Excellent customer service! I ordered a furniture set for our nursery and the communication from start to finish was top notch! From initial inquiry about availability, to shipping updates, and solutions for damaged items in shipping they were simply the best! I live out of state and felt like I got better service with this company than face to face in some local shops! Communication was even done by text message which was very efficient! I am so impressed with the attention to customers! Definitely would buy from here again!

We traveled all the way from Asheville NC to come to this store specifically to see the Romina collection crib set. We ended up not picking that one, but we are so glad that brought us to this store! Shopping in this store has been one of the best shopping experiences that we have had by far. The employees are super helpful and kind. The baby furniture, stroller, and car seat all had to be ordered in but they would send me notifications often when an item were to come in and with an update. Since I live 2 hours and 45 minutes from the store they held all my items so I only had to make one trip down to pick them up and they even loaded them in my SUV. The store is kept clean and had a good selection of different baby products. The employees also take time to demonstrate and educate you on the product you are interested in. And they have a lot of nontoxic items which is a plus! This store was 10/10 worth the drive and I would recommend for everyone to shop here! Thank you for making this such a positive experience for us!

My husband and I went here to look at some pieces we had been researching. They carry Nuna brand (our favorite) but the store had tons of great pieces, great sales, and really quality items with lots of variety!We were overwhelmed at the service though! Everyone we encountered was kind, quick to serve and answer questions, and went above and beyond helping us find exactly what we wanted.The were very knowledgeable on everything they carried and Dillon even went above and beyond to install our car seat we had just gotten!Definitely would recommend and certainly plan to return for future needs.

I love and appreciate this retailer so much! At one point, it appeared as though I made an error on my order, and an employee texted me right away to make sure it was all good—it was such a comfort when placing an order with an online shop you’ve never visited before! They also have wonderful promotions. I think it is safe to say that I’m a regular now.🤗

If I could give 10 stars I would! Customer service was above and beyond any experience I have had of late. Constant communication from the time I placed my order, questions answered after hours, and just kind people to deal with. Any product I need that they sell I will be purchasing through them.

My husband and I loved this store! We went to check out some gliders and they had many options to test out in person. We also loved exploring the wide variety of cribs in person as well. The staff were very helpful and one in particular (wish we got his name) spent time talking to us not only about the products, but things to consider as first time parents and how we want to parent as a couple. It was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back:).

I love our nursery furniture! It is solid wood and beautiful. It was very well packaged to ship and had no damage from shipping. Shipped super fast and customer service was on point!I took some amazing pictures of the furniture but it won’t let me post.

I was so pleased with the experience I had ordering from Baby Furniture Plus. We have had a hard time finding furniture we like that is in stock for baby number 2. I spoke with someone over chat on a Tuesday(they are closed Tuesdays). They were quick to respond, very helpful and professional. We found the furniture we wanted, that was in stock. Placed the order online, we got a text back that it would ship two days later! Wonderful service!

Amazing customer service and fast shipping! I placed an online order, and they reached out to me within an hour letting me know the bow I ordered was out of stock. They were apologetic and offered the option of a refund or another similar priced item. I opted for the refund since the bow was the same pattern as the dress I was buying. They went above and beyond - they ended up shipping me a bow that matched my dress for free! Wow. They just made a loyal customer out of someone who lives all the way across the country from them.

Excellent service and quality! I used to live in SC and had friends that purchased their furniture through this private company and I heard nothing, but great things. I live in California now and recently was visiting family in SC. My wife and I stopped in to look at the beautiful showroom. Jaw dropping!! They told us they ship nationwide so we got a few quotes. We later decided that we wanted furniture to last through high school age and possibly even through college so we called and placed our order. Ken, Phil and Carmie got us set up with expectations for delivery. The process couldn’t have gone smoother! NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER! Our nursery is absolutely beautiful and we have confidence in our furniture. Our baby girl will be pleased as she grows older. I highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service! We bought a convertible crib there when my daughter was born. Two years later we needed an extra piece to convert it to a toddler bed, but the manufacturer had stopped making our model. I called the store and they shipped the parts to us right away - hassle free!

Being college aged I have several friends who are currently having kids as they have just gotten married. I went to Baby Furniture Plus Kids to look for some gifts I could give to my friends any they were very helpful. Have purchased entire bedroom sets for both a my children. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the products they carry. I love the fact my childrens furniture looks and feels as if will last a lifetime. The first set is about 7yrs old now, even though the abuse of two highly active children it still looks great! Will highly recommended.

Please do not shop at this store ever the owner Phillip is races he assumes just because you are black you are trying to steal from the store. Instead of assuming you should have ask questions. Innocent people get killed on daily basis because people like you always racial profiling. He has the worst attitude ever. I pray to God your business fold. You need to take lessons on how to run a business and treat ppl. If the shoe was on the other foot you would not like it.

They greet you by name as soon as you walk in the store even if youve only been there twice. They really take the time to get to know you and your needs. Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store and they make shopping so easy and fun. I would recommend this store to anyone having a baby or to anyone who has small children.

The staff was nice and helpful but we bought 2 “leather” recliner rockers from there. DO NOT BUY LEATHER ROCKER RECLINERS!! Filed claims and they will not cover for them to be fixed. Very disappointed!!

I’m a grandmother, it’s been 27 years since I’ve had to buy a car seat. Needless to say I was at the mercy of the “internet” .Baby Furniture Plus Kids was not only helpful, but, extremely knowledgeable. I felt like they were taking a personal interest in me and not just trying to sell me a car seat. I’m very confident in my purchase and I can’t tell you how happy I am with the customer service. I ordered a car seat for a Christmas gift eight days Christmas and they made it happen! The best baby shopping experience ever.

It was well worth the trip as we came home with a Nuna Rava carseat & several Nuna & Uppababy stroller accessories.We were excited to learn the store ships as well!

This locally owned baby/kid furniture store has a lot of high quality custom furniture. Lots of things on sale especially floor models. More unique options for crib sets than you can find in both buybuy baby and babysrus. Lots of cool bunk bed options for the grown up kids like ones with office spaces and top bunks. Other baby stuff too like diapers and gadgets. Sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy.

If wed known about this store when we were expecting, we definitely would have registered here. We struggled to find a lot of our favorite brands in big box stores (Clek, Nuna, Grovia, Little Unicorn). The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of the products they carry. They appear to have actual experience with the merchandise, and a genuine fondness for the brands their business represents. Shopping here is a very different experience from being followed around by a clueless employee with a registry checklist at other stores. If you buy a car seat, the staff will walk you through the installation/setup process for your car. Most car seats in the US are installed improperly, so this is a great customer service perk for added peace of mind.
