It was a pleasure working with Kim, Cintia, and Benjamin OConnor of Franklin Modular to purchase a manufactured home in Colorado Springs. It was especially challenging because one of us was in Cleveland because of COVID and the other was in CO SPGS. All of the people we worked with at Franklin Modular were helpful, friendly, polite, and went the extra miles to fix up all the needed repairs.

Wow. We cannot remember having a better purchase experience, than buying a modular home through Franklin Modular! We are a ranch family, and the family is involved in our sons dream of a homestead on 10 acres. First off, Kim from Franklin told my wife that she knew of a nice, clean reasonably priced home that could be moved from the park, that might fit our sons plans. The home was ideal, in its clean, solid condition and reasonable price. Then we dealt with Mara at the home office. Mara is refreshingly intelligent and knowledgeable in dealing with all aspects of modular homes. Mara truly listened to our unconventional needs with regard to buying the home, moving it from the park, etc. Mara listened and got us answers right away, putting our minds at ease about the entire process. We spoke with Benjamin on the phone and he is professional, friendly and also a good listener, but Mara is the prize. Mara arranged it all - and was perfectly on time and prepared for every step in the process, through the closing to dealing with the park and arranging fair pro-ration and payments to the previous owner. Without Mara, the purchase would have been far more worrisome and difficult. What a pro! And Franklin Modular, Ben, what a great company to hire such competent team members. Thanks, from our entire family!

This company did everything they could to make my life easy with both buying a home 3 years ago, to now selling it last week. I have to agree with (most) of the other reviews here. Kim OConnor made the purchase of my home easy, stress free and a joy. Never was buying a home so easy. Went above and beyond, giving me all the information I needed to get utilities and title transfer and even what to expect with the DMV amid the Covid crisis. She was very knowledgeable and, again, was a joy to work with. Thank you Kim!

Sara and Ben are the absolute best! This was my first time buying a mobile home and they were really helpful throughout the whole process. They really went above and beyond to help me with the MH park even after our deal had closed. I really cant say enough about what great people they are and how easy they were to work with!

If you are selling or buying a mobile home around the Colorado Springs area these are the only folks you need to know. They are more than fair on pricing, excellent on customer service, and very fast and easy to work with. I was very pleased to work with them. Not one regret at all. Start to finish in LESS than 24 hours. Unbelievable.

If I could do no stars I would. This review is WAY overdue. I realize we did buy this home as is, but I did expect it would be basically safe......not. We are seniors and actually bought the home from the website.......BIG mistake. Sold our home of 25 years in CA and relocated here to be near family. I believe this company and its associates take advantage of senior citizens. The electric in this place is sub-par to say the least and we were told it passed inspection??? We are now replacing the main box & having ALL of the outlets upgraded...should have been done prior to sale. There are many other things that need done also, who wants to spend their retirement years trying to make your home safe . BTW I did hear that Amber is no longer there.....she was the very worst customer service rep I had ever run in to

Our situation was unique in that Franklin Modular helped us buy a manufactured home but also bought it back from us when it was time for my daughter and myself to leave and relocate back to our hometown.

We live in a different state so when our Gramma passed away we were clueless about what to do with her mobile home. We called Franklin and they sent Kim out right away to assess the home and gave us an offer instantly! We were able to set a closing date before the next lot rent was due. Franklin gave us a fair price and Sarah was super helpful when it came to wire transferring the funds since we had to head back to our home state. They also are very knowledgeable when it comes to the paperwork necessary to register the home at the DMV. I highly recommend them if you need to sell your mobile home in a timely manner. Others have given glowing reviews of Franklin Modular Group, telling you about their honesty, integrity and hard-working, efficient team. All true. But let me tell you WHY you want to list your home with Benjamin. He’ll list your home at a fair price and it’ll sell quickly. It won’t be either over-priced or under-priced. It’ll be fairly priced. Let me share my story. Before I found Benjamin, I had signed a 6-month contract with an unscrupulous realtor in Boulder. He convinced me to list my home for $78,000, almost double what my older single-wide home was really worth. I lowered the price a couple of times but still no buyers. After I let the 6-month contract expire, the realtor offered to take it off my hands for $10,000. I think that was his plan all along. Meanwhile, I’d spent thousands on mobile home park lot fees. I then found Franklin Modular Group on the internet. Benjamin looked at the home and the market prices in the Boulder/Lafayette area and priced it fairly. His team listed it on the internet with over a dozen pictures and descriptions. Kim took over at that point, screening buyers and calling me at weekly with a progress update. Kim found a qualified cash buyer in less than 2 months. I can’t say enough good things about Benjamin and Kim. A little advice if you’re thinking of selling your home yourself or using another realtor: beware of potential buyers who want to give you a down payment and pay you monthly. (Financing is next to impossible to get except for a new/almost new mobile home.) They rarely pay for more than 2 years, leaving you with a home that needs to be fixed up again, lot fees, and maybe an eviction problem. You have to own at least 6 such homes to make that a profitable situation. I highly recommend that you engage a reputable mobile home expert to help you sell. That expert is Franklin Modular Group.
