Great service and top notch repairman. Knows his stuff.

We had Harold come out and fix our dish washing machine and he was wonderful. I also learned some new things about washing machines and their care.I highly recommend Advanced Appliance.

They are horribly unorganized. Every day I call and ask for an update on when they will be ordering my part and every day it’s a lame answer and no callback. To date I have called them 3 times and each time i was to receive a callback and not once have they contacted some. Horrible service and I’m not actually very confident in their knowledge. I will give 2 stars because they let their appointment time, sort of.

Advanced Appliance Services was the only Jenn-Air oven repair service in the area that was able to come and give me an estimate in a reasonable period of time. They return calls and communicate well. One of the other businesses I called kept telling me they were too busy to talk to me but theyd call me back, and they never did. This was after I called them twice! Zero stars for those guys! Harold was the technician who assessed our oven and made the repairs, and he was very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. I recommend this business!

I was hoping to speak with someone about an appointment I had with Advanced Appliance but no one answers their phone and there is no voicemail. Thats kind of frustrating. I have no idea if they do good work or not, but their system for contacting them is not good.

They have been to my house to replace a water pump in my dishwasher. After the repair, the dishwasher leaked ruining my wood floor! They had the gall to try and charge me to fix the leak!! Do NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!!!

Beware! If they cant answer a phone how can they fix anything.
