My husband and I purchased a sleep number and I have not slept during the entire month that we’ve had it and after trying only three beds, Tyler matched us with the perfect mattress to replace our sleep number with. Lauren was so great! She is very friendly. She right away led me to beds that were in my price range and what I was looking for. She gave me time to test out multiple options and make my decision. After purchasing (but before delivery), I had to exchange my mattress for a smaller size due to space constraints, and Lauren was very helpful with that process. The whole process was seamless, and my refund was processed very quickly. The delivery process was great as well, it came right on time and I received multiple notices the day before and day of with the delivery status. The deliverymen were very friendly and efficient. I have enjoyed my mattress so far.

My girlfriend and I were recently trying to replace our mattress and box spring. We went to a different local mattress store and were immediately overwhelmed with very aggressive sales techniques trying to get us to buy a bed outside of our established price range. Our experience with Lauren at Mattress Warehouse could not have been more different. Lauren was very calm and competent. She completed a scan that helped narrow down what beds would be best for us and then limited that to what was inside our price range. Just buy online at the mattress warehouse website. This store has a huge mark-up. The salesman was nice enough, but that doesnt justify the price. I just checked online and we paid almost $400 more than the price listed on the website (before delivery or any other fees). This was after the salesman said he would give us a deal of a couple hundred off since we didnt need the box spring; we would have overpaid by close to $600 if we had opted for it. I should note that the deal price we paid is still more than the full, non-discounted price listed on their website. I feel cheated, wish we had checked the online price before purchasing in store.

I had an great experience at THIS Mattress Warehouse. I was hesitant to come into the Mattress Warehouse at Columbia Crossing since I had such a bad shopping experience at the one in Arundel Mills. As new Homeowners, we are a little cautious on budget .We were looking for the best price and specifically looking for the Tempur Pedic Smart Mattress. As you all know its very expensive and we didnt ask for any cheaper options or even looking around for alternatives as we knew exactly what We wanted . We wanted to get the price from a couple of stores so that we can do our research and then come back if this is the cheapest we find. When we asked for the card, the gentlemen who was helping us told us (Dont remember but he sits all the way to the back, well suited and wears glasses) He knows how this works and that we are just there to get a price and then go to other mattress places and use their nameand ask other firms to lower the price. We were also told that they dont keep cards as people just ask and never come back. When we tried to clarify,he stopped us right awayand said he knows how exactly this works .Its surprising how some people work so hard and try to make an affordable purchase with the limited budget and howprofessional people jump in to conclusions and judgements without even trying to help clients. Maybe it was our international appearance or just the questions asked. It was a very unfriendly and nasty experience.

I had a great experience with Lauren at this location! It was my first time buying a mattress, and I really appreciated her attentiveness to what I was looking for and her patience while I decided between different mattress styles. I also didnt feel like she was trying to take advantage of my novelty for the sake of a sale. She made the process super seamless and a lot less intimidating.

We got into Mattress Warehouse as the first stop shopping for a mattress. Lauren approached us and did a top down demonstration of mattresses based on sleeping patterns. She is very knowledgeable and is not a pressure salesperson. The buying process was hussle free and very smooth. She did make a call to ensure the delivery went smooth. Her manager is a great guy as well, he worked well with us.

Extremely professional and clean store. During this pandemic you can’t be too careful. Hand sanitizer was all over the store and associates throughout the store were using bed protectors and pillow protectors with every customer. When I went to the Mattress Firm across the street I found bed bugs on two beds. DISGUSTING! I don’t remember the name of the associate but he was very well dress and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very patient with me while I searched for the perfect bed. Okay, so first of all I just want to rave about my experience here. My mother & I had come in here to look at mattresses after having such a bad experience at Haverty’s. I mean she and I were able to walk around the store 2x without being greeted once (there were plenty of staff and minimal amounts of customers). Instead of being ignored, she and I came in initially only to look, however as soon as we walked into the door at Mattress Warehouse, we were warmly greeted by a friendly gentleman. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, but I believe he was management? Honestly, he explained the pros and cons of specific types of mattresses, he educated me about my purchase, and overall was a very sociable and friendly salesman. As someone who is in sales as well, I really enjoyed the low amount of pressure and the relaxed air to the environment. Overall I can definitely recommend this place and will mention it to anyone who is looking for a new mattress. I love my tempur-pedic!

Not sure how accurate the bed match is, I tried it twice, once at a different Mattress Warehouse, and got completely different results. Will update my review after everything is shipped and settled.Update: Turns out both pillows are too thin for proper back sleeping, and the mattress is too firm. My throat was hurting in the morning and my roommates complained of snoring. I never snored the entire last year with a bigger pillow. Basically I have no idea how to pick out the correct things, and was going on my initial feel which was not the same as long term. It costs $115 for a mattress comfort exchange, so I will most likely be switching to a softer bed. Ill update this again sometime in the future if anything changes.

Actually the mattress shopping experience was surprisingly enjoyable. Loved the scientific approach of electronic profiling of your body to shortlist the most suitable mattresses (eliminates an incredibly expensive trial-and-error experiment that could result from lying on random mattresses for a few minutes).
