This family-friendly mobile home community not far from Peterson AFB is great! While I have not resided here myself I know of others who have and I have found the area to be safe, well maintained and an ideal place to raise a family. Although most mobile homes as well as park owned communal areas are somewhat dated in appearance it blends well with the immediate area and certainly shows pride of ownership.
Other there is not enough parking this place is pretty decent theres only some issues here in there but for the most part people are very nice and friendly
Very clean and everyone waves as you drive by and everyone genuinely cares about each other. But thats why its a 55 and up living area cause any younger the people dont seem to care at all. They throw trash on ground if its full work on there broke down cares at 2 and 3 in morning. Call cops or management to complain and tattletale of something they dont like even if its not causing any problem. Instead of coming to person like a man. Weekend fighting by your drunk neighbor the scram at each other at 2 in morning and somehow cops never get called. But just a few reasons why it seems like a great place to rent or buy. Way cheaper then the ever increasing rent at even the cheapest apartments.
They are nice, and clean community. You can tell that the residents really care about their community.
Kept up, quiet, and people seemed friendly
Okay place to live. Staff very kind and helpful. Thanks again
The property grounds a strict policy so this place is clean and over all is pretty nice
Nice environment for older people. Clean and not trashed.
Nothing 2 share
The rent for their lots is way overpriced, they dont do anything to upkeep the lots at all or even the sheds that come with the lots. Poor management and greedy owners.
👍
This place is a joke they wont let us put fences up to keep our kids and animals safe. They dont patrol the parking lot so drunks and Jurkes go speeding through not paying attention be cause of this combination. My husbands therapy dog was killed in a hit and run. I feel the park is half responsible for this. After all they fine someone for having yard decor they dont like but some one else who lives here can speed through and management smiles and waves. Water is turned off once or twice a month the rules only apply to half the community. And if you try to move out they will screw you as hard as they can. We wanted to sell our place but the realtor and office manger are buddies. So they said the place would not sell nobody wanted it we gave it back to realtor. A week later the office manager was moving in they just dint want to pay us for our home. They were half the reason we moved to start with. So do t trust anything the girls in the office tell you a bunch of 2 faces thanks for the screw you Sarah. Hope you like my home.....!
I love
Not quite as ghetto as it used to be in past years
I don’t understand all the negative comments about Canyon Ridge. If you pay your lot fees and you’re not an idiot there’s nothing wrong with this park.
They play favorites, tow youre car away and not someone elses. Big potholes that they never fix, overpriced lots in disgusting conditions
Its not a bad mobile home park
Its pretty icy out there
Because my parents live there
Bad roads, litter everywhere, fast drivers with loud music, drug sales at all hours, unkempt yards. The list goes on.
Staff was rude parking was horrendous, park was dirty and houses arent kept up. Looks ghetto!
No someone who lives there
It seemed ok
Great
