I have had a wonderful experience with Seeger homes. Dan, the person who is managing my project, has been wonderful to work with. He has been attentive to all my needs. I had the opportunity today to walk through my new home. They have done an amazing job at building my home. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a brand new home to consider Seeger homes. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.

It was a Saturday and a salesman said there are only two there on Saturdays. It was very, very busy but both salesmen were with people so everyone else just wandered through the homes. We left without talking to anybody. I wish they would have had a few more set up to look at. It also would have been nice to have a price of the home as it sat in the home since we could not speak to a salesman.

I am baffled by the good reviews. I began speaking with Seeger in August of 2020. After trying to get pricing from Harvey, when he finally responded, he had pricing for the wrong model. I had made several visits to their site and usually dealt with Dan, but he was off on the day I asked for information. One of the times I visited them, I was in the middle of a asking Dan about upgrades on the model I was interested in and he stopped abruptly to go help someone else that just walked in. (I left after Dan was so dismissive and I went to Accolade, ironically, the couple Dan left me to help also showed up at Accolade right after we did because of their bad experience with Seeger.) I still kept going back. I had chosen a model I liked and asked for a site visit to be sure they could get a home there because it is in the mountains. The first site visit wasnt scheduled until the first week in December. Unfortunately, on my way to meet the owner, I was involved in a car accident. I called Seeger from the scene of the accident to tell them I could not make it but I wanted to reschedule as soon as possible. I just received an email from them TODAY, March 31st, that they were able to schedule a site visit for next week. Because of the unprofessionalism and lack of interest in confirming a home could be placed on my site, I had been talking to Accolade as well. In the time it has taken Seeger to schedule a site visit, I have chosen and purchased a home from Accolade that will be delivered in June. Someone who knows the owner at Seeger told me that he wants to get out of the business which is why no one ever bothered to help me purchase a home. If he continues at this rate, the decision will be made for him. Go to Accolade. They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They also do what they say they will in a timely manner.

We went to Seeger to look at the homes, very beautiful. We were looking at buying property and putting one of these beautiful homes on it. We ended up buying a house. I am currently looking at buying some property and will most likely put one of there homes on it. The Lady we worked with was wonderful showed us a few different plans of what we were wanting she was great! We enjoyed our experience.

They charge $100 to come out to your place and make sure that they can put it on your lot. We informed them we already had approval through the county, and had measured it, but they still insisted on the hundred dollars and coming out to tell us what we already knew. So now $100 of our budget is gone because they came out and saw what we said was true. I think that is a rip off and I hear others charge even more that is nuts

From start to finish everyone at Seeger was amazing. I can’t tell you how many floor plans Harvey designed for us and how many hours they all spent with us making sure we had all the information and everything that we wanted in our home. The prices are great, the service is impeccable! We have recommended them to so many of our friends because of how easy they made the process. They took us through it every step of the way!

This is the 2nd modular home we have had to build. First one we used another dealer and it was a less than positive experience once the sale was complete. This one is a re-build after a total loss house fire due to a lightning strike last year. We are in the process of final interior and exterior finishing and the office staff and field crew are very attentive to detail, customer service and making sure everything stays on track. I am very pleased with the service I have received and since I know what to expect from this process, this could not be any more of a positive or easy experience during the most stressful situation I could ever have imagined dealing with! Personal thanks and hugs to Harvey and everyone else in the office for being there for me and my family!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.blame someone else now, go ahead... you know you want to...Thats the kind of people they all are. And, they have the worst repair crew ever. I had to kick two of them out of this wretched house that STILL needs repairs. Bunch of incompetent liars!

From speaking to a few existing home owners I would never use this company. They seem to be fast talkers and smooth walkers and then leave you high and dry when there is an issue blaming problems on their contractor or the factory. Not the way I want to do business so I will keep looking for a more reputable company. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Unfortunately GOOGLE will not post my review without a star notation of some sort.

I am not sure who these last one star reviews are, but when I talked to Seeger Homes competition they even said if you can not get along with Seeger Homes, you cant get along with anyone. They did a fabulous job on our house and we would go with them again. They have been out to fix any service issues we have had with in two weeks of reporting them.

Excellent staff, they will get the job done from start to finish.I used seeger from start to finish, from vacant land to a house with a basement. They do what the promise and will make time for you if you show up in their office with questions. They had no issues explaining what they know and letting me make decisions. This was something I did not find with other dealers. They worked with the manufacturer to coordinate any warranty work needed. They even stepped in and did some of the warranty work themselves. The folks a seeger have lots of contacts in the Colorado community. They helped me get in touch with the right people to get internet run to my new house. I dont know why CenturyLink makes this such a pain I spent hours with the CenturyLink customer service and the only answer I would get was they do not offer service in my area. It took less than 20 minutes to get the ball rolling on internet service when I used the contact Harvey provided.Luis one of the owners is an active part of the house setting and seems to enjoy being a part of the action. He is not just there to make sure things get done right and quickly but make it happen by doing actual physical work. His dedication cuts down on your costs towards crane rental.Overall I had a great experience with the service I received from Seeger homes. Thanks Seeger team.

UPDATE 1/30/18: No change, home remains unfinished, deteriorating and in substandard condition. Seeger has resorted to publically slandering us in the posts below yet refuse to communicate with us or work with our attorney to fix and finish our home over the last year. Seeger was paid in full for our home before it was delivered 11/2016 and proceeded to delay our move in and hold our CO in demand for more money. They took advantage of us and continue to delay fixing and finishing our home.If youre looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism, communication, moral and ethical business practice then KEEP LOOKING. Seeger Homes has treated us terribly, even misogynistically, tricked us and stolen money from us. They refuse to finish our home after 5 months even while knowing of all the problems. Forget our $60k in upgrades, its all ruined and we still cannot get them to finish our home! Seeger has no leg to stand on yet refuse to uphold their end of a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT all while deflecting their responsibilities with stories, lots of stories. Would never recommend them, EVER! Apparently in 40 years theyve never had a single unhappy customer...well, keep reading up on them.

This company will tell you anything to get your business. I know 2 people who have used them and have had horrible experience. Both have cost more than the orginal bid. Takes over a year to complete. You could get a stick built home done . Cost the same and takes longer especially if you live out if El Paso county. Their sub contractor dont communicate. Beware of this company, dont believe everything they tell you😤 .

I moved into my home in February 2018. I apologize for not writing this review sooner. It makes me sad to see the negative reviews on Seegers website. After my experience with Seeger Homes, I dont see how these reviews are accurate. Louie and Shar were ABSOLUTELY the BEST in customer service and I felt that they truly cared about my well being from start to finish in my project. Not only were Louie and Shar caring and competent, the other staff members earned my trust by their degree of knowledge, promptness, and professionalism. Harvey has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He didnt hesitate to point out ideas that would make my home more efficient in terms of energy savings and different options that would result in a better use of space. The delivery and set-up was AMAZING!! I purchased a lot north of Divide, in the Spring Valley subdivision. I chose the lot for the beautiful views and for the added benefit of the area being non-restrictive of quality modular homes. Unfortunately, I wasnt thinking beyond that---to the delivery aspect of finding a company that could actually make my dream a reality.I was lured to a dealer in Calhan by the promise of drive a little, save a LOT. Well, first of all, I found that to be deceiving, the pricing structure is different between the two dealers, meaning you arent comparing apples to apples the end result in pricing was that Louie was willing to put a set price on the finished package that was very similar to the price I was quoted by the dealer in Calhan. HOWEVER, prior to a dealer making a final quote, a trip needs to be made to look at the level of difficulty in delivering and setting the house. The dealer from Calhan sent an experienced driver from the factory to make that decision. Lo and behold, I was in for a very disappointing shock. The driver relayed the following message to the dealer, there is NO WAY that I can deliver that house, I wont even think of attempting it!! It is TOO MUCH of a risk. This message was conveyed to me via email from the Calhan dealer, yep, just a little two line email, stating that he would not be able to take on the project. I felt it was very insensitive and uncaring to relay a message of that magnitude via a two line e-mail. It was dream crushing to say the least. The following day, I stopped in at Seeger Homes and explained that I had probably bought a worthless lot for my intention of having a modular home placed. Thinking I was back to square one I asked Louie if he would be willing to at least look at my situation. Within a couple of days Louie was driving the route and carefully assessing the difficulty of the proposed project. He gave me a confident YES, we can make this happen! From that day forward, I knew I was in good hands, his team set and delivered a home that by many standards, would have been deemed impossible. The entire process was beyond my expectations. From the decision making process of selecting the plan and upgrades to the final touches it was done in a timely, professional, competent manner. I LOVE my home and could not have had this dream become a reality without the Seeger team. If any potential customer is on the fence as to whether or not to go with a modular home, rest assured that you are in good hands with the folks at Seeger and you will not be disappointed in the end result.

I am quite dishearted with Seeger. Their lack of communication, lack of any work being done and having cost me boatloads of money above and beyond. I had to spend $$$ to renew a construction loan and I CANT get a mortgage until they are done. They are SLOW, inept and the house is not the great quality I was expecting. Its been 1 year and 2 months since I signed with them and they STILL have not finished!!!This is no way to treat a disabled USMC veteran.

My wife and I just left this place today June 12th 18 around 1pm and the salesman here was very sarcastic rude and arrogant. We was just lookin for an affordable mobile home for our family and this guy basically told us he doesn’t think we could afford one of his modular homes. He tried to discourage us. We still end up finding one much bigger and cheaper also this company prices is a little up there compared to all the surrounding mobile home companies. I do Not recommend Any one to shop here
