This is one of the worst online shopping experiences that I have ever had. Comfort 1st lacks support, customer service, and communication. I had to contact them and inquire about my shipment order since I have not received confirmation of shipment status after a few days. The website stated that it was in stock.A customer rep, Amber, stated that she will check up on it and she did not reply until 4 days later after I emailed once again. I emailed another 2 times since I have not received the order and explained that I urgently needed this. I was 9 months pregnant and needed the stroller soon. I asked that a manager contact me or else I would cancel the order. I received an email 2 weeks after I purchased the stroller, cancelling my order with no explanations - just and email that stated the order was canceled.The color that I wanted is now back ordered on other websites. This experience was very disappointing and obviously the company could care less about their customers. I will never shop or recommend this store to anyone.

Received a stroller system with car seat as a baby shower gift from Comfort 1st and one part was broken while another was defective. Because it was 30 days after our family member purchased it before we even got it they would not accept a return or even an exchange. Now, with the baby due any day, my wife and I are still battling the manufacturer to even get a safe car seat.

Comfort 1st has excellent customer service and provided me with all of my needs. I have bought many products from them and was always satisfied with the product itself and with the help I received from them. Thank you comfort1st for all that you do :-)

We did look for this specific brand but no one have them in stock locally.Only at your Columbia, MD location we were able to see it in person before committing buying it. AWFUL AWFUL. Placed an order for a back pack for a Christmas present, 8 days pass with no tracking number. I call the store and it hasnt shipped yet. They promise expedited shipping, then I receive an email from Amber (who has my phone number) 2 hrs later saying the back pack is out of stock!!! Unsatisfactory, terrible customer service. NO APOLOGY OFFERED, just please choose another color She wrote. Ya right, just give me my money back.

I would caution anyone to think twice before purchasing furniture from this store, because if there is any problem with it they wont take it back. I bought a dresser for my daughters room that was still in the packaging, and when we got it home and took the packaging off, there was already a major damage to the paint finish on one corner. I let that slide, but after putting the dresser in my daughters room, we found that it unleashed a terrible chemical smell that did not abate for months. After not being able to use the room for two months, and some internet research which revealed that other furniture from this brand has been known to cause formaldehyde poisoning, we finally called the store to explain the situation and ask to return it for a refund. We would not expose our daughter to such unhealthy fumes in her bedroom. They were extremely slow about getting back to us, and eventually told us they would not accept returns on any furniture--ALL furniture sales are final, regardless of the problem or if the store is at fault for the problem--they dont care and just pass the buck to the customer.On a side note, it was practically impossible getting a hold of anyone at this store for the whole month of September this year. They were closed practically every day for one Jewish holiday after another, they arent open on weekends, and they close by 1 pm on Friday.
