HIGHLY recommend Keeping it Moving! These guys were amazing in every way from start to finish. The phone/office staff was very accommodating and friendly and easy to deal with. The 2 men that moved my elderly mom from one assisted living facility to another went above and beyond! They were kind, respectful and patient. Wow!!! Keeping in Moving really IS the best moving company in Colorado Springs!!! Well, Ive never really used a real moving company because I thought it was really expensive. My husband and I have moved 15 times in 24 years. We usually have family or friends or people from church help us. We have always had people willing to help us. COVID-19 changed that for this move, so I called my friend Jarred Scott, who owns Keeping It Moving. He came over to see what needed to be moved and asked for my budget. The quote was fair and I had a dollar amount I was trying to keep it to. I planned to still use my teenage boys and their friends and a couple people from church, for boxes and smaller stuff, and KIM for the heaving stuff, trying to keep it to 10 people per COVID. The two movers showed up wearing Keeping It Moving masks. They knew all the super secret moving skills that I had never seen in my previous moves with friends. They disassembled furniture, took doors off, removed stair railings, protected doorframes and stair railings and many more tricks of the trade. The job ended up taking longer than I imagined in my head, because they did take such great care of our furniture. The total cost was almost triple what I had planned on, but I could totally see the value in it. I also own a service business, so I know all about higher quality of service demands a higher price. I recommend KIM to anyone who has a move scheduled and wants a professional moving company.

Needed a hot tub moved, and Keep It Moving came to the rescue. First, they were quick to respond with a professional quote, and what more they were able to fit me in right away - I mean the very next day! Jarred, Jim, Morris, and Willis came out and did an incredible job. They moved a VERY heavy hot tub from one house to another, and it was no easy job. They were careful and methodical about their approach, and got the hot tub to its final resting place safely. I would totally recommend this crew, and would use them again. Great Job!

This company is great. I asked them for a flat rate that they too felt was within reason. We agreed upon it, and they held to it even when the move took 45 minutes longer than we had budgeted for. The only thing I found to be lacking was the movers showed up with out tie downs. Luckily I had some to stop furniture from shifting. Other than that, the two movers were great and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Dont use them. A lovely person named Kat promises you everything you need, then sulky men with face tattoos show up, refuse to move the electronics including an air purifier and a vacuum cleaner. They just threw everything in the truck. They broke a mirror they were moving, and a window of my new house moving the couch in. They did not say a word. No one told me how to file a claim. No one returns my calls. Never heard from Kat again. Like a bait and switch.

Price was just right.A few years ago I had used a different moving company and was so disappointed. So I was hesitant about hiring another company. They were supposed to be there between 9 and 10am. Then it changed to between 2 and 4pm. They arrived at my house at 6:30pm. The movers were nice but the scheduler and or dispatcher was feeding me lines of BS. Then they charged me another $400 after being late. Of course the scheduler will not answer her phone now and her voicemail is full. Go figure. Not Recommended.

I was impressed at the start as they were loading the truck and seeing how snug everything was in the truck. It was as we unloaded that I saw the damage to my wood furniture as they stacked sharp items on top of wood without anything in between and (we did have a stack of blankets) and it damaged a lot. heavy items stacked on particle board items that splintered. We took the legs off of some of that larger items and they tossed the legs under some of the heavy stuff and caused the legs to get all scratched up and one set was broken that they actually set the heavy table on. I had a beautiful slate top set of plant stands that they stacked really heavy stuff on and it shattered like glass. They seemed more interested in fitting everything in tight than they were in making sure things werent getting broken. After paying for 6 hours we still had a good 25% of the first truck to load as well as 16 feet of the second truck. Nothing that we loaded after they left was broken when we arrived at our destination. My daughters have white wood dressers and they were covered in boot prints and the corners were broken.

They disassembled furniture at the old office location, moved it to the new office location, assembled it, and placed it where we requested. I was particularly impressed with how well they wrapped each item and the care they took placing items, watching walls, etc. the little things. They worked quickly but carefully, they took really good care of my future while packing in the truck and while loading it out of the truck. It was raining the day I moved and they laid down moving blankets on my floor so it wouldnt get muddy, very considerate. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies I had researched.I would definitely use them again.

I have used this company to help us move out two bedroom apartment pretty simple move right but sadly they ended up breaking my entertainment center and cutting the mattress board and not to mention during these COVID times one of the movers wasn’t wearing a mask and o had to keep asking him to put it on. I contacted them to at least resolve the entertainment issue and fox or refund but I haven’t heard back over 2 weeks now and I keep getting tossed back and forth and told the manager will call me. Horrible experience and not even attempting to make things right. DON’T USE!

The process of getting a quote, securing a price, and reserving my date was very simple and straight forward. I received a call the morning of the move letting me know that the moving crew was on their way. which was right on time for what they committed to. The moving crew was extremely polite and professional. They were also very careful with everything they were moving as well as the houses they were moving in and out of. They completed an itemized inventory of everything and made sure that everything was accounted for in the end. In the end they turned a naturally stressful situation into something very well organized.

DO NOT HIRE Keep it Moving....offices in Colorado Springs and Denver. The 2 workers that showed up this am had ZERO equipment to do a move, nor were they on time. When I asked then where there equipment to move was, they couldn’t answer my questions. One worker was high, and the other had planned on leaving after an hour. I had hired this company to do 6 hours of work....and they abandoned all work after 1.5 hours. They did not load the tuck....my friends did. The company is COMPLETELY worthless. When I called the manager about there work....they said we were rude. We called because we were concerned with the workers being ill equipped. My disabled mother in law did more work then both of them combined!! DO NOT HIRE THEM! If i could get them zero stars I would There workers are far from professional, and are more like day laborers.

Both times the movers were on time and accommodated a time change the day before. They were friendly, professional, quick and did a great job. Probably would not use again. After asking for an estimate online 3 different people called me. I gave info to one guy who said he’d call me back in 15 min but never did. Another person called hours later and seemed to have none of the info I previously gave. We set a time but I actually don’t know if that was the same person who helped me move.The day of the move they called me 10 min before they were supposed to be there and said they were 8 minutes away. 50 minutes passed. I tried to call them a couple times and it said number was disconnected. Then ICalled one more time and the guy answered! He said he was on a street near by and then hung up on me before I could respond. Wasn’t sure at all if they were going to show but they actually did. They arrived in a rented Penske truck. I probably shouldn’t have risked sending 2 random dudes with all my stuff. After they were done unloading they agreed to wait a few minutes while I went to atm for tip monies but when I returned they were gone and again the phone number didn’t work and no text response. Eventually they returned. They were good movers so I tipped them well but the whole administrative part was dubious. Why not just tell me they were late? Why not tell me they didn’t want to wait or would come back in 20 minutes? Why so many different people calling me, were those people actually connected? Why didn’t they share info I gave them with each other? Why such poor communication?

My experience with this company was stellar! The workers were on time, courteous and respectful. Moving can be a pain but with these guys.... painless😊. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my things!!!

I had a rough, rush of a move that was completely unorganized. I searched for movers online and was contacted by Jarrod. He was professional and understanding of what I had ahead of me. This company is amazing! Jarred completely saved the day. When the movers who were supposed to unload us at the other end of our move left us in the lurch, Jarred and his team made themselves available to drive the 100 miles to our destination to unload us at the other end. They loaded and unloaded everything, and all arrived in perfect condition - even our fragile antiques! They even set up our bed for us. I can’t say enough good things about Jarred’s skill and professionalism.

Truly a horrible experience. Firstly, they sent a tiny woman and a boy (who showed up in a rented uhaul truck...) to do the moving, which consequently took an eternity. Secondly, they charged us more and took longer to complete a small move than a previous moving company charged us to MOVE CITIES! Thirdly, they literally threated to keep our things and stop unloading if they were not paid in full (on top of the deposit they already received) prior to finishing. Ive never seen such bad customer service in any industry on any occasion in my entire life.Lastly...I had to do half the moving myself since they werent capable of disassembling a simple bed frame or carrying heavy objects. Literally paid to move slower than I would have by myself and be seriously insulted/threatened.

Not at all happy with my experience. First off, I booked the 5-6 PM time slot. Ok it was 5:45 and no one has shown up or contacted us....until about 5:50...they finally get to my old place at 6:11pm. After my husband and I had left work early to make sure we were on time only to wait forever. So they get started on getting our things into the uhaul and....they are taking their sweet time and of course they are because they get paid by the hour. We had a 2 bedroom one bath apartment and really dont have a lot of things...They seemed exhausted and slow for some movers....poor customer service, just seemed annoyed to do their job, one was texting on the job, we dont do this, we dont do that, I dont care just get this off my back-UM IM PAYING YOU TO MOVE MY THINGS....IF YOU CANT HADLE CARRYING WEIGHT WHY DO YOU WORK FOR A MOVING COMPANY?! So then, before the job was finished they kept asking to get paid...when theres still several boxes in the uhaul...extremely unprofessional. Oh it gets better!!! Some days later I noticed my headboard has a 5 inch scratch and one of my lamps isnt working.....I did not feel like these people were made for the job, they were rude, they were not careful with my things, unprofessional and complained....youve been warned.

If you take a minute to look at all the reviews. The most current is 5 months out. They told us they had many jobs going, why so few reviews? Beware of this company as they are thieves. I work on several of the military bases and would not recommend them, very unprofessional.

I had a reserved move for today between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. It’s now 9:00 pm and they are still nowhere to be found- and any update that I got was because I reached out to them asking when they would arrive. Now I have no bed to sleep in at my new place nor any furniture. Absolutely awful!

Please stay away from this company by all means. I contacted the owner of this moving company through one of his advertisements on facebook. I booked a truck loading only job with him, spoke on the phone and fixed the price. On the day of move, I called him many times from two different numbers, left multiple messages on facebook but in vain. I was really desperate to get my stuff loaded so I kept on calling him. After 2 hours, instead of calling me back, he replies on facebook asking me to call him back. Luckily a friend helped me find someone else to help me load the truck. The owner of this is company is highly unreliable and not to be trusted at all. He never gave any explanation as to why he never showed up at all. An ethical and genuine person would at least have the courtesy to call back and explain. And people would definitely understand the fact that unforeseen problems do come up.

We had a flood and they came right out and moved all of our furniture so we could clean up our basement.

I would use extreme caution when working with this company. They damaged several items of ours during the move. Including damage to our front door (which I later fixed and re-painted), scratched our piano (again something I was willing to overlook) and finally not only did they damage an 7 antique mirror, but then left the piece wrapped up so we didnt see the damage until they were long gone, and were unable to find the pieces that were broken off.When confronted the owner seemed very concerned and even offered to pay for the damages of the mirror and we settled on a price (I have the text and am happy to supply a screen shot) I finally called him to ask where our damage refund was weeks later and the owner told me not to worry they are insured and licensed and he was just waiting for an insurance check since he had filed a claim since the damage was a little more than his deductible would be and that it was easier to file a claim—and once he had that check from insurance he would send it our way. He actually called an hour later that Monday night to tell me that like magic he had just gotten the check from insurance and that he would put the check in the mail tomorrow. He even offered to deliver the check to me, in which I replied that was not neccessary and would be just fine to just mail the check for damages to us. Well that was almost two weeks ago and still no check. When I called him yesterday and today he will not answer his phones and when he finally did text back he is now saying he owes us nothing and that we need to stop threatening him and his company. They did not pack the mirror so it is not there issue, but they did in fact pack the mirror and moved it, and also agreed to pay for the damages at one point. Truth is not a threat my friend and hope this helps stop another from being taken for a ride.
