I AM NATURAL AND CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A ROD SET, WHEN i ARRIVED, I CHANGED AND ASKED FOR A SILK WRAP. FIRST SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WASH HAIR, THEN AS SHE WAS BLOWDRYING, I NOTICED THE JOB WAS HALF DONE, BUT I REMAINED QUIET THINKING MAYBE THERES A DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE. WELL SHE STARTED FLAT IRONING AND GOT THROUGH HALF OF MY HEAD AND I WAS LIKE ARE YOU GOING TO GO BACK OVER THAT, NONE OF IT IS STRAIGHT, SHE KEPTS APOLOGIZING, IM SORRY IM SORRY SHE THEN ASKS SOMEONE ELSE FOR HELP. SHE HAD ME RUNNING LATE FOR A 7PM APPOINTMENT. AS THE TIME GREW NEARER TO 6:30. THE HAIR WAS STILL A MESS AND i WAS UNSATISIFIED. I GOT UP FROM THE CHAIR BEFORE IT WAS FINISHED, PAID 48.00 FOR THE MESS. SHE REVEALED TO ME IT WAS ONLY HER 2ND DAY AND SHE HAD NEVER DONE ANYTHING BESIDES CUT HAIR BEFORE. SAYS SHE WANTED TO GO INTO MAKEUP BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE HIRING FOR STYLIST SO SHE DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. I WAS JSUT GOING TO LEAVE IT AT THAT. WELL 6 DAYS LATER i DECIDED TO WASH MY HAIR. MY ENTIRE HEAD IS STRINGY BECAUSE OF HEAT DAMAGE EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE SHE DID NOT TOUCH. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET, NOT ONLY DID YOU WASTE MY TIME, MONEY, MADE ME LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENTS, BUT NOW YOU HAVE RUINED A PERFECTLY GREAT GRADE OF NATURAL HAIR. DO NOT GO HERE.

The worst! This was years ago but they literally rushed me out with soaking wet hair!

I got my root touchup from Rayne! She was awesome very friendly and very knowledgeable! I was treated very nicely she listened to all of my concerns about my dry brittle hair! She did a great job with coloring my hair my hair felt soft and silky!

I took my 87 year old mother in for a perm after being quoted $60.00 The stylist did not follow my instructions for perm rod size and had to stop when she was half finished wrapping and rewrap it making the entire process take 3 and a half hours instead of an hour and a half like other salons. She literally soaked my mom, her shirt and pants! Then the bill was $80. Instead of $60. because the stylist trimmed her hair, but did not discuss that or the fact there was going to be a $20 price increase. My mom was in tears when we got her home because she was exhausted ( and soaked) When I talked to the manager they refused any compensation

Poor management. Stylist will just quit with no notice or follow up from the salon. Its a shame that people do not take pride in what they do. They are only focused on the money and not customer services. I should have known my patronage at this salon would not last long because stylist use this place like a revolving door. Here today, gone tomorrow. There is no commitment through management which leads to no commitment from the stylist.

I always get great service on retouch, cut and style. Been a client for almost 9 years. Prices keep going up 😒

We went over to JCPENNEY today on Harbison BlV in Irmo.My husband was looking a suite and no one offered to help us .I know the cashier saw us we looked for about 20 minutes. I will be going back to Orangeburg S.C. We left and went to Belk.

I paid $130 for all over color, cut & style, and a mani-pedi after a $20 coupon.My color is nice, but the cut needs to be fixed and there was no style. It looked like I air dried it after getting out of the shower.You cant tell a pedicure has ever been done on my feet. And my nails. My poor poor nails. They are misshapen and discolored due to the nail file she used. The mani-pedi was very painful as well.The eyebrow threading was the best in Columbia, SC. The eyebrow threading was also the most expensive in Columbia, coming to $18 with 20% tip.I posted pictures. The pedicure is too embarrassing to even post. My toenails looked better before the $37 pedicure.

I sat waiting for someone to greet me, for 20 mintues and no one greeted me. Worst thing is I could hear them talking in the back about how slow of a day it is. Horrible service.
