I had a plan to move out of my apartment, while I house hunted here in San Antonio, so I reached out to Arrow. From the first conversation with the receptionist here, to talking with Barb and Patrick (who were all the way in Colorado Springs), everything was smoother than I expected. The plan for the pickup, the price, all the way to delivery. Even the delivery guys Victor and Greg were awesome. Everyone was extremely professional but also personable. It was like moving, but using a friends business, rather than just a company. Ive moved a lot doing my military career, but the military handled it all, so this was a new world to me, and I have to say I was a little nervous. Needless to say, it was all smooth sailing. We had such a great experience with the crew who loaded up our four-bedroom house—thank you Angie, Ebsel, Darrell, Kevin, and Henry!! It was a hot day, and we had several really heavy items to load, but nonetheless this crew worked quickly, efficiently, thoughtfully, and thoroughly. In addition, they were equal parts professional and personable—we genuinely enjoyed sharing our home with them for the day! We have nothing but good things to say. Five stars, without question!

Barbara did a beautiful job taking care of us. The driver tested positive for COVID and she handled that challenge well. All of our items arrived safe and sound. The driver and unloaders were courteous and efficient.Just in general, Barbara us a delightful human being and fun to work with. That’s a big plus for me.

When your 98 year old Mother needs to close out her apartment and move to Skilled Nursing following a stroke, who do you call to move a lifetime of precious heirlooms and handmade oak furniture? The folks at the Senior Living Facility recommended Arrow Moving and Storage. What a GREAT recommendation! Chris and Lorenzo showed up on time for our scheduled move with smiles on their faces and an eagerness to help. They got down to business immediately, carefully padding and protecting some really special things we needed to move. Between Mothers family, friends, and the skilled nursing facility, there were four separate drop off locations. They carefully delivered each piece in excellent condition, even taking a few moments to help arrange furniture in the new room at skilled nursing. The unwanted items were dropped off a Goodwill for us. Chris and Lorenzo made a difficult day go so much better. We couldnt have hoped for a better move. I rate Arrow Moving and Storage at Five Stars. You can trust these people to handle your next move. Ask for Chris and Lorenzo, they were absolutely wonderful!

I’ve been moving around the world for 20 years doing military moves. This is my last move as I retire and this crew who packed us up to move home one last time is by far the best in my 20 years. Ive moved about 6 or 7 times in my life, and the entire team I dealt with at Arrow are in the top 1 or 2 companies Ive used. I was moving from Colorado to Utah. In the past, the problem Ive had with most moving companies is that once you get the estimate and/or book your move, its almost impossible to get a hold of the person who did your estimate ever again as you play phone tag with them for days. With Arrow, Patrick made his email readily available and was always prompt in responding. Barb, who coordinated the move, was equally responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Steve (the driver) and his assistant (Quentin I think) did both the packing and the moving, and were highly efficient and fast when it came to both the packing and a quick delivery. Its one of the few moves I had where everything went smoothly.

Arrow moving is top notch. We had a very complex moving situation -- moving items from two different states to Colorado. They were able to manage these details easily. We had quite a bit of delicate, antique furniture that was transported without any damage. All the staff at Arrow are responsive and helpful. They exceeded my expectations.

We have moved transatlantic twice and cross country several times, yet never before have we experienced so many scratched, bent, torn and broken pieces of furniture as we did during this local, 20 minutes down the street move. While the movers were very nice and fast, they clearly didnt care for our belongings at all. Very disappointing.

Arrow moving was amazing. They had a two stage pick up, one was a household, packed in storage and the other with a household requiring packing. I am retired military who had 32 moves in my career where packing and movers were required. Arrow is as good and probably better than any mover. The price was lowest of the credible bidders. The Arrow packers were on time, careful, caring, and professional. I watched the entire packing effort. The actual movers were on the next business day, and were just the best I have experienced. This was the best moving experience Ive had. Patrick Gipprich (sales) and Barb Edwards (coordinator) couldnt have been better to work with. They were so attentive and very customer service oriented. The move went smoothly and when I unpacked, I realized I had not lost one item. Everything had been impeccably packed. I was concerned about everything that had been stored for 2 years but, everything was found to be exactly in the condition that they were prior to being packed and stored.Moving is increadibly stressful. Everyone at Arrow made the process so much easier. They exceeded my expectations. I was truly blessed to have their help. They were a joy to work with and I highly recommend their services. They will be the first I call if I ever have any future moves.

Look no further, these are the folks you want to handle your belongings. Our move was complicated by needing to store half of our furniture in order to stage our home for sale. Three months later, we needed the rest of the items from our house stored until we could purchase a new place in a different city. Arrow kept our possessions safe and secure before delivering them on time, without drama to our new location.

The Arrow team was great to work with. The process was simple. They provided some boxes and mattress bags when we ran out. The moving crew did a great job on both ends of the move.

Terrible customer service. Completely unwilling to work with you and your schedule. If you call them they just lead you in circles and cant give an answer. Lost a crate in the move. Would not recommend to anyone. They bribe customers to leave a five star review by offering a thank you gift after the review is posted.

They were absolutely terrific. The men were very polite and nothing was too much trouble to deal with. The entire project was done in a very timely fashion and made as pleasant as possible.

I just had quite possibly the most disrespectful conversation with one of your representatives. He did not appreciate me asking any questions regarding move details, and when I asked for more time to consider before putting down a deposit he became belligerent. I was going to go with you as my moving provider, but after that interaction I will never be giving this company my business.

7 weeks to get my stuff. Half of it put info storage. Updates were never provided, always had to call. Worst of my 7 moves. Do not recommend.

We had movers pack us in Kansas and our belongings went into storage in SLC. When we found a home Arrow Moveing Co brought our household goods. They arrived on time and moved my belongings in safely to my home. I wish I would have been able to change a few things with the move especially in our basement but that was not their issue since they were following my orders. I will say I was impressed with how quickly Mayflower got our things to our new destination. However, we had several items that were broken, including our piano, and the claims department was horrible to work with. Because of this, I cannot recommend Mayflower.

On 3-19-18 they delivered our items from Alaska to Colorado. The movers (two of them) unwrapped our stuff in my apartment parking lot, and let trash fly everywhere. They attempted to just put stuff in the house without reassembling the things that the movers in Alaska disassembled (claiming that they don’t have to reassemble overseas shipments..), then they left without finishing assembling my son’s crib.... don’t worry though, they both used my bathroom, and left the seat up. Our packers weren’t the best, either, but the unpackers really took all faith I had in this company and dumped it directly in the trash! They weren’t friendly at all, the shorter Stumpier guy kept leaving my door open, no one removed their shoes, and they never cleaned up the trash floating around in the grass after they unpacked. I’m appalled to think that this company, which is in contract with the military, may be treating our service people the same way that they treated me, a civilian. It’s hard enough to be without your belongings for so long, and these items were supposed to be our early goods... they are only showing up 1 week earlier than our regular household shipment! All around disappointment!!

Honestly being a customer and being a temp that they hire is a completely different thing the people that work in the office especially steve should be fired for not only lack of personability but complete and utter incompetence he has this constipated look when you say good morning and it is completely off putting who would want to work for a company that overworks temps with complete disregard for their humanity the office staff can rott in hell they lack a soul and sense of humor they have about as much personality as a wall tack.
