He helped us through the rental process with speed and charm. His obvious pride in managing the facility gave us confidence wed found the right place for our RV. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. This facility is secure, clean, well-maintained and has a friendly staff, especially Brian. The location and lay-out is superb. It was easy to maneuver our RV in and out of the storage unit. Later on, we got a small corner unit for miscellaneous items. The unit looked tiny, but it held all of our stuff and we were still able to move in and out without having to climb over our belongings. I would highly recommend Maximum Storage.

Brian is the man!! He is the manager here and put up with my annoying circumstances for well over 6 months until I had to take my belongings to a new home. I have always encountered nice people working here, and it has great security too. I never had to second guess whether my things were still there. I looked all over the CO Springs area to find a storage company I liked, and Maximum Storage exceeded my expectations by far. The only thing I wasnt stoked on was that the rent increased while I was there, but things like this happen and the increase was reasonable. I was also there for almost a year so not bad at all. Bottom line, the prices are great, staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the storage site is secure. I highly recommend it! Brian if you are reading this, I dont use my real name when posting online but I hope you can figure out who this is, you rock dude!

The facility itself is great, clean and well maintained. I am leaving this review for Brian though!! He went way above and beyond to help clear some snow and ice from in front of our unit today!! The unit we have is shaded and seems to keep snow and ice around. I casually mentioned something to him this morning and when I arrived this afternoon he had gone by our unit and cleared the snow and ice for us to unload. I can’t tell you how impressed I was to arrive and see that. He has been great to work with since day one! Thank you Brian!!Update and reason for my 2 star review. They are now charging a 2.5% fee if you use a CC on auto pay. Brian has been awesome and the facility is very nice. But they are already $25-$35 more expensive per month than other facilities very close by. Why the need to be so greedy and add a fee to use a CC for auto pay??

The units here are well kept and clean. Plenty of room to maneuver your vehicle to load/unload. Also, they have cameras all over which is a nice feature for added security. Best of all the staff is amazing! Sara is really friendly and helpful. She stayed past closing on a Saturday to make sure we could have our unit available to move into over the weekend. Highly recommend using Maximum Storage for your storage needs.

This covered RV storage facility is state-of-the-art. I stopped by the grand opening on Saturday and I was totally amazed. They have the capability to store anything from a custom or collector car to a huge RV. If you have any type of vehicle you need to store indoors this is the place to come!!

The customer service here has been great. This is my 5th storage unit in a little over a year and the only one I have wanted to stick with longer term. Happy tenant here!

I found this place after a very disappointing encounter with another storage facility. The place is new or if its not its very well maintained. The price is a little steep. Im renting a 10x30 that runs about 230 per month. I did get half off the first two months however. My old storage unit in Texas was 10x20 and was about 170/month. I had a 30 ft trailer carrying my home goods and it had no problem with the space. They also let me keep it onsite for unloading overnight. So far Ive only been here one month, Ill update again one I move out.

Wow, this facility is really nice and the units are huge. You could fit your whole house plus your car in one of them. The staff are really professional and friendly, great coffee and the move-in specials convinced me.

Sara was friendly and helpful as she showed me the facilities and guided me thru the paperwork to get a spot for parking a 36 RV. The lot is easy to navigate and both spots I was shown were just spotless. Far above & beyond my last experience renting a storage spot!
