Leslie, Ramon and Jordan were a joy to work with and took care of my car buying needs. I drove from Iowa to pick up my new Mazda and I couldnt have picked a better Mazda dealer to purchase my new car. They really strived to make my out of state car buying experience a positive one. I really recommend if you are in the market for a new car... Please check these guys out.... You will definitely be taken care of.
Joe Machens Mazda was a pleasure to do business with. Everyone is very friendly and totally professional. They got me a payment that is comfortably within my budget. Special thanks to Leslie for going the extra mile to provide excellent service and satisfaction!
Horrible! Do not buy a car from them! If I could give negative stars I would! I bought a car from them 2 months ago for $7500 and have had nothing but problems! They forgot the change the bad breaks before I left the lot had to take it back up there to get them replaced. My blinker and tail light went out same day! They wouldn’t replace it. Then two weeks later headlights went out! Now it’s ticking and engine is pulling. Took to a mechanic and he said literally no oil in the car and it doesn’t leak and according to the sticker the dealer put I still have 2000 plus miles til a change is needed. The mechanic said there was barely any transmission fluid or power steering fluid! I am literally lucky I haven’t crashed and I have an infant in my car daily and they knew that. They promised the car was safe. I am sick to my stomach that a big name like Joe Machens allows this level of disgusting business practices to happen. I will make sure I post this every where and tell every to not use them ever! Oh almost forgot and it has issues starting! It’s like they had some type of trick on it when I test drove it everything was good but once I signed that paper everything messed up! Please do not buy cars from them it is not worth it!
I am so pleased with machens. The Mitsubishi I purchased is the best vehicle Ive ever had.Its beautiful on the inside and out and gets great gas mileage.Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond and are so kind. I recommend machens for anyone in search of a vehicle especially in these trying times. Thank you so much, Machens.Respectfully;Lisa Slaughter
Leslie Garcia is the best! She really is organized and made sure that everything was done.Other staff is personable and easy to work with.
I was a bit frustrated with my experience although we got a car. I felt kind of ignored. We showed up for a 10 oclock appointment and did not leave the dealership until 2 in the afternoon. I had the financing all done way before that. They took the car to the shop because of the check engine light being on. Told us they ordered a part and it would be there at 1 around 1:30 we were told it was the wrong part. I asked them to get the car so we could go and I would fix it myself. The car rode great pleased with it, but my son went to OReilly and they put the car on a machine and was able to get him the exact part he needed he came home put the piece on the car and the engine light went off. I was kind of sad we sat there in the dealership all that time and kind of got ignored. The bright spot to my day is that we did get a car got a good deal on the car, but just felt a little disappointed that it took this long and that your service department ordered the wrong part for the car. I kept explaining that we needed the car that day and that my son had to be at work in Boonville at 3:30. And I feel like if you know I was approved for the car it should have been taken to the shop as soon as they knew I was approved and had it detailed and ready to go. Like I said I got the car but was just very disappointed in the type of service we were provided. Thank you.
Bought a car.was told no issue 10 minutes off the lot check engine light. took it back to dealership for service. tripped the light got it back. 10 minutes off the lot check engine light on again... same problem.. didnt fix the first time? was an issue with the car prior to purchasing. THE SALESMAN LIES TO YOU. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS CROOKED
I would give them no stars if I could. We sat there for 6-7 hours after picking a car for our daughter. Sales guy was nice but that dont make up for the headache this place gives you. We told them no money down and that we had a 10k dollar car that she only owed 1200 on so was no need for a down plus her excellent credit score helps. Two weeks later they call about the 500 we were supposed to put down after expressing more than once that we werent putting money down. So if you want to be stuck in a dealership for many hours and them still not get stuff right then have at it. But if you want a better experience you better find it elsewhere. Horrible.
We do our maintenance here. Awesome people.
Such wonderful people at this place! If I could give more stars I would!!! I had such great experience here and cannot thank them enough for giving me the best deal!!
I was disappointed in my visit today. TL;DR: Drove an hour because I was assured they had a vehicle I wanted when it in fact was not even close.I inquired about a vehicle that was listed this morning (still in detail so no photos), spoke to someone there and asked a few questions they couldnt answer immediately, they called me back and I specifically mentioned a feature of the vehicle and the color asking if it was available. I was assured it was. I hopped on the website and got preapproved, then drove about an hour there. I met with the person I spoke with on the phone and they got all of my information including basic finance info, insuring me it would speed the process. That part was professional, quick and pretty painless. The issue arose when I was taken to the car and it was a different color than what was listed. Not the end of the world, the salesperson was going on about how nice the car was. My brother in law and I were walking around it and noticed the entire passengers side was in bad shape. Walked around the car and noticed the specific feature I had asked about and the only reason I drove to view this car was in fact not installed. The salesperson backpedaled and tried to justify their mistake, but it was clear that they had not checked or had the knowledge to decipher the problem. I asked if they had anything similar with the feature I was wanting but was pointed towards many vehicles that were not even close.
They worked hard to find our car in a time where there were very few. It would have been nice to know they would deliver before we went to pick it up.
The actual sales part was horrible. Buying my first new/used car should have been a pleasant and enjoyable experience but was the total opposite.I do have to say however,. The after buying experience is awesome. When I take my car in for upkeep and maintenance its Always a fast enjoyable experience. Ty Joe machens
Everyone was super nice, it was a quick and effortless experience. Travis and Shawn had great customer service skills and made it so easy to purchase my car!
I had the good luck to be introduced to a salesman named M.C. I told him what type of used vehicle I was looking for and he called me 48 hours later with a vehicle that ticked every box I asked for including being large enough for my 100 lb service dog and in my budget. I was walking out of the office within an hour and a half with exactly what I asked for after being treated like an old friend.Absolutely I will recommend Joe Machens Mitsubishi to anyone needing a new car.Thank you for making my car buying experience stress free!Robin W.
Very disappointed. We bought a new car from here a few years back so when we where looking for a truck we wanted to go back. Never again will we shop at this dealership again.
Every one was so very nice and helpful
Great service. Very friendly and kept me posted on what was going on. Sad that I cant get the part from anyone but Mitsubishi and due to cost for a 24 in. plug cord for rear wheel sensor. Very awesome service though on recalls and keys.
Worked with salesperson Taylor Gee—enjoyed working with her—we pretty much knew the truck we were interested in—she helped get the deal done—good asset we wish her success
This was my first time purchasing a car and I was very excited. I was pre-approved and an amazing car, so I thought. The listing for the vehicle didnt have any pictures so I assumed it was recently received inventory. However the list of features was absolutley amazing and pretty much sold me on the car. I called the dealership and expressed my interest and was told to bring the necessary parperwork to begin the process.Once I get to the dealership I talk to the salesman who was extremely friendy and helpful. He takes the my offer summary and makes copies of my paystubs while I begin filling out paperwork for the car. After that Im taken to the car for a test drive and to my surprise there are maybe five of the features listed that are actually in the car. After noticing this my excitement level drops immediately. I was in need of a car and even though it was lacking what was advertised, the mileage of the car was exceptional so i proceeded with the purchase.Ive now had the vehicle for six days and on day five the check engine light comes on out of the blue. Im now stuck with a car for the next five years that was advertised under false pretenses and check engine light. Needless to say, I am less than a satisfied customer.
I’ve had my previous car serviced at Machens several times in the past and when it was time to finally replace it, I knew I wanted another Mazda. MC and George were great and I was able to do most of the negotiation via text, phone, and email, which was great in these weird times! I would definitely recommend Machens Mazda and I am loving the car!!!
Great car-buying experience. Jessica (and Piggie) were so kind and helpful, and I got a great deal on a CX-5 that I’ll be able to drive for many years. Jessica stayed true to her word when she said it had CarPlay installed, (but actually didn’t) so she had it installed for free at my convenience, and gave me a loaner car as well. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.
This is the place to buy a car, I went thru Caleb Reissing and he did an outstanding job helping me find the right car for me that fits into my budget. He is very Patient, understanding and Respectful. If I had family or friends that needed a car I would totally send them to Caleb Reissing!
Ask for JORDAN WOOD! She is amazing, got me a great deal and she was speedy and even offered me chips. Lol no but seriously she isn’t pushy like the other people/places and she’s not rude and hateful she really is awesome! Great place with her there!
Machens is the only dealership where I’ve enjoyed the car buying process. I drove an hour out of my way just to go business with them. Highly recommend Machens. All their staff are phenomenal.
Very profesional service they extend the service until your satisfy
Kim Chick is doing a awesome job. If u want a low pressure no nonsense salesman or saleswoman ask for her. She will take great care of u. Doing whatever she can to get u in the car u want or the car u can afford. Kim Chick is the one u want. She goes the extra mile every minute of every day.
Took my car in for a rear break pad change and oil change. They look the car over, checking filters, tire tread, etc. And call you back. I called to check on the progress cause I hadn’t heard and I really needed the car back since I live out of town. They got busy which is understandable and hadn’t had the chance to call back. The break pads were too far gone and caused damage to the rotors. They changed $50 per rotor. $20-$30 more than what I could have gotten at an auto parts shop. They checked the cabin filter which had leaves in it that were left on the floorboard. Didn’t clean that up.Also while there, I had all the recalls check out. My particular Mazda has a defective dash that apparently melts. Leaving it sticky and shiny. Since my car was bought salvaged, the warranty is void and couldn’t get it replaced. However they had placed a piece of paper on the sticky part of the dash and left it there. I ended up taking it off cause obviously I don’t want it there. And the paper tore leaving some on the dash. Wasn’t overly thrilled with that.
Lou Ann was wonderful to work with! I feel like she was finding the best deal for me and what I was wanting. Buying a car is stressful and she made the experience quick and easy! Thank you for all the tips! Enjoying my SUV in this snowstorm! Thanks again Lou Ann!
Everyone was very polite, but my oil change that was supposed to take an hour ended up taking over 2 1/2 hours. Had I not called to check on my car, it would’ve taken longer. My driver told me it had been ready for 15 minutes before I called.I had a hard time understanding why, when I had been given a timeframe, and had made an appointment, it was not able to be completed in the time given.
Tim Simon was great throughout this entire process. He was patient and understanding through it all. I will definitely use him in the future! Ricky was great too. I appreciate everything they did for us!
Kevin Schultz is the best Service Manager on the face of the planet & Ill tell you why.Bear with me.Im a self-employed ASE Certified Technician & was field troubleshooting a 2000 Mits Montero Sport in NW Arkansas that my client had purchased for his daughter, who was with-child.Before giving her the car he replaced the weak battery that came with it & thus inadvertently triggered the anti-theft/immobilizer. That was 2 years ago & the vehicle has not started since. His grandson is 1.5 years old now.The original Immobilizer Override Code card (see attached photo), provided to the original owner when this vehicle was purchased new, was lost to history long ago. The code can however be retrieved from any Mitsubishi dealership by presenting them with the serial number off of the Immobilizer ECU. This code is entered via the brake pedal & allows you 2 chances to start your vehicle.By the time Id called Joe Machens Mitsubishi & talked to Kevin, I had already called & spoken with several other dealership service managers & each one told me that they had never heard of an Immobilizer Override Code. Even their senior factory trained technicians affirmed that there was no such thing. Each one told me that the vehicle had to be towed in to the nearest dealer (at great expense to the owner) for repair & reprogramming.Kevin Schultz, & one of his technicians, were no different. They too believed that there existed no such thing. But the difference between Kevin & the gauntlet of other service managers that I had gone through is simply this; an open minded positive attitude. In spite of his belief that there was no Override Code & that the vehicle would have to be towed in to resolve the problem, he nevertheless considered my assurance that there is indeed an override code that can be retrieved from the Mitsubishi database system when provided with the Immos serial number.Unlike all the other service managers I spoke with, who took their technicians word as gospel & interrupted my attempts to convince otherwise with increasing self-righteous belligerence & anger; Kevin actually listen with kind patience & actually considered the possibility that even a factory trained expert can be mistaken. Within 3 minutes all the others were already dismissing me as an idiot & brow-beating the conversation to an early end. Kevin spent a whopping 12 minutes of his time actually trying to help meI could hear him typing on his computer to see if there was an override code, all the while explaining to me in an apologetic manner that he was pretty sure that the vehicle would have to be towed in, when suddenly he went silent. I could then hear him telling the technician still next to him that in fact there was an override code after all. He then asked me for the immobilizers serial number & 10 seconds later I was writing down the 4 digit code he provided.Through his considerate help I was able to successfully repair my clients 19 year old SUV, saving his family hundreds of dollars for towing & the elite expense of dealership repair.Kevin has a positive upbeat attitude that is probably contagious to those around him. He lacks the the arrogance common to those placed in a position of control, which is essential to true leadership. His willingness to donate the extra mile for a person remote from his clients base tells how fortunate his clients & staff are to have him. The upper management who hired him should be commended for their intelligence. Kevins last words to me was, Dont hesitate to call me back if you need anything further assistance. The bureaucratic attitude of all the previous service managers had filled me with hopeless resignation & I dreaded the thought of making another attempt. I was on the verge of giving up but decided to give it one more try.The next in the list was Joe Machens in Columbia, MO; & the manager there is named Kevin Schultz; & I hope this review gets him a raise.
Very nice and helpful. The two gentlemen who took me to work and picked me up from work were nice and pleasant and made the rides comfortable.
Had scheduled appointment, was on time, and routine oil change and tire rotation still took 2 hours. I asked for an itemized list of what was done in case they had to do anything addition, but it only listed the two services. Friendly people but that is just way too long for simple routine tasks when you have an appointment time.
I worked with Rachel to purchase my new Mazda CX-5. I was happy with the low pressure sales tactics and with them understanding me wanting to look at other vehicle types prior to making my final decision. Ricky Bobby was also great to work with on financing. I’d recommend to a friend and go back in the future.
Service was quick. I would have given more stars for customer service, however I had 2 issues.1. Please, please, please stop trying to sell me services that I do not want or need.2. I was told over the phone that my oil change would be 50.00, including tax. Since everyone else was charging at least 10 dollars more, I made the appointment.3. I did ask to have one windshield wiper replaced.4. I walked out of there paying 107.00.5. 57.00 for a windshield wiper????????
They replaced the wrong tires during our original service. They tried to tell us we had to replace a part that was not bent or broken for a new car we drove off their lot. They did not complete requested services prior to attempting to sell us additional services. When returning to have the correct tires replaced, the technician drove the front end of the car over the lift arms that he failed to retract.
The service staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The service manager even lent us a car so that while they fixed our car we could go have lunch. By the time we finished the car was ready. The whole day could have gone an entirely different way but because of the service staff and manager it turned out to be a decent day.
Very friendly sales and finance people. I didnt feel pressured or manipulated, and I really appreciate that! I love the CX-5 we bought and I am looking for reasons to run errands for my wife now ;)
Great experience all across the board, Tim Sled aka Big T was great to work with over the phone and in person. Applied for preapproval on Thursday and was out the door in 4 hours with a great purchase on a 2017 Dodge Journey today. Me and my wife were clear with are needs in a vehicle and Big T and the team at Joe Machens got us in what we needed. Easily one of the smoothest buying experiences Ive had. Will definitely come back again!
Great group of folks. Of course every car salesman is out to make money but at least the ones here are actually polite and dont look at color or race. Most of the places to buy cars in Columbia are so beyond full of pretentious people its almost draining to walk in them.Keep the smiles Joe Machens!!! Your customers really feel good when they leave!
Excellent dealership to work wit.mh. Lu Ann very professional and personable. She worked hard to find my car. Then kept me informed with status updates. Would buy again. Love my car
My service rep (Joe) was very helpful and kept me up to date during the repair process.
Great experience at Joe Machens. Staff waa very professional and was given a good price on my van. Special thanks to MC Dampier for his great service
JM Mazda and Mitsubishi was offering free oil changes to health care workers. I was in desperate need of an oil change when I saw their Facebook ad. The service employees were friendly and helpful. Only took about an hour and a half from start to finish. Thank you so much!!!
Kim was absolutely amazing at helping me in buying my first “mini SUV”, the Chevy Trax! She found me a vehicle that checked all of my boxes and you can truly tell that she cares about her customers. 100% would recommend!
These guys take very good care of my car. They will explain everything to you and I find most of their prices very reasonable. They are nothing but nice on the phone and in person. And even better, they will remember you when you come back. You can tell they want your car to be safe for you!
They are very people Friendly we want thank MC for everything he did an Mike Anderson for putting us in the car we love an also the financial person also they great people an if you need a car look them up. Thanks again James an Raeleen
Joe was very thorough and helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed on my mother’s 18 yo Mazda. He cheerfully arranged for a loaner when they couldn’t get to it that day.
Don’t go buy car from this dealership. They just want sell cars. After they sold the cars and when you cars problem and try go back get help, they don’t want help you at all. Bad customer service
Terry was very friendly ..
Dave, and the gang, are ALWAYS very professional, courteous, and helpful.Your service department is truly what makes your dealership a success.Sales gets the customer in the car.Service keeps the customer loyal to the product. Thanks, Super Service Dudes!
Had a very pleasant experience. Make an appointment with Brandon Stillwell to get a new car. Hes very pleasant to deal with.
Good reception. My needs were attended fast and i did not have to wait for too long.
Folks, this is a great place to buy your next new or used car. The sales staff is amazing friendly and want to help you get your next vehicle. If you need help with financing, these guys will do everything within their power to get you in a quality car.
The service guys are great. Machens in general has gone down. Way overpriced for even an oil change, over $50 for an oil and filter change. Its not like I got my car washed or vacuumed (they dont do that anymore). Used to be that I didnt mind paying a bit more because they took such great care of you as a customer. Not sure if Ill continue taking my car there for general maintenance. Everything is shrinking at Machens Mazda. Car lot is very empty, closed down the pregarage and waiting room. Seemed like only a handful of employees working. I feel they are getting ready to go under.
The employees were very nice and provided great service. They stayed an hour later to help me finish the paperwork for my car.
Brought my car at machens. In 2012 Glant oil changes Done there no complaints in either Departments
Everyone I worked with was awesome! I think David and Ed? But I know Adrian was amazing as my driver, very personable.
Its a perfect fit for my family and we want to say thank you for picking the right one for us and we LOVE it!
Kim chick was hired today . Everyone get ready, my girl is a hard worker and she will excell. Dont say it cant be done because she will prove u wrong. I guarantee it. So ask for Kim Chick if u want the best deal on a car in central Missouri at Joe Machens Mazda in Colombia.
On 23July2020 I went in for a normal scheduled full circle service at Joe machens Mazda and it was brought to my attention by the mechanic(Cory) that my vehicle checked out fine except my tires and air filter so I agreed to 4 new tires, air filter replacement and a wheel alignment that he suggested. Within an hour of leaving the dealership I started noticing issues which lead to my car being towed and repaired(Mass airflow sensor, wheel alignment) by them at no cost to me thanks to Mazdas Corporate Office. Overall this has been my worst experience with a mazda dealership for services. I would never refer anyone to them for maintenance services. This was my first time going to this location and my last. Not only was maintenance not performed correctly the first time but the service dept day manager (Joe) was very unprofessional, didnt even try to empathize with the customers situation or take any responsibility on his companys part. Yes I do thank corporate for handling the situation the best they could.A very disappointed Mazda Owner,Jasmine McGauley
I had my car serviced there and had the honor of working with Dave. He was absolutely wonderful. Very informative super nice explained everything and we were able to communicate via text!He even messaged me afterwards for a follow-up. It really seems like these guys cared and were trying their best to help any way they could in my situation.
Joe and Jennifer we great at keeping me up to date on my car. With it being broken so long and their cooperation the price was meaningless in comparison to the relief of having it done properly, trustworthy, and the connection of a man and his car reunited once again.
Awesome sales staff. Very friendly and accommodating
Brought my mom here to look for a suv. Tim is a great salesperson. Not pushy. Let her look at several one.
Patient sales staff. Not all of them are hard driving dealers. Thousands of cars available. Starbucks coffee available for shoppers. Possibly too many choices of cars and trucks. They are willing to let you test them all. I would encourage you to visit. Be strong.
I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Lou Ann at Joe Machens Mazda in Columbia, MO. I had a 2017 and wanted to upgrade to a 2019 Mazda CX-5 with a specific exterior color that would be discontinued in 2020 by Mazda. The color I wanted was not on their lot but Lou Ann was able to find the color I wanted elsewhere. I traded in my 2017 for the 2019 and was very content with the outstanding customer service I received from all the employees I spoke with. Great job everyone!
First time buying a car and had a great experience! Couldn’t ask for better more friendly people.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Our new cars passenger seat was filled with sunflower seeds after the sale and detail of our car. Machens is a shady high volume dealer. They dont/wont care about you individually. They just want your money. Go to Forrest Chevrolet, or anywhere else for Gods sake.
Tim Simon was a great! He helped a lot with the cars I looked at and helped me find one in my budget that I loved. He was also great conversation. And the rest of the team helped out and provided a lot of information to help me make my decision.
ZERO integrity! Told me one price over the phone and with text messages...kept telling me to come test drive...promised it would be worth the 2 hour and 15 minute drive. We did the credit app and everything remote/over the phone so we could move quickly in person. Drive from St. Louis in traffic with my wife and 5 kids - all children 10 and under and I told them how much of an effort it would be before I left. Show up to Columbia, nothing is ready and on top of that, they jacked the price up $2,600. Unreal. Finance Manager threw his sales rep under the bus. Jeff Chick was totally genuine and thought we’d make a compromise based on what his team told him but all they wanted was to get my family onsite to pressure a sale. Unfortunate. We ended up having a fun road trip and laughed about the experience and had a great dinner, but I’d be cautious dealing with these folks. Finance Manager is looking to swindle.
I had the most pleasant experience I have every had purchasing a vehicle with Dagan (salesman), Chasta (receptionist), Mike (manager), and Michael (financing).
I have had the opportunity to do business with these stores on many occasions, and they are top notch! Great staff, and they are always going the extra mile to be sure you are happy. If you need a car...this is THE PLACE!
Amazing service as always. Dave Hern made us feel like family. Will always trust my car to Machens
We were allowed to review and drive vehicles with the help of your representative. He was very helpful in determining which vehicles to drive. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee TrailMaster. General Sales Manager assisted.
The people are fantastic. They are friendly and explain my services and help me access discounts. I don’t feel like they’re just trying to upsell me. The facility however is a little old school and the waiting room feels like an afterthought.
All around great experience. Brandon Stillwell was amazing. Told him what we wanted and he made it happen.
Ive bought over 90 cars in my life, about half from dealerships, Machens is one of the best, friendly, fair and competent.
Very happy with my experience with Tim in sales. Made the whole process much easier! Thanks Tim!
Service department is always great to work with. Dave always makes sure our needs are met in a timely manner and gives you a fair price.
Remember to negotiate. 15% off should be the minimum discount. Dont buy the I have more in it speech. You have to be willing to walk away to get a deal. Friendly staff and good selection.
I’ve been having car problems sense the time I got the car a year ago and I have taken it many places but it always breaks down. This time they listened to what I said and we where able to find the problem and they fixed it! I owe them some brownies!
I love the Eclipse Cross that I bought, but as soon as the purchase was over with, it was hard to communicate with anybody. The car is a 2018 and new. When I drove it home the wheel vibrated so much it hurt my hands and the next day the pressure was very low and I had to stop to put air in the tires. Something I feel should have been checked by the service department or by the salesman, Brandon. When I picked it up later than I said, I still had to wait for him to put on the temp tags and to fill it up with gas. Something that should have been done beforehand. It was a little frustrating so I don’t think I will recommend the place. I love the car but once the sale was made and the check written, I was put to the side. No longer needed to make a sale.
Excellent service! They are super polite and easy to work with, and they get my car in and out quickly. They also have a very nice customer lounge.
I didnt buy my mazda here, but nonetheless have consistently received excellent customer service from the service department.Dave and Sean explained whats going on with my car and showed me the parts they were working on. They have helped me understand my car, and know what services to budget for in the future. They even have a shuttle if you need a ride somewhere while your cars getting work.So grateful for Dave, Adrian and the rest of the crew at Mazdas service department!
Dave is always proffessional and pleasant. No matter if its the 1st or 100th time he treats us like family and we always feel good coming back.
Overall good service at reasonable prices.
I needed my key fob reprogrammed. Joe Machens did this reprogramming and programmed a new fob quickly. The cost was less than I expected. The gentleman who coordinated the repairs...I think Dave...was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Wonderful experience! Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have great coffee!
MC Dampier is the perfect salesman got me something new low miles and sexy Great price payment and coverage Go See Him for the New Year...
To be completely honest I used to hate going here because of several bad experiences, but they have done a great job at becoming an awesome sales crew to work with, they did a perfect job at finding the perfect cx5 for me
They we easy to work with. Helped me with getting my new car!!! Highly recommended!!
I discovered Machens Mazda and Fiat 3 months ago for regular new car maintenance and have been very pleased with the Machens team. Fast, friendly and low price. Top shelf. Jason
I recieved a safety recall notice in the mail, called Joe Machens Mazda. Since it was late Friday, I had to wait til Monday but they got my car in promptly and replaced the faulty part.
Very friendly. I called about a car and they had it waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. I ended up purchasing the car and I was able to negotiate and purchase the car that evening. It was also very quick. I think I only spent an hour at the dealership.
The Dealership was nice! BUT as far as Customer service goes I would give them a zero star rating. Upfront everybody is nice and cordial. When it comes time to paying the bill they act like theyre doing you a favor. Making customers feel like they are dumb is just not polite business. So the coupon said two oil changes w/ tire rotation $80 [$80] looked like a check. They got frustrated with me because they had to explain it to me again and the man shook his head and walked away. A woman came back and explained that shes never been told what I thought before. I get that in todays modern age of convenience people try to get out of paying a bill; but, dont make people feel dumb and dont disrespect them to their face. Again I understand there were a lot of people there and its frustrating when you feel like your doing all you can and then you think some guy just doesnt want to pay. Just be polite about it and shake your head and disrespect them behind closed doors.
Had a great experience today thank you Timothy T Sled!
