Raleigh is the best representative ever. I had lost my makeup bag a while ago which had a very beloved limited edition lipstick shade that I cant get anymore and went to sephora hoping to find something similar. Raleigh took me all around the store showing me different shades and formulations and suggested a lipstick to me that I absolutely adore! I havent taken it off since I got home! I just wanted to write this review to say thank you Raleigh! You are the best! I love my new lipstick and wouldnt have even thought to consider it without your help!

I went to this store at the mall yesterday, there were unhelpful girl working there, I was close to go out of the store without buying anything!then a nice employee name * Nicole * came and help me find the perfect foundation, and give me advices on my skin, so I ended up buying skin care too + primer.I was happy to talk to her, she was helping me as a friend. And I liked it .I’m giving her 5 star, because I can’t wait to go to same branch again when I need more makeup.I love chatting and buying in same time 😁

I visited the store an hour before close on 9/7/21 and Raleigh was such an amazing help! They listened to every concern I had about my skin and recommended products I should use to help my skin. Not once did I feel rushed or hurried. Raleigh explained everything in ways that I could understand and seemed very knowledgeable on not only the products but what could be causing my skin problems! 10/10 would recommend going to Raleigh for any beauty needs!

My first time doing a pick up order at the Sephora inside Coral Ridge Mall went fast and smooth, staff was super friendly and helpful!

They really have great staff here. I have several skin conditions and have been using pretty much every thing you could think of, so I wasn’t too hopeful after picking up everything they recommended. To my surprise the products have been working wonderfully?! Which is a big deal for me. Lol. They’re all very knowledgeable here when it comes to makeup and skincare. Thank you! :)

The staff was very good. Very courteous and helpful. Not pushy at all. Showed us what we asked about and then left to give us time to think about it.

I come to this Sephora all the time and I think the people that work there are completely amazing. No matter who you are they always greet everyone and go out of their way to help people. I think many people might feel stores like this might have a kind of uppity feel but this is not the case for this store. I really appreciate as well that they dont just try to sell you anything and they are very understanding and accommodating to all people no matter their price range they are working with, their unique style, and never try to push products that you feel is not for you.This is an awesome store and I will keep coming back here :)

This place is on lock down now with the pandemic. There is a bouncer at the entrance, to make sure youre not just going in to browse. The good thing was at least they had the birthday gifts available without having to wait in line to checkout. I just told them what I wanted, and they had it! Ive never redeemed my birthday gift in less than 2 minutes before

Very clean, everyone wearing a mask, can do color matching! Super clean when doing it. Sanitizing lots in before and after swatching.

Agent are very knowledgeable about items in store and give good suggestions

They were out of a few things I wanted. The employees were overly friendly and literally kept asking me every 2 minutes if I needed help. I like to be asked once and left alone if I have a question I have no problem asking. Thats me though 🤷‍♀️

I dont go Makeup shopping but my wife sure likes this place alot. They do have mens caglone and only the best. Versace, gucci, Tom Ford and more. Staff is friendly as hell and super helpful. The girl we talked to there think her name is Tasha she know everything off the top of her head. What they did and didnt have in stock, prices, color pallets that matched skin tones literally everything and she uses most the stuff so she told us her opinion as well. Very helpful thank you. If the sephora girl with the cheeta tattoo on her arm reads this. Also thanks for the tester bottle of caglone.

Super helpful employees, especially to q makeup newbie like me. Everyone is very nice and wants to make sure you get what you were looking for, even if youre not too sure yourself.

The best place to look for all higher end makeup. The staff here is always willing to help and give recommendations too, which is so great since the selection can be overwhelming. They also offer samples of most products, you just have to ask. Such a great option since the products can be expensive and its nice to try them out before making the investment.

This isn’t a review more of a question but do you do henna and if you do how much does it cost for a wrist and a hand

So I brought a Dior Homme eau de parfum for my husband for Fathers Day for $100. The box clearly says eau de parfum after my husband started using it we realized the smell only last a few minutes when I looked at the bottom of it its eau de toilette so the store assistant fooled us. I am never going back there. Please make sure you look at the bottom of your bottle.

Love this place as a store, but the employees there were all nice and really helpful. One helped me find a sunless tanner, another a moisturizer, and another a foundation! Great customer service

This store is my favorite place on earth! Everyone there is so happy and eager to help you, and answer any questions you have! All the employees are very professional and easy going. Many of the workers know me by name now, and that shows me that I am valued as a customer. It may be just a small store, but it sure holds a lot of laughs and many kind hearted people. I will always come back to this store any time that I am in the mall!

I was so surprised to see low reviews here! The staff is great, yes they tend to hover but anyone that has ever worked a retail job or knows something about customer service understands they are just trying to be available to help. I’ve always gotten great help from John and the other workers and will continue to go back.

I went to this Sephora and I had an excellent experience. This was my first time ever going to any Sephora ever and there was nothing but good energy. I was promptly greeted with smiles and cheerful tones.When getting color matched I was asked in depth question on my skin and any questions I had were answered without a problem. When I explained some of the things I was thinking of purchasing I was given very professional feed back on the product, how it would react to my very dry skin and recommendations on what would work better to ensure flawless makeup application. I will most defiantly be going back.

Thank you for helping me with my foundation troubles, John! I was always wearing a foundation that was totally off from my skinone for YEARS, was looking like a complete mess, and had had enough. now i feel very confident knowing that i dont look like trumps mother or a citrus fruit going out in public! you were very professional and listened to all my concerns, even my skincare woes (which you gave me some samples of stuff that you liked and worked for you, thanks for that!) and you felt very genuine and i felt like i was cared for and listened to. i have never had an experience in a makeup store like this one! all the staff in general were very easy to talk to and i felt very welcomed. it was so great, once i got home i threw out ALL foundations i have ever bought in the past. this foundation will be in my arsenal for a VERY long time! i will definitely steer clear from drugstore foundations from now on and i now know what to look for when it comes to picking foundations in the future! thank you so much, John and staff!

Great products but they were seriously understaffed. Only one person was working & obviously she was having a hard time keeping up.

Beware of the free makeover scam. They will require you to buy another $50 the day you do it, even if they dont have appointments the day you first buy $50 (which they NEVER do). Also, they do not honour their appointments and will treat you like a liar.

They have a terrible selection of makeup to test out, I need to see what I am buying before I purchase foundation or eyeshadows. Last time I asked for help with foundations I got a girl whose makeup was so caked it literally looked like a pancake. I know they are taught about some makeup applications I was trying to be polite and just get some samples she suggested the next time I went in and asked a different sales person I got eye rolls and a youre wasting my time vibe. This is why people buy online

The first time I ever went to this store was with my daughter a little over a year ago. The girl who helped us(cannot, for the life of me, remember her name) was very warm and helpful. She seemed genuinely interested in making it a pleasant stop for us. I do wish I could think of her name because it was top-notch service. I hadnt heard very good things about Sephora staff. They have been labeled as snooty, stuck-up and not very knowledgable on products. This was NOT my experience at all. And, I am now a dedicated user of Belif Aqua Bomb. What a great product.

The staff is unbelievably rude and stuck up. They had at least 5 workers standing around that all made eye contact with me but never asked me if I needed any help. One woman did help me for a second, but walked away quickly. When I asked someone else, they directed me back to her (I was asking about face masks) and she (with a rude, annoyed sigh) showed me all the masks in the store, not telling me about them just how much they cost. Fine whatever. Then, I asked someone else about makeup and got a half assed makeover from some monotone chick. I guess all the memes are true, this store is a joke.

I have to agree with the other poor reviews. I asked for help choosing the correct color of stick foundation I was interested in trying. The clerk proceeded to ask questions about my skin care routine, used the iq gun to match me (which doesnt work very well on me, thats why I didnt ask for that) told me none of the colors matched me and tried to show me concealers instead. When I said I wasnt looking for a concealer she said it was the same consistency as the stick, when I said I liked the coverage of the stick better she countered that the concealer had better coverage. Finally I just said I didnt need any products anyway and left. Next time Ill just trust my own judgement and return it if I make a mistake. That would be less annoying.

Horrible experience. Very rude and unprofessional staff. On 4/3/17 at 5:50pm, I shopping when a twenty- something, blonde, thin female who identified herself as a Manager, came over and said We are closed, you need to step outside,and go through the single door, the other is being locked. Her tone and attitude towards me was worth reporting. I had over $200 worth of product in my hand. As a business owner I would not turn away a sale like that. It was obvious she was in a hurry to close up a little early, so I put the product down and walked out. I will never return to such a place that treated me the way she did. I have nothing but disgust as an impression of the Coralville Sephora. Unfortunately, you lost a long time customer.

Awful selection of makeup and the store racially profiles and will follow you around NO. MATTER. WHAT. 3 different people came up to me, sorry for my offensive skin color but I am just swatching, not stealing. This place is the absolute worse.

Ayana was great today and really helped me choose a new foundation, eyeshadow palette, and addressed some skin concerns. That girl deserves a raise for going above and beyond for me today!

For the third time I have been treated very poorly in of Coralville. Im going to buy only online. Total disappointment !!!!
