This is a HUGE store.Doesnt look that way on the outside.Stepping inside you are amazed.Id they dont have it here ladies.... They dont make it.The staff is extremely courageous as well as helpful.Im definitely a fan.

This is the only hair store I shop at in Columbia. The ladies that I have encountered are very knowledgeable about hair and have a great customer service. Called about Ann purchased item that I left and it wasnt any problem. They asked the name of the item as well as my name and told me it will be upfront when Im able to come back.I highly recommend this hair store.

This store has a very nice selection of hair, products and accessories! I brought some nice some hair recently at a fair price. Never ended up wearing because it just wasnt for me anymore. I am done with weaves right now. But I will still get makeup or other stuff. The store is very neat and clean. Also, I was greeted and due to Covid had to put on Hand Sanitizer & wear a mask so they are using necessary safety precautions!

They have some of the best wigs for the cost. You can also find lingerie for that special night or just for fun. The selection of thigh highs and stalkings is awesome. Not to mention their make-up and costume jewelry that beats any of the other beauty stores Ive been to so far.

Nice store clean spacious . Signs above the isles would be helpful since its so enormous. Had staff walking the floor which was helpful since its so much its a little overwhelming but overall nice spot. Prices decent lighting was good . Not really sure about hair prices but they arent terrible. Good visit overall

The New African American Consultant is great, she really takes the time to educate and talk you through the products. she is very knowledgeable about the commercial hair and wigs, and it helps that she is always put together and represent the look of some one working in the beauty industry. I think she is sooo pretty. 😍😍 Its good to see professionals at work.

Great looking Beauty Supply with decent prices but the Customer Service was horrible! Im disabled and no one greated me as I entered the store or offered to help me find what I was looking for. I have mobility issues and wandering around a gigantic store while employees discuss the weather doesnt work for me! As I decided to approach the employees; GOD sent out an angel who had just returned from her break and she assisted me.

I went to Beauty World in search of 12 inch crochet faux locks. When I first walked in, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and the space in between the aisles. There products was neatly organized and show cased. Before I got there I called. The same young lady that I spoke with on the phone remembered my call. She showed me all the faux locks they had. She even gave me a basket for my items. Another young lady asked if I needed help. Their parking lot is spacious and clean. This will be my go to spot for hair products. Some things are pricey, depending on what you going for. My faux locks are $5.99 a pack. Once you go there once, you will go back.
