Showed up 1 hour early for appointment. They changed it from a drop and hook to a live load. So far 5 hours past appointment time and still no door. When asked I just asked I was told at least a few more hours. Half the doors are wide open. If you need a reset this is the place to come. If you’re keeping a schedule look elsewhere.

Arrived to this location at 6:45 am. It is currently 6:42 pm with no end in sight... my co-driver is slipping in and out of consciousness. Our food supply is running low. Im losing hope, and may not make it through the night. If youre reading this, please send help!

This warehouse can get extremely busy with trucks always in the way and it makes it difficult to get to a dock or maneuver just to park or drop an empty. The lighting isnt the greatest but certainly not the worst Ive seen either. On the positive side there is plenty of room when a truck isnt in the way. There is at least one office open 24 hours with a bathroom and vending machines. Most of the time when I come to pick up a preloaded trailer it gets changed to a live load or I have to wait at least 3 hours before its ready. Thankfully there is on site parking while you wait.

Not bad but sometimes they take their time to unload

This has to be the worst place ever. Appointment at 1pm. Didnt get to the dock until 530. Loading took about a hour then you sit and wait again for your paperwork. Just got the call its now 830 pm. Just be ready to spend a full day here. There #1 priority is C.R. England before all others.

If you like spending the good part of an hour just waiting in line to check in, this is the place for you. I’m not sure if it’s the system they have in place or the people working the post. Once checked in and docked they get the work done quick. Just be prepared to tailgate at security

Super slow check in. Showed up, was told 1 hr wait. It turned into 2 hrs.Update: 1/5/21 showed up for an 8pm appointment and there is literally no one in the shipping office. I called and was told theyre probably at lunch. Idc, there should still be someone in the office! And the lady I talked to said she didnt work in the office and was not very helpful at all.

Long line all they way out to Riverside Ave. Too many trucks. Not enough staff to staff the place! Some days it’s better. Overnight parking on street.

Load and unloads pretty quick, but its that paperwork they take forever, 5 hours just for paperwork!

Horrible! A big cluster you know what to check in at! They do not honor their appointment times. We have been to this location 5 times and they have taken 8-10 hours to load each time. There will not be a 6th time for us!

Too much hit or miss, even with most of our loads being preloaded. Theyre either 1 or 2 hours behind or 10+. Those who experience this DC just once learn to dislike it.

I was just 10 minutes late. Lets change the appointment. My truck was empty the next day in the evening.

Was in and out in about 2 hours for delivery. At least 1 of that was just slowly trafficking into and through the dang place. 1600 appointment and it took 30 min to get from the street light to the guards shack. The disorganization of this warehouse is only matched by the Neanderthals driving around the facility. People parked everywhere for seemingly no reason, and one individual backing in a bit too long takes up all space to drive. Pretty frustrating overall, would not recommend to anyone who has a choice.

Got everything i needed for snacks. It was a little more expensive and they charge for bags... But other wise a great place to shop for all your necessities!

Enter off Agua Mansa Road to Miguel Bustamonte PKWY, took 45 minutes to get from the light at Agua Mansa down 1/4 mile on Miguel Bustamonte to the guard shack to check in, was given a door and their was already a truck in my door, had to wait for him to finish before I could get backed in, the girls in the office was very friendly, they have food and drinks available you can buy inside aswell. There are NO Walmart signs at this facility, its a Lineage Cold Storage facility under contract for Sams Club.

Rude lazy people working. You still sit for hours before getting out. They might put your load in another companies trailer and then take 10+ hours to unload it and put it on the right one. The yard jockeys will ignore you and keep on going about their thing but will stop and complain at you if you’re doing something that gets in their way. Just don’t come here. It’s not worth it. To many other places you can pull freight for around here.

This place is totally a messed up. I checked in an hour earlier prior to appointment but still they took 7 hours to load. Even staff isn’t friendly. They jus allow overnight parking for appointment drivers. People do park on the street but that’s no parking zone. In case you still wanna park on street you should move out before 5 am.

If I could give a negative 4 stars I would, this this by far the worse Walmart DC I have ever been at and I have been at a lot around the country. It takes them so long to take paperwork to finish its like watching children learning to read... You would think they would want you off their property ASAP... I just talked to a driver he has been waiting four hours for his paperwork and earlier I talked to a guy that had been waiting for over 7 hours for his paperwork. Get a DC representative down here and get these people trained for crying out load what the HELL!

17:00hrs was Total Time to finalize the process to be Unloaded. The worst waiting time in my 15yrs+ over the Road Experience. StressFull because off strick appointment Time and very unefficient system to coordinate check inn with long line, and No Help by phone provided on BL. Hardly any Directions and Heavy Traffic.With very few open spots to Park after being Unloaded(due to the long wait for paperwork to be processed).*Waited on Street for 6 Hours after checking in at Appointment Time.*Waited other 6 Hours on dock to be Unloaded.*Other 5 hours in Front off Office waiting to be called for paperwork, lady at the office Said they Called me but signal is weak. Never got the missed call on my phone and had most all signal bars. They tell that to some Drivers a Friend Driver beware Me from that Story it happend to Him too.I will get reimbursed by the Broker for the extra hours wasted there, that does not cover all the time lost and very bad taste off working there. Unprofessional Working Facility with vage ethics to be Efficient.

Cant lie this is one of the best places to deliver at in my opinion. I was in and out within 1 hour and the ppl were very helpful.

Expect to wait 11+ hours here, if you want to waste your clock this is the place that will help you waste your clock. Everytime Im here nothing can ever go smoothly either my load is ready but my paper work isnt. Workers will argue with truck drivers its a hot mess. This place doesnt deserve 1 star shame on the mess.

This place is strict on appointments 1 minute late you will be rescheduled get in line 1 hour before your check in time ..sometimes the lines are long and check in is not so quick .. do not park on the street or sleep over night you will get a ticket of $200 ... unloading takes awhile so dont waist your time awake waiting for the load to get unloaded..... just get some rest ...highly suggest you get a copy of each of your bols they do not sign paper work ... all they do is give back a manifest with pos on it ...get a copy of each bill all they need is 1

Quick and easy Drop and hook, staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Only complaint was the other drivers blocking room to maneuver around. They have scale on site for total weight, but you can just measure one axel at a time.

Probably the best job Ive ever had. Ty for the opportunity to make some decent money when I needed it.

Checked in the following day 1hr early after failed attempt the day prior. Checked in at 12/28/20 07:50, docked at 12/29/ 20 01:30, received gate pass 12/29/20 03:30. Be prepared to get screwed. Plus make sure you keep all the copy to your BOL they will not return anything.

Its important you GET IN LINE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EARLY. If you reach security entrance 1 minute past your appointment its an automatic reschedule. I hear people crying about this all over these reviews but its like that in a lot of places, not just Walmart.Second, if you plan on coming here regularly its very important to arrange a DETENTION FEE PER HOUR, especially for LTL deliveries. If you have another appointment 5-6 hours later after your Walmart appointment, have a back up plan because theres a good chance youre gonna be late to it.CHECK AT WINDOW OFTEN. A lot of the time it takes longer to get your paperwork than it does to unload you. Dont sit in your truck unless you have nothing else to do. Be pushy, go to their window every so often. Sometimes theyll process your paperwork faster just so they dont have to see your face anymoreBring food and drinks too. You could be in for a wait. Sometimes theyll unload you in an hour, sometimes you might be there for 10 hours or more. Its hit and miss with this place. You never know

I check in 10.30pm my appointment 11.30pm call me at 1.30am after checkout at almost 4.30am and not park out side police came early morning 4 am give ticket

Allows waiting same time my drivers wait 9to 18 hours If you give them money like 20 to 30 dollar they will load you in 20 mint and you dont have to unhook truck .you will get paper work right away.

They don’t care to help you or work with you!!!Avoid delivering here at ANY cost:unmannered clowns working in the check shack, problematic receiving (brought meat from an account I delivered here dozens of times, Interstate Meats) and they’re asking for the “weight diagram” huh?! Amazing, not to mention a lumper by the name of larry was very helpful and emotionally supportive when a pallet i was delivering had tipped over. The front desk girls were also very helpful as well as proper instructions by security guards

THIS LOCATION IS HELL ON EARTH!! They are inconsiderate of your time and you as a person! They are rude and slow to give ANY help! I am SHOCKED that they are still in business! Just because your name has Walmart in it, that means NOTHING and you are not God! And if it wasnt for the drivers that deliver to your facility, you would be more worthless than you already are!!

Make sure come at least one hour early to check in, if you are coming on time or 30 minutes early they will not take it and need reschedule. Walmart just need to improve.

Place was awful and cramped. Arrived 1hr early ended up being 10hrs waiting on what was supposed to be a drop and hook. They lied about my trailer being loaded and threw bs at me every interaction. I dont often leave reviews. This was one of the worst.

Been here a couple times. Both occasions I had to wait at least 6 to 7 hrs, if not more, to get loaded. Can be very frustrating waiting for a call without a given time frame of when youll get it. Please manage being a lot more efficient and value customers time.

Appointment was at 10 am got here early can only check in an hour early didn’t get a door until 6 pm they didn’t start loading until midnight got my paperwork at 325 am bring food and catch up on sleep

This place is crazy in a bad way 9.30 min to unload the people in the office were very nice but very slow and way too many trucks they need to figure something out so its not such a cluster there I gave them one star because of the wait time and the parking situation everybody was parked everywhere if you do need a place to park overnight theres plenty of street parking

Worst place to deliver/pick up,, they make you reschedule for 5 minutes late, but just at the gard u stock for a good 10 min,, so if u are on time and good to go, to get loaded or unloaded it takes a good 5 hours,, so yep thats how it works,, thats why people buy at Target n steal at Walmart
