Costco is an amazing store! They have so many items that are great in quality and for a great price! I always love getting pulled chicken breast from their rotisserie chicken to make chicken salad. Its perfect!

I absolutely love this store and their employees. The store is clean, well stocked, and the customer service is outstanding. I needed help placing heavy items in my car on a rainy day and had several young gentleman work in the rain without complaint. Kudos to this location for providing such a positive experience while shopping!

I find so many wonderful things in Costco! It is my favorite store. The new check out is a little difficult due to the volume of items that the average person purchases and a real cashier is so much more accurate in my opinion!!!

Great warehouse with amazing prices and great service from the employees. Do not miss their baked goods section in the back of the store. Some of the best muffins and cakes that I have ever eaten have come from the baked goods section of this Costco.

I love going to Costco! The first thing we did this time was get the $1.50 hot dog and soda deal. You cant beat that price and the hot dogs are delicious!!Then we do our shopping while also having little tastings along the way! Do I wanna try a chocolate chip cookie?! Why Yes Please!!😁Lastly, we pay and then make a quick stop at the kiosk to order a whole pizza to take home and a Mocha Freeze...they are SO yummy!!I also go to the eye doctor at Costco, Dr. Desaultes. Very nice and thorough.

Costco stores are consistently good. This was too. Big plus that they have a liquor store. Big minus that they require masks.

Great deals on pretty much everything. Was pleasantly surprised they had some appliances in stock which is very uncommon in these times. Gas station is huge compared to some other Costcos.

We used to go to Sams Club, but after they closed some of their stores with NO notice to employess last year, Costco has been my goto. I have not regretted the move. It is a very spacious store, and their Kirkland products are superior to anything you can get at the other big-box stores.

Absolutely the best Costco I have shopped. The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Very friendly workers and everything is well stocked. But how can a store with such a large parking lot have a so few handicap spots? And then very few of the electric shopping carts as well. Its not very easy as a handicap person to walk from the very back of the parking lot not to mention no where near a cart corral, so you still have to walk extra to put that away when youre done. This store definitely needs to do some rethinking when it comes to their handicap customers.

Nice and clean and wonderful staff. I joined today, but am wondering why the aisles are numbered versus what is ON the aisle. It might make sense to Costco, but not the shopper.

We have had both Sams and Costco memberships and even through we cant use our discover card at Costco we would always choose to go to Costco instead of Sams! The people are so much nicer than any other store. You can tell they actually like their job and are happy to help you! Besides the great service the quality of food and other products is wonderful! I always love to buy my plants from them because they are cheaper and look much better than other stores!

Costco is easy to love. They sell great products, especially their meats, at extremely good prices. You will be buying bigger portions ie: two large boxes of cheerios (taped together)for the price of one at a grocery store.Get someone you know qho shops there to buy you a gift card and try it out.

Not sure what to say about a Costco! Friendly staff, good selection of stuff. Just wish they would start a pickup service like their competitors!

Want to give this place a better rating, but Bob on the way out ruined the experience.Not sure what hes trying to do, but he made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Theres literally a sign behind him saying he is there to check for double charges and to mark the receipt so it cant be reused. Meanwhile, Bob on his high horse is counting every item in my cart and getting his paws all over my items.I had been wondering why the line was so long to get out the store. It all made sense when I saw him doing this to the two parties in front of us as well. This was a stark difference to the folks at self checkout rushing us along making it only half self check out and half them getting in your business.

Very poor selection of mens shirts today. The hot dogs were good as always.

Costco is really cool and all the staff there are very nice. Since I’m a teen retail stores usually will treat me like I’m up to no good, but the staff here were really nice and helpful. Went in, ordered a pizza at the kiosk, went out and back in to grocery shop, checked out, picked up the pizza.....easy as pie! Efficiency plus!!!

I believe it is time for an investigation into a class action lawsuit against Costco as a contributing cause of staph infections amoungst its executive/standard members whom pay a membership fee to join a private club that has arbitrarily made restrictions outside the context of the original membership agreement. Liability for a confirmed cause of illness against a practice that has no proven outcome in protecting the wearer. As stated by the manufacturer of the face mask themselves.

I went there for an eye exam at Desaultes Family Eye Care. Great service family has been going there for over 10 years.Got gas at a great price Premium 93 at $2.98.

I ordered a bed frame from Costco and when it got delivered to my apartment it was just dropped on the side of the road, had to pay $40 to get two strangers to carry it up and deliver to my actual door. When the box was opened the bed frame was completely broken, Costco told me to pack it all back up (safety concern as there was splintered wood EVERYWHERE) and leave it outside my door where it would be picked up for return. It took literally a month and 6 different calls to customer service until this package was finally picked up and my money returned. Costco’s customer service is a nightmare to deal with, the product was terrible, I’m out $40 and have wasted so much time dealing with this. I bought a different bed from Ashley which came within days delivered and assembled within ten minutes, should have done that from the beginning. Worst experience ever dealing with this company.

Way overpriced on everything. Staff was friendly. I had been a member for a few months but got a refund on the membership. One other thing, they carry mostly organic foods which is fine but really jacks the prices up.

Declan in the auto department was very helpful when we had a nail in the tire and arrived right before they closed. Excellent service from Josh and Chris too! Highly recommend the auto department at this location.

Very busy. Well stocked store.

Went on a Saturday morning. VERY crowded. Found out that hearing aids have to be ordered. Will have to wait almost three weeks for a fitting. Could have gotten premium aids on line for less money an had them in less than a week.

We brought our car for a 1:00 appointment and arrived at 1245 to get our tires rotated and balanced. They didn’t even start on it until 1:40 although there were only 2 vehicles in the bay. It’s now 1:46 and they are still not done. Slow service!

My 1st shopping experience wasnt too bad. Just to note, I might have over done it!!

It is a Costco so you know what you were getting. Unfortunately they are trying to push the self check out which really doesn’t work for the type of shopping most people do at Costco. You can’t easily self check out with a shopping cart full of 100 items. They should re-set the focus back to the streamlined two person checkout lanes they used to use exclusively.

Supplies are good. However they always ask us to show Costco card at the gate. This process is random that what we know or believed but the person at the gate always pick us to check if we have membership card. Either we look fool or outlandish or it has something to do with our skin color because I haven’t seen they are asking to my nearby customers at the gate. I have been there 12 times and they have done it every time.

Went through self check out started scanning and a girl came over and said she would switch out and scan and yelled at me with an Attitude to keep scanning and you didnt put that right on the table it didnt read it do it again. Then got mad because my husband came with a box and touched the table! OMG she said never mind Im cancelling it and Ill do it myself! Flew through it like I inconvenienced her.By then I was ready to walk out! I will not be treated like that. No excuse to be rude and impatient.

Love our Costco membership! Great prices on everything we buy in bulk, excellent quality meats, seafood, produce and bakery. Our executive membership pays for itself and then some. Store is kept clean and clutter free, staff is always friendly and helpful.

Today I was never so disrespected by sandy a customer service gal. This woman should never have any contact with customers especially executive members. Not only was she rude, disrespectful and speaking down to an executive member and senior citizen and says she will make a one time exception. How dare she! I have never been treated by any employee at Costco like I was today. I have been an executive member up in Oakbrook Illinois since the day they opened and when I moved to South Carolina I immediately joined and have been very happy until this woman’s attitude today. I was going to let it go thinking she was just having a bad day but the more I thought about it the more I didn’t deserve to be the brunt of her anger. Hopefully she will be moved to a position that has no contact with the public.

The blackout curtains that look like blue jeans in appearance were an answer to prayer as they really help boost privacy, cut down on sound from the road outside, and most importantly help keep the heat in our home so our $ arent just evaporating away in the form of high power billl! Ive always been conscious of pricing. This trip especially I paid close attention to price pretty oz,etc. and was truly amazed by how much they beat all competitors. I was always reluctant to shop w Costco being a loyal Wally world costumer but now wish I wouldve converted sooner. They definitely have won my business.Plus the customer service there is awesome. Definitely different from their competitors.

My only issue here is its always soooooo crowded. Any time of day its full of people. Thats just comparing it to other Costcos Ive been to. Obviously they cant control that and the employees do a great job moving things along. Excellent customer service as at any Costco.
