This store always has what I need. Best in Columbia. I live near Harbison blvd but I don’t mind taking the drive to two notch road just because I know I won’t be disappointed. Just recently I’ve been looking all over for headband wigs and I found them there. Something convenient. And they’re now trending. Perfect!

I can always find what Im looking for. If they are out, they call their other location to see if its in stock. Have had nothing but good customer service.

They got everything, except a return or exchange policy. You better read reviews in that conditioner before you buy it. The edge control I went for had good reviews and thank God it works on my 4c curls!

This place has most reasonable price for wigs in my opinion. However they seemed to be understaffed. I had to wait a long time before someone could assist me and a lot of persons were standing in line to be assisted. Otherwise the ambiance is good. The space is small but doable.

Jay is rude and down right nasty! When the lace wigs first came out he would hate on you if you didnt buy his $1000 wigs, when you can get them from China for $200 or less. Me and my daughter thats a beautician stop going years ago.

I was on crutches during my visit. The staff greeted me, asked me if I needed help and held the door for me on my way out. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Huge selection of wigs and hair supplies with good prices. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and gave me space to shop while periodically asking if I needed assistance. I tried on the same wig probably four times before making my final decision and I was never rushed. The turn-on area is just a corner in the back of the store but I would take that over being in the front at a chair anyday. I felt like I had enough privacy to take my time with my selections which was important. Ill definitely come back next time I need some hair!

I love this store. The prices are great for the quality. Dont be fooled by the bigger stores. Kings have the same products for less in my opinion. Down to earth people, offer a comfortable experience!

Only reason I give them a one star because today I heard one of the owners ( maybe the son ) he always selling the virgin hair say “ can you please just shut up “ to a black woman when she was explaining what she was looking for ... I was in the back and I heard him from the front ... I walked out, their prices are always great but I do not like some of their attitudes and honestly they need AFRICAN AMERICAN business. WE PAY them, they come over here building a dream, we slide them our money for them to be able to make thousands of dollars a year .... ALL of them need some to learn how to talk to people ain’t no way

Packed, as usual but always a great selection of braiding hair. I wear crochet braids often and Im able to find so many different types of hair.

Ive been going to Kings for over 5 years and what I like about it is the customer service they have. The young girls that they hire and train seems to know a lot about hair and products I need. They are more knowledgeable and helpful than other hair stores Ive went too. They are also honest and will not sell you something just to make money!

Very rude customer service associates as well as the owner also very rude. In the store at 7:55 and was store associates refused to help because as she put it....it was time to go!! Owner loudly yelling were closed instead of assisting customers who are trying to make final selections. This owner and its employees clearly show they dont value the money of patrons.

Some of the employees need to be trained in Customer Service.

Very unprofessional with handling monies. Card was swiped three times and he told me it was declined but in my bank app the transaction was completed. Had to call the cops on store owner. He would not refund my money!! He didnt even know how to print out the declined receipt until the officer made him.

PROS They have really great deals on hair(Malaysian,virgin remy,Brazilian). The girls who help are really knowledgeable about the hair, and if they dont know they will tell you instead of lying just trying to make you buy the hair. Only CONS is they treat you like you are trying to steal staring at you. I asked a girl to open a pack of track hair and another pack of braiding weave to match the color she opened it, and matched it then, just took the hair to the front...smh what if i changed my mind about the color? what if i wasnt done shopping? Im a big girl I can carry the hair.

Dont shop here. After shopping here almost 20 years Oma had the audacity to accuse my niece of taking a $3.99 lipstick. I told her pull back the surveillance tape then all of a sudden it was never mind. Why the hell would she take something when w have plenty of money and dropped thousands of dollars over the years. I will never buy anything from them ever!! All Africans dont steal!!!

I found the hair I needed, unfortunately the price increased by $1.00, and the hair in the package decreased. I happen to find 7 at the lower price. I got all 7 packages.

Bought hair in March of 2015, and its of October 2015 and the hair is still in very good condition. Ive washed it three times and reinstalled. Brazilian wavy hair :)
