Wonderful guys to work with, if you have ever been a female looking for honest people to help with a tire exhaust or mechanical issue these are the guys!!! They did what I needed and more I also witnessed them do a minor repair for a lady in under 30 mins and tell her she owed them nothing!!! Good people are hard to find so I wanted to put the word out there!!!!!

Scheduled Catalytic Converter repair estimate with manager Angelo. Greeted by manager, staff and even customers soon as I walked up. Vehicle taken back immediately. Test were ran on Cat and found no errors. We talked about recent service repairs and codes. I explained the O2 sensors and Cat coded and wanted to avoid possible engine problems. O2 Sensors were replaced and I was there for Cat repair. They explained various reasons for the Cat code but went further, retested and did a test drive. Finding no problems. Suggested tune-up in the near future but assured me Catalytic Converter functioning properly. Many other shops would have charged for a repair but that wasn’t necessary but NOT ready THIS shop. I am so thankful and will have future maintenance done by these guys.

I had them do the exhaust on my ford excursion and Im very impressed. Right when I brought my truck there for the appointment they were very professional and got straight to work. Finished the work at a very good time and charged me less than what I was quoted. Definitely going back in the future.

This shop was recommended to me and I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. They were able to take it the day after I called to look for the problem and it was fixed 3 hours after I dropped it off. The owner even picked me up from campus to spare me a 40 minute walk. I am a female and I was traveling alone hundreds of miles by myself. A devastating thing to happen to a female traveling alone is to break down hundreds of miles from home. Best exhaust shop in the 803. These guys are great, very professional and honest. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. They got my truck knocked out within a day of me dropping it off with no notice. Incredible service, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I went in with no appointment on a Friday after 2 pm with a loud exhaust problem. At first I was told probably not today but then Angelo said let me see what I can work out.The got my problem fixed quickly, within a few bucks of the estimate. Angelo gave me an estimate on another issue and I left much quieter than I came in, all in about an hour.

Took my car to look at exhaust problem. They immediately put it on the rack, found the problem, welded a piece in place and I was done. Probably spent 20 minutes there. And the price was great too.

I had an exhaust issue arise on my way home from work so I called these guys and I was able to get an estimate over the phone for what I thought the problem was. I took my car in for them to look at with the premise that they could only diagnose the problem and give me a more accurate cost to fix because they were booked with other appointments and wouldnt have time to fix my car the same day. After a lift opened up they got my car in there and within five minutes they had diagnosed the problem as a rusted clamp that had broke that was causing the exhaust leak, and they slapped a spare clamp on gave me my keys and sent me out the door at no cost to me. These guys could have sold me on that I needed new parts and charged me for it, but they kept it real and honest with me. Im definitely going back to these guys for any further work I need done in the future.

Thanks for getting me in when you were backed up to the max for a resonator delete first thing in the morning on my 20 TRD Camry. I think his name was Brian that gave the front desk guy the go ahead. I appreciate it! Sounds like it should from the factory. Job took 20 minutes tops with minimal wait. If you need something like this done, these guys are the best in the area for performance mods/exhaust. Most shops wouldnt even look at my car. One shop even got mad at me for asking for a resonator delete on a factory performance exhaust. (I didnt ask to hack the cats off.) They have made me a set of muffler deletes/nice tips for my old IS200T in the past(no longer have this slow car) that worked wonderfully for a fraction of the cost of Remarks.

I came in with a major exhaust problem. thinking I would need replace a part, the staff was very professional and explained exactly what the issue was. It was a simple fix and they did not trump up any other issues as most places do to customers. It was a wonderful experience and I plan to go back, for any other repairs I may need in the future.

This shop is outstanding. Anything from a muffler for your daily car to your full blown race car dyno tuned, they do it all. Its hard to find a good dependable honest shop nowadays, this is that shop. If you can make an appointment first, thats a solid recommendation.

I took my Trailblazer SS to Muffler shop on a recommendation of a friend! Best advice ever; especially after having an issue and disappointment elsewhere, I was skeptical. They explained everything, delivered on the promised made, and even made it known that if there was anything I wasn’t completely satisfied with to come back. Not a lot of that level of customer service nowadays.Also as a side note while sitting in lobby observing other customer interactions I was impressed with the customer service provided to others and honest advice delivered to each and every customer! I called the shop twice to collect information which I spoke with Mr. Angelo Smith ( Manager ) who was very professional and was able to answer any questions I had . I visited Muffler shop of Columbia on 01/29/21 for my GT500 pre sale inspection. Mr. Angelo Smith, the manager and master tech and owner, Brian were very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me all the information I needed and told me what my car needed (clutch). I highly recommend this place for a professional and great service.

Took my Nissan Rogue to the Muffler Shop of Columbia to get a custom exhaust done to it. Brian is the one who helped me out and answered all my questions I had about it. We stop by on our way to Louisiana just to get a guesstimate, just to find out that we needed some work done. So we were so worried that this point, because it was unexpected and that we would have been late and missing hours driving but the manager Angelo reassured us that he would take care of us and get us in and out fast. and he did just that he got us in and 45 minutes later the work was done and we were on the road readyto go and enjoy a trip as we got back we bring our vehicle in for an oil change and routine maintenance. They do a wonderful job very reasonable, and a friendly staff..

I’ve done business with the muffler shop through my dealership over the years and never had an issue, today I had my personal car there for some work that I can’t perform in my shop, I can’t say enough about how good the whole shop was to deal with . Everyone that works there that I was around was more than helpful, Chris worked with me on my car for a while, and spent probably 45 minutes talking to me about things, obviously taking time away from doing other things that he had to deal with . When Chris finished with me, I asked about some exhaust options and another technician immediately stopped doing what he was doing and pulled my car on another lift and showed me some options and actually talked me into spending less money than I intended . Being someone that has managed Fixed operations for 25 years, I’ve seen it all, good and bad . If you can’t get along with these guys, you may be the problem. Great customer service, and trustworthy workmanship !

This place has the worst customer service. They charged me a lot of money to change my spark plugs and wires along with some other work. The car never ran right after leaving there shop. After taking it there again they didnt fix it. So I left to take it to another mechanic and found out that they charged me for the spark plugs but didnt change them and left the old wires on the car which were the wrong wires for the car plus they were deteriorated. The better mechanic took the car apart and found these spark plugs in it which they claimed were knew. They also messed up my power steering when they charged me to fix it. I took the new mechanic up there to try to talk it out but they were extremely rude and actually started cussing at me and the mechanic. They also did other work that wasnt done but charged me for it. The dyno report wasnt even an accurate report on my car. I basically had to pay double for my car to be worked on since they didnt do their job. Then when asked for a refund i was told to piss off. So clearly horrible business ran by horrible people who look like they just got out of prison. I would never recommend anyone to them and also I caught the owner trying to text my girlfriend which is clearly inappropriate as a bushiness owner. I have now found out a lot of people have had this same bad experience. I will report them and I also will cancel all payment made to them. Overpriced work backed by trashy people

My exhaust pipe was having down lower than it should cuz the hanger had broke. With less than 5 minutes of welding, it was fixed. When the job was done, they didnt charge me. And told me, jokingly of course, to come back when I needed real work and there was no charge. I gave the tech, who did the work, $20 figuring hey he could use the beer money. These guys know what theyre doing and are very professional, cant recommend them highly enough.

Set of new tires. Dropped it off Wednesday after hours. It was done by 3pm Thursday afternoon (didnt get off until that time). Great deal on tires and other services also. You wont be disappointed.

Had a bad exhaust rattle in a newer vehicle. Took the car in after calling. They got to it in under an hour (didnt have an appointment) and fixed my issue in 10 min.Didnt charge me a dime for the work either. Goodwill is worth its weight in gold and Ill 100% be coming back for future mods and any issues that pop up. Cant recommend these guys enough.

I have been going to this shop ever since 2011 and my first experience with them was a pretty big one: total engine replacement for my Mustang. They had my mustang back up and running like new! They kept in contact with me through the whole process and they have definitely shown that they stand behind their work. 8 years later now, I’ve been to them every now and then when minor issues pop up with any of my vehicles that I can’t do myself but I’ve had zero issues with the motor that they put in and it’s running even stronger now with a tune change! I’ve also recommended friends and family to them and they have been treated with the same fairness and care.. Brian and the crew are very knowledgeable and they look after their work and the quality shows for sure... I strongly recommend this shop for major or minor vehicle improvements or repairs and I’ll be a customer for life!

This place is absolutely amazing! We drove 2,900 miles (literally from coast to coast) and when we arrived in Columbia we noticed our exhaust pipe and muffler where rusted out and not up to par. We showed up to the muffler shop with out an appointment and they were able to get our entire muffler and exhaust parts ordered and replaced within an hour and half!!! They were extremely fair priced, honest and professional. I highly recommend to anyone needing muffler repairs etc. Thank you guys we appreciate all your hard work!

ATTENTION!!! This place is fantastic and I recommend it 100 percent to anyone who needs to get work done to there car should go here. I had some electric cutouts done to my 2016 Nissan 370Z and they did fantastic, I called ahead the day before and asked if they could get it done the next day because I needed the car for the weekend and they got me in at 2. I gave them the parts and realized that the kit wasn’t made for my car. To my surprised they told me not to worry and they would handle it. They didn’t get started on my car until around 4 and called me when they started on it. They stayed TWO HOURS after to finish up my car and even did some extra work to make the finishing touch better. Good price for what they did and I respect their shop and work!

I have been there 2 times for my 2000 Saturn. The front bumper and protective piece underneath were off and My exhaust was original. They repaired the front end and replaced some of the exhaust system. BOTH times this shop was honest and extremely fair in their prices and the work was excellent. My husband is now going to take his car there from now on. I grew up with cars and these guys love working on cars.

I pulled in, with my Toyota Camry, sounding like a farm truck after my exhaust was murdered by a unusually tall neighborhood speed bump, not only did they squeeze me in to their busy schedule, the estimate, repair, and cost were so timely and inexpensive when compared to competitors I felt compelled to tip everyone involved! Chris, and brother Brian, and their knowledgeable staff really know what theyre doing! Id give them ten stars, but the ratings dont allow for all of that!
