Everything well great, the sales woman was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is her system in her computer clinched, and I didnt get my receipt. It was showing that the traction didnt go through, but it did. It got straighten out. Other than that Im satisfied.

This is my second time at Mattress Firm at Sandhills location. I purchased a mattress with a base that allows the foot and head to raise up and down to my comfort. I purchased it in 2016. My mattress looks as if I just purchased it yesterday. I went yesterday to get my mom a king sized mattress and box spring. It will be delivered on Saturday. They deliver and take away the old mattress. They also give 4 months for my mom to try it out, if she dont like it, we can exchange for another one. I. recommend everyone to Mattress Firm.

I came home from a half-day out to discover that our dog destroyed and “desecrated” my daughter’s bed. 3:45 on a Saturday, what do I do? I needed something pronto. I’d never been here before. I walked in, was greeted by attentive and friendly staff, and was hooked up with exactly what I was looking for, well within our budget. First night in her new bed and my daughter is still asleep (and it’s 9:15 am), so couldn’t be happier, considering the circumstances!

Rickie helped me the entire way through! From the time I walked into the store, he was super insightful on types of mattresses while still helping me save some money. When it came time to choose one, he pulled down mattress after mattress until we found the one that fit best for me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! Excited to try out my new mattress.

I visited this location today with ever intention of just looking. My husband and I wanted to shop around before making a purchase. With that being said we did not expect the excellent customer service we received from Cesar. This gentleman explained each mattress we showed interest in, in detail. There was absolutely no attempt at up-selling, just the facts. He was very knowledgeable and did not push us to make a decision. I will return when we are ready to purchase a mattress for the guest room.

We recently purchased a new bed with adjustable base. While we are still waiting on it to be delivered, I can speak to the level of service at the Village at Sandhill location. After having a horrible experience with delays and absolute horrible customer service at a nearby furniture store, we turned to Mattress Firm at Sandhills to start the entire process over. (Originally purchased a mattress May 2021 and delivery was pushed back 3 times from June to July to August, still with no guaranteed delivery. This is understandable with the current issues due to Covid however, the customer service was absolutely unbearable.)We were immediately greeted by Midrina and Caesar. They were very friendly, personable, and patient as we roamed the store searching for something we loved.We found a couple options we loved but needed to return after our refund at the other store was finalized. We returned 7 days later and again were immediately greeted by Midrina and Caesar who remembered us from 7 days before.The process to purchase was very simple. They were very upfront about expected delivery times (something we never experienced at the other store). Although we do have to wait a little under two weeks for our mattress to arrive, we feel much more optimistic now.Thank you, Midrina and Caesar, for providing excellent customer service! You truly made a difference!

For the last 3 weeks I went mattress shopping. I decided to buy from this store because I felt like I was a valued customer and Caesar was very honest with me on which mattress I should pick and which wasn’t a good idea. I decided to go with the Serta Iseries Hybrid 2000 Firm. I believe that this mattress is a good choice for me. I was in love the minute I laid on it. It’s definitely an investment and it took me a minute to decide. But Caesar was very patient and helpful.The only thing I didn’t like was that the 2 Girls on the front desk talking loud about their Personal stuff, nails and whatever else.But definitely thumbs up to Caesar who was helpful and very nice and also got me a great deal. I spent a little more what I wanted to pay but I think it will pay off at the end.Thanks Caesar for Great customer service!!

We just moved to SC and have experienced rude/poor customer service while shopping for our new home. We are a young couple and often get passed over by sales people for this reason. I have done business with Mattress firm for the last 5 years across different states (Missouri, South Carolina). This experience with the South Carolina sandhill location is the worst. They take your money, promise a specific delivery date and time 11:30and never show. When speaking with the worst Manger in the world Ceaser he choose to argue with me that his drivers came when I waited home all day until 5pm when delivery was 11:30 - 1:30. Ceaser all but called me a liar, by saying the people said they came repeatedly. I said this situation is bs, and he chose to focus on me saying this is a BS situation instead of the fact that he and his crew provided horrible service. Do not visit this store ever...honestly this store manager needs to be replaced. He also refused to issue a refund and told me yo.call corporate. I had to go to the store and address him to get my money back.
