First night sleeping on our new mattress makes us question why it took so long to get a new one. Tim was great and we appreciate his help. The delivery was fast and the delivery guys were also very nice and got things set up fast. Very easy process!

Could have gone much better. The company delivered a king mattress and an adjustable base. The base was left in bedroom still in the box and the mattress was left in my living room. Delivery personnel stated it was no set up but I specifically remember paying the $150 extra for set up because I’m alone in this home without the assistance for a set up. I was told by the store clerk that she would attempt to get it done tomorrow but I’ve yet to hear anything back from them. Business from this point forward will more than likely be taken elsewhere.

This was the easiest thing I have done in a long time. Tim, my salesperson, quickly made the best choices for us with the information we gave him. The delivery scheduling was a breeze. We look forward to getting our mattress soon!

The delivery men who brought the replacement adjustable bed frame was very courteous, and informed me of why they were doing with each step and what they needed from me.

I worked with Elijah Davis at store #033009 and he literally changed my day around! I needed a box spring and everywhere wanted to charge for delivery and deliver during the week. I work Monday- Saturday from 0500 to 1900 most days. He was able to get me a delivery and a perfect box frame for me! I didnt have to resort to Amazon and he was just so wonderful and cheerful. I appreciate all he did and it took less then 15 minutes cause I was already in the system.P.S. his cowork from today looks like Kevin from Brooklyn 99.

I have bought two mattresses now from Mattress Firm... both times through Tim Peel. He had excellent customer service and worked really hard to find me items that were both comfortable and within my budget. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service at the mattress firm on forest drive was very good . Timothy helped me decide on what I needed even though it was just a full size mattress for a guest room he was very professional and informative. This is not my first purchase from them and won’t be my last!

Tim Peel was a great help and made sure to get us the best deal on a new memory foam mattress, plus an upgraded bed frame and threw in a free mattress protector and discounted pillows all under our budget!! Highly recommend seeing him at this store!
