We made the 2 hour drive to Chapman Ford and was not disappointed. When we got there we were greeted by a few of the team members. Austin Sensenig, was the Sales Consultant we worked with from start to finish. He promptly took a look at our trade in and had the vehicle we were interested in ready for us to look at quickly. Shortly after we were able to take a test drive. Austin answered any and all questions we had. Once back to the store he got right to work on helping us process all the paperwork and information that was needed to be completed before taking our new car home with us. Keith Kassner, the General Manager came over to introduce himself and make sure that there was nothing he could do to help us out. He was extremely friendly and helped make our experience painless. Thank you to the whole team at Chapman Ford for making our 2 hour trip worth it. So beyond happy with our purchase and the service we received. Definitely would recommend.

Drove from State College PA. to Columbia PA. to trade in my 2015 Ram Big Horn to buy a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. After seeing the Jeep online I called and spoke with Keith. I described what I had and Keith gave me a trade price if it was as nice as I described. I made the trip. Keith gave me the price I wanted for my truck and I bought the Jeep. Seamless transaction from arrival thru financing and headed down the road. My total savings for driving two hours? Around $5000 compared to anything local around me. Thanks Keith and Chapman Ford. Purchased a used pickup at Chapman Columbia. They worked very hard to accommodate us. The salesman, Wendell Jones, drove with us to our house to make sure our recumbent bikes fit in the bed, we stopped in a parking lot on the way back to the dealership and my wife practiced backing up the truck. They put it up on a lift and had a mechanic help me inspect it. All in all, I think I got a good truck at a good price. Ill being going there to get is serviced. Thanks!

Been a Euro boy my whole life but Zak found a truck that met my specifications, and listened to my need and through some extra bells in that adddd to my good experience with them. This was the worst experience I have had with a dealership! They advertised a used SUV for one price. After I test drove it they say it is $1000 more because of trade in value already deducted. I didnt have a trade so it is a Bait and Switch on price. I left without making a purchase. The vehicle didnt sell over the weekend so I called Monday morning to see if we could reach a deal. Ryan said the price is what it is and they might raise the price of the SUV because of the snow. I countered with an offer $400 less and he said no. I proceeded to thank him and he hung up on me. I emailed the owner of Chapman and he had Keith the manager call me. He basically told me my cash offer had no interest to them because they can make more money with someone financing the vehicle. Also said they will find the right buyer. I was the only one with cash in hand to buy and they treated me horribly. I will never deal with Chapman Auto Group ever again. It was very eye opening that they just want to make money then treat customers with respect. I will gladly take my money somewhere else.

They treat you like family and answer any questions you have with respect and knowledge to back it all up. My car was taken care of with care and the workers even wear gloves when they work which then in turn provides a lower likelihood of the dirt or grime that is sometimes left by other garages. No I have never worked there and I am not a paid reviewer; I truly am pleased with the service. Will be back for sure! 👌🏻

Update 3 : I got the car back and it was repaired. I cant even tell (without looking extremely hard at the right angle) that there was any damage. Nothing but praise for this Chapman Ford location. Great service, and great people.Update 2 : Spoke with the owner, and they have decided to attempt to repair the damage. The shop most likely did not cause the damage, but it occurred in their parking lot. In good faith they will attempt to repair it as best as possible. Which is all I desired.Update : Spoke with the owner and Manager. They are going to look into the dents. Will update again after they contact me again.Took my 2010 Grey Mustang in for service on the engine. I know my Mustang isnt in pristine condition, but I seriously didnt expect to have a huge dent and scratch on my door after picking it up.

They told me they were behind when I arrived, I didnt expect to get out of there so quickly!! The WORKS package is always less expensive there @ the dealership than a fast lube place... plus they know how to look over my car. With regular updates, I walked around the lot and chatted with the friendly sales staff.My dogs & my foster dogs rely on my car and so do i!!

My F150 was in for the Cam Phasers replacement at 31,000 miles under the original factory warranty. As soon as I described the problem to the service manager she made me an appointment to take it in and said shed provide me with a loaner vehicle. I got the vehicle back and it runs great with no Cam Phaser noise. The engine runs very quiet now, just like it did when new. Chris at the counter was also instumental in getting me a loaner and kept me well informed as the work progressed.Thank you Columbia Chapman Ford !

Usually, Chapman-Columbias service is 5 star. This time my Service Advisor ordered parts against a recall notice and was scheduled to go on vacation. As such, we scheduled the service for after his return. When a snag occured with parts order, no one covered for the base and I went in for my appt. and found they had no parts. After a reschedule, the actual service was again 5 star.

Chapman Ford in West Hempfield has had a great record of working for their customers. From the time we purchased the vehicle they have stayed in touch, reminding us of needed maintenance, alerting us to the status of repairs, informing us of special deals on bundled services to help save us money. Complete failure. First was told parts would be there. Then told unavailable throughout the country (really) so I performed the job located in South Carolina had shipped in all without ford computer thx google. Then repair didn’t fix problem was told to live with it. But sure billed the labor charge. I’d Embarrassed that a customer had to locate part for me. Asked for a discount of some sort since it’s not fixed etc they could care less. Stay far away. 800 dollars in labor and I’m still not repaired but hey he gave me a half hour break on installing spark plugs that had to come out for repair anyway. Lost customer forever not worth it.

I showed up the day of my appointment, they checked me in, showed me to the waiting room, and made me feel welcome in the dealership. In February I was in need of a vehicle. I looked at a few other dealerships and wasnt really impressed with what I saw. Then I remembered that Brian worked at Chapman Ford. I texted him and told him what I was looking for, my down payment, a rough monthly payment, and my price range. He got back to me later that day and said I have the perfect vehicle for you. I went to look at it and fell in love with it. The next day I picked up me 2014 Ford Escape. He had found the perfect vehicle for me, along with the monthly payment I wanted.
