Stopped here because I thought I needed a new car battery. Mike was very kind and helpful. Comes to find out, the battery in my key fob was going bad. However, Walmart doesnt have the batteries for these. My local Ace Hardware was able to assist. While my car was in the Auto Care center, I was able to go grocery shopping!All done in an hour!

I bought a tire there this morning and didnt have a problem. The tire was more expensive than the price I had been given over the phone and more than another tire center I had called earlier. The advantage was that the wait was much shorter than the other tire center.

Theyre always a bit slow but worth the prices

I just got all new tires and they were balanced. However, my car is shaking. My old tires never had my car doing this. I will be calling back tomorrow to see if this can be fixed. I will update soon

Super-Poor customer service...Today, I spoke with Dontae over the phone. When the conversation ended, I said bye and the next thing I heard was dial tone. I brought it to his attention when I picked up my car, and his response was my bad....no apology offered whatsoever.

Came here for an oil change. Sat in my car to seee if anyone would instruct me like most tire and line locations. A young Caucasian guy with a beard came out and fixed a chain...and went back to doing what he was doing.So I parked and walked in.Another older heavy set Caucasian guy walked right past me at the register. Then went behind the register to do something.Not acknowledging customers at allllll. Pissed me off. Very rude. Only reason I came here is because they open at 7am. But never again. Ridiculous.

Had oil change very fast service

Great place to get reasonable tires and superior service!! I have been coming here for all of my minor auto-care needs for about 6yrs now and I nevered encountered poor customer service or negligence. I came in on today at 5:15p (they take their last customer at 5) and requested an oil change and two tires. The manger was kind enough to service me with one service after the cut off time which was OK with me. I am very grateful for the outstanding customer service and the hardwork that these men give to their customers. I will be returning with my other vehicle for its auto-care needs with no doubt (like I haven’t been already, lol) Thank you Walmart auto-care employees Jeff, Greg and all the men behind the scenes!!!

Took my car for an oil change. When they finished they wrote in the description that I had a massive leak. My car had never had an oil leak before so evidently they damaged it while changing the oil. Never again!

I specifically called & asked did they have my tire size in stock, they told me it was 6 in stock. I drove 1 hour on 2 spare tires for me to get there & say they dont have them in stock. I was furious wasted 2 hours & gas just frustrating!!!

Automotive will not answer the phone. Each time I called someone would say automotive please hold. I held the phone for 5 minuets before deciding to hang up. I called back and the associate did the same rude thing.

They forget that part of their job is customer service. They only have one oil change garage open on a Saturday, and no one checking people in, or any signs for direction. In addition when these concerns were bought to the manager (Terry), he said that I should take it up with Walmart and thats not his problem. Very unprofessional and understaffed.

They were closed but the website stated that they were open til 7 when they close at 6. This causes problems

Need a new tire. They stop taking customer around 4:39pm they at 6pm. Why?
