Horrible, horrible,horrible place to shop. My husband went to this store to buy a product that was given to him as a sample at his last visit there. He went into the store with the packet and asked the clerk where he could find the product the lady got the product for him and rung him up. When he got home i told him it was the wrong product as the one we needed was a conditioner and the one the lady gave him was a gel. I took the bottle back within 10 mins, the lady clerk apologized and stated that she was sorry and that it was her fault. The owner told me he wasnt going to give an exchange or refund and told me to leave his store. I asked the lady clerk if I could have a few samples of the product that was needed and the owner yelled and said no and told me to leave. The lady clerk was apologetic but couldnt do anything due to the owner.. below are pictures of what we needed vs what we got... do not go here the owner has horrible customer service.

Good selection but extreme covid restrictions.

Im not really sure how to feel about visiting this store. I dont like to be followed or watched. They have a variety of options for hair, jewelry and accessories. Customer service is eh on the first visit, the second visit, was much better. The cashier was more patient and polite. Im unsure if I will visit again.

Ever since the beauty store opened across town, terrible terrible customer service here. They close early, and should not be selling products in a community if they refuse to fully service them.

I called the store to find out if they had terms for resistant hair all the girl would tell me was that they had perm so I asked if they were 4 resistant hair and she hung up on me. Very bad 1st impression.

I went in to purchase mink oil hairdressing. I asked the CS rep if they had it and she said no I dont have it. I went straight to it. And I showed it to her and she said oh. I almost told her she didnt know her products. 👀🙄 shame shame shame!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would I come in this establishment very often I have never worn a wig so I was just in here an hour ago taking pics to send to my stylist so I could buy the right one the owner told me I was taking too many pics there weren’t any signs nor was it written anywhere or I wouldn’t have taken the pics this man addressed me and as I was talking to him he walked away so I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money in such an ungrateful rude place definitely have more respect for people driving across town to spend money in your store I rather order hair from amazon than come to my local beauty supply store just sad
