start saying the price of meat is for only half a case, thats just wrong. And then continue the lies by saying youve been doing it wrong since youve opened is just deceitful and disgusting . Your prices explicitly say how much something costs with the weight of the product. Not only that common sense knows that every restaurant supplier doesnt charge what you are charging for meat at this time. When every restaurant is suffering, please try not to think of only your bottom line!

Shopped there yesterday for the 1st time because Ive heard amazing things. Bought some pork on their 50% clearance, brought it home and thawed it only to find that it is Rotten. Called to let them know and find out what could be done. I was sold by management that theyre so sorry it was unclear instead theres nothing that could be done. My concern is if I would have used the meat how many people could have been harmed by their neglect. Will not get my business again.

I was there two weeks ago with my family. We kinda liked the store but I got curious why they had employees working under the influence? One of them smelled like hes just been drinking liquor.I dont think I want to bring my business to that kinda place.

Having been in food service for over 30 years this was a welcome sight. Having a husband who is gluten free and finding gluten free flour in something larger than a 3 lb box is a wonderful thing

My review is not so good this time. As one of only about 5 shoppers in the store, we were ignored by people stocking shelves, by people who saw me standing at the service desk, and neglected by cashiers who were having trouble checking out people with credit cards. When I had to beg for help finding an item, I was given wrong info, them the search didnt work on their workstation, told that the wifi sucks there, and everyone was lurking or moving in slow motion. I had more help from other customers and they helped me too! I just dont know about this place.

Has restaurant supplies, prices are good for some items. Browsed the entire store and walked by many employees, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help.

First, their pricing on food items is not great. Being a member of both Costco and Sams, I can say that they are cheaper on almost everything I compared at Shamrock. A lot of the items they carry are overly processed and contain things like high fructose corn syrup, etc. On The plus side, there are a lot of non-food products available that you probably could not find outside of ordering from Amazon. I dont think I will be going back.

Def a great resent supply, but good for some home stuff, too. Staff was very friendly.
