Not professional at all they talk in slang and dress any kind of way. Pants sagging and they look like they hire people off the streets that was the first red flag. They talk down to customers through Facebook messages and think it’s funny. You’re better leasing a phone elsewhere, and don’t think they will communicate with you because they won’t. If you’re looking to go somewhere go to A1 Cellular.

They are over the top..They also stand behind their products and know their specifics as well.

I don’t think they could be more deceptive in their communication, even with lessons in thievery. It’s like they exist to perpetuate every bad salesperson stereotype. I see the reviews before me give them high marks. Maybe I just had the unfortunate experience to encounter the one person who was incapable of being forthright, sincere and transparent. Still, the experience was bad enough that I wouldn’t be their customer were I paid to be. Very poor experience.

The staff in here are very pleasant its the other guy who is cruel and doesnt care about anything other than Money.

They are amazing. Very knowledge. Every time i go in there i am always leaning something new. They explain it in a way that a guy like me can understand it. I always go there when i have problems with or need to upgrade my phone. They are great.

Ive been leasing my phone with them and they gave me low monthly payments but Ive noticed the phone battery doesnt last long at all. It goes from 50% to 5% in a matter of mins. My phones usually last a few days with the battery.

Got me into a new iphone for about 40 and gave me a new service plan saving me a lot of money, thanks erik!

I had a cupcake incident and it left icing/frosting inside the small holes for the mic and speaker. Although I had tried to get it cleaned at another store, it still wasnt working so I brought it here and they gave me some options to replace the part (which was unique because I got my phone in another country). He went ahead and double checked it with a microscope and cleaned it again (for free) but said there wasnt much to clean so we should try going through the manufacturer and then try to replace the part. I think the price was actually reasonable considering what needed to be done and as it turned out he fixed it! Since they did what the other store couldnt do AND gave me more options, I give them 5 stars for customer service and doing a great job.

By far the best cell phone repair prices in town. I thought my iPhone 6 was ruined when my roommate ran over it in the driveway but, they replaced the screen and camera in less than hour and it worked like new again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing to repair or buy a cell phone.

Before I write this review, let me say that this does not reflect Brandon it Nathan. The both of them were very accommodating and super nice! Now, as a company; I have to say that they obviously do not communicate very well. Me and my wife applied for financing for an iPhone X. We wanted the black model; werent really particular on GB storage .So, they found one. Got it shipped .Took two days to get here from Jonesboro, which it could had been driven in a day. So, I waited .I contaccted Nathan to confirm the phone was there, and ready to go. He said it would be by the time I got there. Might I add that I was trading in my Google Pixel 2 XL, which had a screen protector installed and ready to go, but they werent going to give me anything extra so I removed it. Got there, saw that the phone that was delivered was white, in the wrong box, without the charging block and cable, etc. Very unprofessional. So, now I have to wait and hope they send the right device and now since I removed the $50 screen protector I bought for my Pixel, I dont have protection for it now .$50 thrown down the drain. I asked if they could drive it down for me today as I probably wont be in town for the next week, and they tell me maybe it will be there tomorrow. Not good enough for me. Not when I waited and did what I was asked of. So, Im keeping the Pixel and will unfortunately, probably never do business there again. Nathan, and Brandon if youre reading, this does not reflect you two. Thank yall for doing what you did and trying.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! It took them no lie 4 months to “fix” my iPhone. Every time I would go by there I would get the run around about how busy they are or they couldn’t get me a refund because only a manager could do that. Then when I finally did get the phone back the battery wouldn’t stay charged. I’ve heard an employee was stealing from them and also they use old parts never new ones.

I went here because a cousin recommend them for fixing cracked screens, which I needed! I have an iPhone 6s Plus and drove all the way from Little Rock on a Monday. I had to go back 3 times because my phone kept flashing/blinking and the volume buttons didnt work. Now when trying to text the keys wont type. Its been about a week since my last visit and now my phone just freezes up. Oh and my damn front facing camera no longer takes clear pictures. They totally RUINED a brand new iPhone which was $850 which makes me wish I just wouldve filed a claim. Dont waste your time or money going to this place. If I could give a zero I would have.
