Slack waste of time terrible business model

Between the assistant manager and Sabrina, they are always been helpful and cheerful. I purchased the Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo and Sabrina recommended the liter that came with a moisturizer to save money. I never leave here disappointed.

Dang I love this place! I love the workers who give you all the samples. Its so nicely organized. Coming to this place Im like a kid in a candy store, I want everything in here. Its always so clean, and I love how the employees actually want to talk to you. If there acting I cant tell, they are so nice!

Cosmoprof is usually reasonably priced and usually they run a good amount of deals. The tricky part is that you need an industry (Cosmo, barber, esthetician, nail tech) license to shop there and a free membership card. The staff is usually helpful but not all if the time. If you have any questions make sure to ask a staff member who has a license or had one.

The people are very friendly and helpful! I love the high end quality products too. And the help i grt when deciding between three different brands for a new wat of styling. And i love the nail colors that come in

To the management of this store. In my years in dealing with different companies, one thing Ive learned is that employees usually reflect the attitude of management. Having an employee working there that feels its ok to call a patron a (my auto correct on my phone) wont allow the racial slur to be used! Is very concerning to me. Then the employee has the nerve to bring up the Columbia police dept as an advocate for her actions, by saying her husband the cop would violate one of your customers! I thought this area was looking to heal after the tragic events that occurs in that loving church a few years ago. I guess not all want a healing. If you as management allowthese actions from your employee Amy. Then I guess her actions reflect the attitude of management. I sincerely dont hope this is the attitude of your store! The owner or owners will here of these troubling things that happened at your store and I hope the whole Nation heres of it.Jeff Pittman

I visit it monthly for high end products for my hair studio.

There are post online about a worker named Amy. She is seen putting up her middle finger at a customer. I advise the company to look into this matter. It should not be represented in this manner.

Everyone who works in the store is awesome. I enjoy seeing Sharon, Kathy and Brittany when I come in to pick up supplies.

Brittany and the bunch are always great. The store keeps changing so visit often!

Note: Must Have A License To Shop Here!This Cosmoprof is small, but I found what I needed here. The manager was helpful in substituting another primer nail product that I was looking for. They have a vast selection of vibrant hair colors and brands. They have lashes, tanning products and OPI, Young Nails, CND, Gelish and Morgan Taylor nail brands. They also have The Balm cosmetics. No more Morrocan oil products there though, any more. Staff was friendly, easy to see from road and ample parking.

Management, what are you going to do about AMY LOCKLAIR??? I know youre not going to keep her on your payroll after what she did, taunting a beautiful educated Black Woman with her trailer park racial slurs!!! You need to fire her immediately!!!

Have everything a massage therapist and a hair dresser needs

Ive recently seen a fb video regarding an employee by the name of Amy spewing racial slurs and inappropriate gestures at a customer. I am appalled. Unfortunately this years election has unmasked much hatred in this country. Its purely embarrassing and shameful. Id like to think that this sort of behavior is deemed inappropriate by CosmoProf, and particularly, this locations management.

I Recently saw the video and was outraged by the events that has taken place in your Columbia SC store. She was so consumed in her hatred she did even realize that she was representing your band wich should have been her # 1 priority as she was at work. Im saddened by this as ive been in the hair business for 23yrs and habe spent thousands of dollars at your stores. Im asking for immediate removal of this employee or the stylist that come into your stores will no longer do so.

Just read a disturbing post on Facebook. An employee called a customer a racial slur, flipped her off and threatened her by saying her husband was a law officer and would have no problem harming her. The country is in a sad dark place and this is disgusting behavior from anyone, let alone someone in customer service. Disappointing.
