I love this shop! Steven is the best I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s extremely professional and thorough and makes sure he answers all of my questions. I know I’m in good hands with him and I have all of my family and friends hooked as well. USE THIS SHOP!!!

Steve took me in on a Wednesday bright and early at 645 am. My truck over heated on the way to work and I needed it fixed that day. Well within an hour my truck was picked up and towed to his shop. Shortly after I received a phone call stating he was working on it. By lunch time he had it diagnosed and was running around town getting parts. Steve replaced my water pump, thermostat, and radiator and made sure my truck was 100% before he handed me back my keys. Overall experience 11/10 and would reccomend him to anyone. Thank you again Sir.

I was traveling from Texas to North Carolina when my engine started smoking and overheating. I was able to find Stevens place on Google and thank God I did. He was on the phone with me while my truck was being towed there trying to figure out what was wrong. He found the issue (blown water pump) and had it fixed with two and a half hours. The entire time he made sure I was aware of what was happening and the steps he was taking. Would 100% recommend in the future and will be recommending to friends in the area.

Came on Sunday morning and Steven got us in to get our a.c motor and water pump replaced. He took very good care of us. Started working on our car very quick. There was another guy with him and they both did a really great job. Very professional, definitely would recommend to anyone

The best auto shop experience I’ve ever had. I was driving from Virginia to Texas and my car started making a weird noise and was losing power so I pulled over and gave Steve a call at 330 am and asked him if he could look at my car. 12 hours later I was back in the road and my car was running better than before. Overall great customer service, lots of knowledge and experience. I would recommend this shop 100%.

My experience at Conyers Auto Tech was awesome! I dont know a lot about cars but, the owner answered all of my questions and kept me updated on my cars progress. In the end i was extremely satisfied with the work that was completed and I look forward to using this facility for my future maintenance needs.

Thank god for these guys, I was on a road trip and my clutch went out, first thing in the morning these guys picked me up and got the job done in light speed, very respectful and very helpful gentlemen. 11/10 would definitely go back.

I must say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a auto shop. I know a little about cars but I could not quite figure out what was going on with my car. I was referred to Conyers Auto Tech by another mechanic that was unable to fit me into his schedule, but he spoke highly of Steve. Everything was true, Steve was very knowledgeable, was very understanding of the financial climate that I was in and very professional. He had my car ready the next day! I thought it was nice how his office called a week later to check on me and see how my car was running! (Which it’s driving like new!) I would give Conyers Auto Tech LLC 10 stars if i could! They have gained a new customer!Update: since then, he has fixed my wife and sons car as well! Still great consistent service!

Bad communication, too many excuses, poor time management. He makes you spend unnecessary money.

Steve was great throughout my entire experience of my clutch going out. He worked with me and was very understanding and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Great prices, very professional and I recommend everyone to come and get their car serviced here. I will be coming here for everything but toilet paper.

Steven is just fantastic!! I brought my vehicle in (2003 Toyota Camry) because it was skipping and misfiring. Steven quickly diagnosed my problem, (bad ignition coil) gave me a really fair price and made the repair right there on the spot! I didnt even have to get out of my car! Id give 10 stars if I could. I’ve brought my ‘99 eclipse to Stephen twice, the first time he was awesome. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. The second time was terrible! It took him 3 and a half weeks to get my vehicle back to me, he would tell me the car would be ready on Tuesday and when I called Tuesday he would tell me it would be ready Thursday. This persisted the entire duration my car was in his possession. Finally once my car was returned to me, it had been driven 40+ miles and my air filter housing was broken (it wasn’t when I brought it in). Stephen said he would order a new one for me which he told me would be in Thursday July 18th, it is now Thursday July 25th and I still have not heard anything from him

This guy is very disrespectful. He tried to fix my car with a pair of vice grips . He had the vice grips holding my part underneath my truck together and did not tell me about it.....and after I showed him the pictures he never offered to fix it. Also he stalking me on Facebook and cropped my picture and sent it to me and thought it was funny. Smh...nope dont try to front in front of your customers!!! U never notified me about the vice grips until I exposed you. Then u tried to apologize after I found out..you just sorry you got caught!!!!!!!Do u really want me to post pictures and text messages...

I took my car to Steven based on referrals and he didn’t disappoint. I appreciate you being able to find the problem with my car that no one else could!

Excellent people skills and awesome at figuring it out!Stephen fixed the window controls on my 99 Mitsubishi Spyder even when the dealer said that they couldnt. Which pretty much turned out to be the issue why the factory alarm kepted going off! Others wanted to charge a hefty fee just to figure out the issue, but not Stephen. He accessed the issue immediatetly after arriving. But then again, it was at the end of the day and he wanted to go home. However, I appreciated his enthusiasm and his customer service.

He would NOT NOT NOT honor his warranty for personal parts from one of his used car he put on my car. He knowiingly refused to put the right fuel pump into my vehicle. All I wanted was my car fixed right and not so he can just make the most money with me buying the part from him. He is money hungry.

I had Broke down on the day before thanksgiving so I tried to have someone else work on my car who didn’t know what they was doing so I took my car to Mercedes Benz of buck head and they denied to work on my car I have a Mercedes s550 At first my idol pulley and my serpentine belt had broke And by the car overheating it ended up busting my radiator Steve went and changed everything out in a day and had me back on the road headed back home I would like to say thank you for your great work Steve.
