Received my vaccination for Covid- the pharmacy was extremely organized- loved the fact I could fill out all the paperwork online & book my appointment. The pharmacist was so pleasant and personable.

Only the window is open for the last week and its a 30+ min line at least to pick up prescriptions.

Had what I wanted and got a little extra loved customer service

This is Julie Vaughn and I had a recent visit to this site. I had just came from U of I quick care and it took the pharmacist less than 10 minutes to fill my Rxs. They were all compassionate and helpful. I got education on my drugs and it was very educational; I am a nurse and continue to learn. Thank you for your service.

Do yourself a favor and do not go through the drive through at this location unless you have an hour to waste. Go inside, it is a lot faster.

Yesterday i had an interview with this very location ( heartland drive ) and i did everything right, i dont have a criminal record nor do i do drugs im really nice and polite But instead of her telling me i didnt get the job she told me if you would like to take the job we will be sending you a job offer through email 2 hours later an email came to my phone saying we decided to go with another candidate i then reached out to her and she told me I DIDNT SAY THAT the only reason i didnt get the job WAS BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN

I called in to this Walgreens to ask about a flu shot and the pharmacist I talked to was very rude and told me she *wouldn’t* tell me if my insurance covered my flu shot.They didn’t have the flu shot in at the time, but her attitude was very sassy and I did not feel like a valued customer.

Screwed up two different prescriptions within a month, MAJOR hassle to get rectified. Had to get it fixed by another location. Walgreens has lost my business forever.

Varies with staff person you get. Some dont seem to care when youre getting gouged on med prices. The last person I had worked for ten minutes to get my Good Rx coupon to work, saving me tons of money. I was very grateful.

I came here desperate for an HDMI cable (didnt want the hassle of trekking through Target or Walmart), and they were out of stock.But, walking back to my car, I chanced upon a discarded HDMI cord on the ground in the parking lot. Despite being filthy and chewed up, it worked great! Must have been divine intervention. Serendipitous timing indeed.

Always fast and efficient for the pharmacy and staff are pleasant.

5th time is a charm for having all of your prescriptions ready at the pharmacy.

In this Walgreens staff can be very rude. Once I was yelled at and left crying. Went to Walmart for better service. In a lot of cases employees cannot give you any information on goods they are selling and look at you with anger, as if they prefer not to be bothered. Sometimes somebody can be helpful, but not as a rule. Prices are on a high side.The pharmacy people either dont know how to contact your insurance info or just try to force you to pay cash instead of using your insurance. I could not get me Rx medication after waiting for over an hour. Later got it from a different pharmacy with no problem.

The male working at the front register was very rude & unprofessional. Staff at the photo center were rude as well. I will avoid coming to this particular Walgreens next time.

Basic needs not much else

I cant speak for the people who have had experiences with the pharmacy, but I have always been able to find health and beauty items quickly and easily here.

Very displeased with this pharmacy. They shorted me 4 capsules on an antibiotic. Thats 2 less days of being on it!! Make sure you always count your antibiotics and other very important medications from here! I work in a pharmacy... very inconvenient for me as a customer!

Walgreens Pharmacies are the worst!!!! I have had nothing but problems with these people. There is a red haired pharmacist that works at this location that I had the displeasure of dealing with yesterday, and he is literally the worst. This dude took the time to write a bunch of stuff on my scripts and write INVALID in huge letters and then lectured me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. He is way out of line and is NOT a doctor. I guess he feels bad that he couldnt get in to medical school and is now the big bad pharmacist who gets to lecture me about things that are totally out of my control. Tight!Im never dealing with Walgreens awful customer service again.

Incompetent photo workers. After they made a mistake on the calendars I printed they told me it was going to take hours to fix. All it was was flipping two pages between calendars. Ridiculous

Slowest Drivethru ever! Where is the Pharmacy manager? I live nearby, but the usual long waits are making think about driving farther away if the service is better!

WORST PHARMACY EVER. NEVER GET IT RIGHT, MORE GOOF UPS THAN CORRECT REFILLS. TRANFERRING TO COSTCO IMMEDIATELY. IF I COULD RATE IT -1 OR 0 I WOULD.

Pharmacy needs an overhaul with new faster employees.

Very friendly staff. Passport photos were much easier than going to the post office.

We shouldve read the reviews before going... people are right -- the pharmacy is pretty awful. It look forever and just generally rather cumbersome

Terable prices on generic store brand OTC medications.why are there store brands $17 for something that is $6 everywhere else??
