Rude and unprofessional woman who never identified herself. I explained my situation and she said it was crazy in a very rude way. Would not spend time or money at this location.
I went into AutoZone and there were 6 employees there standing, chatting, Laughing. I waited in line for 5 minutes when I ask to be help they turned looked at me and kept chatting. So I ask another employee for help and I got the same dirty look. The next day I came in and spoke to someone that claimed to be a manager she basically brushed it off like it didnt happen. This is the service vets get at autozone and its not the 1st time. When they didnt have a part that I needed for my older model car an worker their told me it was time to get a newer car...If i had it my way vets would no longer go to autozone. Fine a new parts dealer I know i wont ever go there AGAIN...
Hwy 138 it was a few minutes til closing and the cashier; Kennedy, went over and beyond for us to search for the part over the phone was patient and nice the whole time found the adapter that we had to have for trailer . And now we have lights!! And it was in stock in store! and she was so helpful. Very grateful to her and the other employees to do that and care to do that Great customer service, I’ve been coming to that particular store for over 20 yrs. and I’ll be a loyal customer to this autozone from here on out. Thanks again.
One of your employees hacked my DoorDash account and ordered 94.00 in pizza to be delivered to this store! If willing to steal from a random person in Michigan, I’m sure they are stealing from others. Probably got my info off the black market and selling customers info too!

The must had a bad day today. Stood in line 15 minutes while watching them stock a shelf. Ummmm im a customer, what happened to priority? Other than that, its my local parts store. Good people most of the time.

Worst service I ever got in a autozone. It’s like 5 ppl working, and only one guy at the Counter that keeps walking off doing nothing. I was waiting in line for 10 mins. It’s was only 1 customer in front of me.

I bought a new battery for my car. The person came to my car and installed the battery. Then they told me how the warranty works and how to install a battery the correct way. The people were very helpful.
I found the perfect floor jack with a carrying case I keep on my trailer now for the next emergency. I was on a job wheel came off my lawn mower Auto Zone was right up the street. Thanks for having floor jacks, I never leave home without it....! Lesson Learned
For the shade tree mechanic they have what you need when you need it. Exceptionally friendly staff. They were there when NAPA refused to honor their own agreement with customers.After purchasing the requisite items at NAPA to teach my grandson the finer points of a home lube, oil and filter change we came back to NAPA to recycle the used oil. Surprise, despite the large sign at the entrance the rather rude employee (the only one present in an otherwise empty store on a Saturday afternoon) told me “my manager says we won’t take the oil, if you have a problem take it up,with him”. Well I have a problem with that and will no longer do business with NAPA. Fortunately this Autozone is right across the street on Hwy 138 and easier to get to with overly friendly staff who gladly took my oil and even carried it into the store for me despite not having purchased it there. As I did, you have a choice and Autozone stood up and stood out as the place to go.
Needed a new battery for my old pickup. Went in and the store manager Shayne was super helpful and she even installed it herself in a professional and timely manner. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone who values great service.

Friendly staff. I bought motor oil and a windshield wiper blade. Salesman recommended a mid priced blade that wasnt of low quality, and would last awhile. He wasnt trying to get me to buy the most expensive thing. Then he installed the blade for me. I came Sat. morning before their big customer rush. Will definitely come here again.

Employee not very helpful. I wanted to provide my phone number to track purchase and she said it doesnt really track purchases when you put in your phone number. I didnt have my autozone rewards card with me, but my purchases can be tracked with my phone number. Ive always done this. This may not be the job for her.

My car was hesitating to start. I took it to the dealership and received a long list of electrical problems on the diagnostic report. I called several stores and Peter told me come here. He checked my battery, identified the problem and replaced it within 20 minutes. The price was good and Peter was excellent!

He gave me information about what went wrong and even went the extra mile to get the missing piece I needed to get back on the road. I came in frantic and stressed and left happy and satisfied. Still a very good place for convenience and variety of parts. The prices are comparable or a little lower than some other auto parts stores. They also have a wide variety automotive cosmetic accessories. Quick assistance also.

Waiting for a clerk for 5 minutes to help me. A lady that walked in after me was addressed by the clerk as the next customer and I was dismissed. It was hard to believe as everyone in that store could have related in I was next in line and was standing there waiting patiently. I walked out objecting to the customer service and rudeness. The lady ran up on me, followed me to my car yelling at me and staff did absolutely nothing. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. There are so many better auto parts places in Conyers.

Taking my time out since I was just hung up on by andre! Ive had problems with this autozone before especially with the previous manager but Im absolutely done with these people. They talk to you like you like I havent been working on cars for fifteen years they ordered me a part once before and I waited two weeks for the part because the manager told me he would personally call me when they were in and as soon as I got there to pick them up I checked them and they were wrong he refused to refund me my 80$ and after I proceeded to show my disdain and leave I went to another autozone to hopefully get things resolved my rewards account was nonexistent even though it was 7 years old. I will not be doing any buisness with this joke of a store. Save your time and go to the other autozone in conyers their staff actually cares!
I would had selected 0 stars if it was a option. I called the store at 6:03 pm and ask the salesman about a part that I needed he asked all my car info and informed me hey had the part. I sent my daughter to go buy the part at 7:30 pm when she arrived they informed her they did not have the part in stock but would order it. I called the store and asked about it and the manager told me they sold it at 5 pm I informed het I called at 6 and asked her if they ordered it and told me she would order it if I came back and paid for it. I ask why she did not tell my daughter that and she hung up on me.

Order a part for my Cecile on Thursday was told it would be back by Saturday. Didnt come in until the following Wednesday and it came broken and to small. Customer service sucks.

Went in to discuss a less than 1 year old battery that needs a boost every time car sat for more than 2-3 weeks. Lady said that was normal and u have to start a car often. Told her I should be able to let car sit and it should start on battery with 5 year warranty. She said she would replace and sat battery on counter and prepared to walk away. I the asked, is anyone going to install?? I should note that Im a woman and just dont know how to do batteries. But either way, she should habe asked if I wanted battery installed. Guys then debated who should install the battery.Not so good service

If I could rates this store negative starts, I would, from the employees to the district and regional management, they are horrible!!!! I ordered parts multiple times that didnt come in, no apologies.... I was cursed at by an employee as a manager was next to him. I complained at the regional,wice, level never receiving returned calls. When I called the third time, the woman I spoke to wanted my information again. I told her she should have it and she says shes not going to look up a complaint from 3 Weeks ago. It is obvious they dont need my business not care and Ill never strep a foot in the door of Auto Zone again.

Just left a dentist after dental surgery and my battery died. The lady who worked there helped my husband put the new batter in while I sat in the car with an ice pack. It really meant a lot to both of us that she helped us out. We had already had a rough day and our time here made it a little beighter.
Maybe my experience wasnt great because they were closer to closing time, but nobody tried to help me at all. Hopefully, I walked out with the right things..

Worse autozone EVER!!!( Salem rd. Autozone)Took my altenator yesterday for testing, 4 workers all looked at the part like it was a foreign object then told me they dont test them! I told them they do test and one guy looks at it and said they didnt have the attachment to test it!!! This was the 3rd and final time i will ever use this autozone! You guys need to hire people who actually know what a car is! OReillys is my new go to.

Terrible management and store policy, go next door to NAPA. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PARTS. I went in today to return an alternator that I bought for Courtesy Ford to fix on my truck. I came in with the receipt and the receipt of the fix that was from Ford stated it turns out the part was not needed. I was within the 90 days return however the box Ford gave back to me was not the same but the part WAS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION AS I GOT IT it even had the factory sticker. I go in there to be helped by the female manager who clearly had the same piss poor attitude she had since high school, yes I went to school with her. She clearly did not want to work that day. She then had the audacity to tell me me it was not the same part. I told her to check the decal and the receipt. Excuse me? I bought the part from this store, she then told me the original box needs to be with it. DUMB EMPLOYEE. After explaining my issue she brings over her manager who we tried to reason with but JUST DID NOT WANT TO DO A RETURN FOR A CUSTOMER. We had the receipt and even got the store manager to state that this was indeed HIS PART but it needed the box? My dad and I left furious. It is no wonder why people tell us not to go to autozone. They want to take your money but wont accept a part because its missing its box. I told him you are gonna short me 200 dollars over a box, which you can simply just put print out a part label for. Again DO NOT GO TO AUTOZONE, SPECIFICALLY DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ONE. GO NEXT DOOR TO NAPA, they will go out of their way to help you. Keep it up Autozone and surely you guys will run yourself out of business. Most stores will take back returns even without a box as long as you have the original receipt. I will make sure to broadcast this out to the rest of Conyers. Btw, even if you think the alternator did not work or by any chance came back in non-original condition, they advertise free alternator tests... Easily could of tested for functionality and put it back on the shelf but NOPE, the whole store decided to screw with its customer that day. I will also be bringing this issue up w/ someone who will definitely take care of it.

This would be my second bad experience with auto zone! I went by the location this morning on hwy 138 next to the dollar store close to lowes, the stores hours are posted on the door and online to open at 7:30 am! I went to the door at 7:37 am and the door was locked an employee inside looked up at from the counter then just walks off to the back of the store! I have been shopping autozone for years but I will not be anymore! Went across the street to NAPA was immediately helped and had great customer service! I will only shop oreileys and napa from now on much kinder customer service!
