I AM SSSOO VERY GLAD the previous manager is GONE!!! He was such a BUTT HEAD!! My husband and I have made 2 final purchases with this store, even though we realize we pay more for the products in the end, it’s in our budgets and we USED to get GREAT SERVICE from this store. We USED to feel like a part of the Best Way Family, originally that is.Any way, the time prior to this, we came into the store to get a dryer and the manager offered us a great deal, but by the time the dryer was delivered within the next 2 weeks, what he quoted me in the store was NOT what was on the paper work!! I returned the dryer, and told him off!! The delivery guy was so apologetic, I hate that he is no longer there. I would recommend that you might want to investigate why he was let go, and maybe consider hiring him back, he was really good for Best Way. He also tried his best to get me to stay on as a customer and even recommended that I talk to the Regional Manager, who he promised me was more professional and caring, and he was ready with the name and number, unlike the butt head store manager who declared he didn’t have that information.This time, the young lady who called me reminded me of the young black lady that was working there when we first became a part of Best Way, and the Staff that was there as my husband and I entered the Store was welcoming and smiling, with exception to 1, who was there with the butt head. I hope these people sleep good at night.After paying on a washer and dryer for almost a year they just came and got my parents because my 72yr old father lost his card and was late on a payment.This place is nothing but a RIP OFF.....And the manager John is a horrible person
The staff, especially Scott, was fantastic. They have a great selection, great prices, and friendly attitudes. He worked diligently on providing a great customer experience, helping to discern exactly what we wanted and within a set budget, even offered further discounts. Definitely recommend

I agree with the user who said to watch these guys. Scott the manager used my card without authorization and continued to do for for 3 days straight. Because of that Scott the manager at Bestway cost me $108 in overdraft fees by the time i realized he was running my card without my permission. I have been late but they always, always, ALWAYS got their money and i would get caught up. And Im talking only a couple weeks late. Scott the manager at bestway in columbia next to the harbor freight kept calling and harassing me at home over $44! I was never refunded by bestway the money that Scott overdrafted from my account. Ibhad my account setup by the old manager there to be monthly then for some reason without my knowledge it was changed to weekly. I was told by someone at the store that it was probably changed because they could get more money out of me if it was weekly rather than monthly. There is a guy there named Montre. He is the guy that should be running that store. Anytime there were any issues Montre was always more than helpful and polite in handling the matter. I asked him one day why he didnt take over for the old manager. He said to me that they said he didnt have the experience. In my mind thats not the reason. Instead they put another fat white guy in charge of bossing all the other employees who do the real work. And by the way im a white guy so for anyone that wants to call out the race issues, just dont. Im calling aarons to bring me the same thing i have from bestway. I will never do busy with bestway again. Especially one that skips over their black employees for advancement so they can throw a white guy in there!
