My go to for professional grade barber supplies. Now, that the kids are away at University, I sent my son a starter clipper and outliner set with attachments to curb the faux paus. My girl is always looking out for me by adding clipper oil and a nice brush! Plus my daughter uses the As I Am products and Mirage takes out all the guess work and mining stores for things like Uncle Funkys Ttavel Kit! 😤

They always have everything I am looking for and decent prices. Sue is also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am absolutely sure they are racist and they think that all black people steal. I tried to give them a chance but my beautiful black money will be spent elsewhere. What is baffling to me is that all their products cater to black women so you would think they try and get to know their main customer. Well they surely lost me as a customer. I now shop at the long reach beauty supply because they treat their customers with respect!

Agree with the terrible customer service. They seem very fake. I had an incident last year where the salesperson gave me the wrong packet and I had accidently opened it when I realized. I went the next day and tried to explain that it was not my error...that they pulled the wrong pack from the wall. The head salesperson was SO rude to me....wow. just unbelievable. She basically said they never make mistakes and acted like I was trying to pull a number on them. I kept explaining till another customer even chimed in in my defense. She would not apologize or even listen to, your side. I have never been back. Their loss.

This is like most of the beauty supply stores. Cheap products and high prices, unless its the only place to get what you need. They are very helpful.

Horrible horrible horrible. I would never go back here since they are closets to my mom place . My sister went here once to buy some hair and other cosmetics and she got the wrong stuff. They refuse to refond us but issue a store credit instead. They are very greedy and unfriendly. Thank goodness Brian beauty supply is not far right up the street so I could stop in there and inform my sister so she could start going there too . They not getting another penny from me .

The owners are very nice and helpful. They have a limited variety of items but basic supplies (combs, conditioners, shampoos, etc.) are nice.

Terrible customer service. If I could give no stars I would. The ladies working seemed to try and rush us out of the door, not allowing us time to really look around.Without saying a word to me, one of them yanked the items I planned to purchase out of arms before I fully reached the checkout area and held on to my bag with a tight grip, not handing it to me until I was ready to leave the store.They have a poor selection of hair to choose from. Actually, they have more accessories and nonsense than hair.Shop somewhere else! Better yet, shop black for your weave and extension needs!

Horrible customer service lady at counter is beyond rude to all paying customers, I turned around and left we have other choices. Mirage is just that a mirage of a store dont go in dont spend your hard earned money at this retailer.
