I have been dealing with Mr. Kim since I was 17 years old and I am 36 now. He is the funniest and nicest hair store owner I ever encountered. He doesn’t only treat me and my daughter wonderfully he treats my mom, my daughter’s dad and his family and my friends like family also. A lot of people don’t understand his tone and demeanor but I promise you will never find a hair store owner more caring and sincere as him.

They dont sell mystic lashes but I still like to go in because the owner is really funny and inviting.

They are very rude and disrespectful! I asked them a simple question and they completely cursed me out and rushed me out the store! Wouldn’t recommend going here!

RUDE!!!! Im so sick of the people who run these hair stores being so RUDE to the customers! Im determined to fine another was to get the products I need even have to order everything online.

I drove from Charleston to visit hair stores in Columbia. The owner at this store, in my opinion, is the most rude, unkind, inconsiderate merchant on the face of the planet. I cannot understand why he cannot comprehend that without African American customers, he will be waiting on unemployment. Listen everybody, we dont need him! He needs us!!! We had a store in Charleston and the owners had the exact same disposition as he does. From their features, I believe that they are of the same culture. People kept writing negative reviews and passing the word about the nasty attitudes of the Asian/Korean or Chinese couple that owned the store.Guess what???? That store is GONE!!!! People stopped patronizing them.And please be careful because he owns a lot of the stores in Columbia by different names. I refuse to reward bad behavior.In my opinion .... the worst!!!!!!!!

The owner with the ponytail is not a professional customer service representive..Unfortunately we support the business How about try being nicer when customers have questions instread over seeing irritated or frowning...Try smiling ...Its us Black Americans who support your business 99% of the time..Without our support ..Who will?.. Well Ill just go to another beauty supply store who wants my business🙂👍🤪

The young lady that help me was absolutely nice, friendly, honest and experienced. She went over and beyond to help me because Im clueless when it comes to purchasing hair. She definitely knew what she was talking about and even gave me her personal experience.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

This beauty supply store is huge. They have a variety of different hair and hair products. The prices are great as well. I would recommend anyone to go to the supply store if they would like a more variety of different hair choices.

The store is good if youre looking for inexpensive hair. I prefer it over beauty world on North main. Just make sure you go doing open hours between 9:30-7:30. 4 stars only because I know a lot of the stuff is old (check condition before you buy).

Love Mr. Kim...he sells everything except food!!. Prices are reasonable.

I love this store, I was looking to buy 2 wigs but was very indecisive about what i wanted, the sales lady in the wigs section was so nice and patient with me, also out of all the beauty supply stores Ive been in in Columbia they are about the only ones that dont follow you through the store (which I kind of understand due to ppl stealing) but Im not one of those ppl. great store, great selection and great customer service.I will be shopping there more often

I love this store because its never crowded, not too big but definitely not small.....and Mr. Kim is a really cool guy. He gets new inventory frequently too for someone like myself who owns a braiding salon.

I came there because the open light was on and actually turned around to go here the minute I opened my car door they turned off the light . At 7:44pm . When I proceed to open the door there was a gentleman standing there that said we are closed. So I stated the fact that the minute I got out the car they turned off the lights he proceeded to tell me to close the door I was letting the air out (Which he stated he was just visiting and he didn’t work there and in that case he shouldn’t have addressed me) . Will make sure this is reported and I am well known in Columbia so I will be sure to spread the word of BAD BUSINESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES

I had to bring something back 3 hats 2 mark 3.99and he says one is marked 2.99 store credit only. These people come here within these beauty supply stores if you buy something and bring it back the very next day with receipt they dont want to give you no damn money back they want you to get store credit but yet they are not willing to compromise when stuff is messed up.
