My son broke his glasses so we had to make a last minute trip to the store. The manager is so sweet! Somehow she remembered us coming in for his glasses and remembered we had gotten the insurance without me saying anything about it! I appreciate the personal and quick service!
The manager was extremely helpful in picking out my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Carol assisted in narrowing my choices and was honest about which glasses fit and which didn’t. She made the experience fun. When I totally changed my mind about the frames she understood and laughed about it rather than getting frustrated. She measured everything correctly and I live my new glasses! It was a great experience.
I highly recommend getting your glasses, adjustments, and other lens services here! The staff goes out of their way to help and will thoroughly detail your options for you. The manager Carol will treat you like an old friend. As an indecisive person myself, I can tell you that the people at Lenscrafters will help you make a frame style choice that will fit you like a glove.
I had an old pair of sunglasses that I really liked but needed to change the nose pieces because they were ruined as I left my glasses out in the sun. A blonde hair lady was super kind and replaced the nose pieces on my glasses which was a bit time consuming since my glasses were an older style. I expected to pay a little bit for the service and small gel nose pieces but it was free of charge. Overall great experience for a simple request and everything worked out perfectly
We stopped in today to ask if someone could fix a pair of sunglasses. Carol, the store manager, was very friendly and fixed them for us. We asked if we could pay for the service but she wouldn’t let us - only told us to come back the next time we need glasses which we will happily do after today’s great service!

Actually the whole experience was easy comfortable, & most of all knowledge as they explained as we did both pair of glasses, Dr Stephanie is the best, & we had some good laughs with the staff especially shout out to Cole as we razed & joked with him we all felt comfort thanks everyone !
Carol Brueggeman provides the BEST customer service of ANY other establishment we have ever been!!! Professional, courteous, positive, and exceptionally helpful!! We come in a little stressed over broken glasses and we leave so relieved with the replacement pair of glasses all because Carol provided options and made us feel so comfortable with the replacement and cost! Probably the best customer service Ive ever received! I got a pair of glasses and after weeks of fussing whether or not they fit correctly and various adjustments I was very conflicted. They let me return them and helped me pick a similar style that fit better. They even had the new ones ready in less than an hour. Doesnt sound like much, but I can be very neurotic about these things and the associate who helped me was incredibly helpful!

I had a truly wonderful experience shopping at the Coral Ridge Mall location. Carol helped me and she really knows her stuff! In fact I had intended on only buying new glasses and sunglasses, but instead she convinced me to buy 5 pairs (3 sunglasses, 1 safety, and 1 normal)!! Cant wait to pick them all up so I can up my fashion game! Ive been a customer for 30+ years and have always received good service.
Dr Schaefer has managed all of my familys vision care needs for over 10 years and we would never think to go anywhere else! She is amazing and I recommend her to everyone!

I came in with a goal in mind and under a time crunch, I found the frames I wanted and the lens I needed and the staff were extremely helpful and nice to talk to. They had to order my lenses and told me they would contact me when everything was ready and it will be about 1 week now since they told me they should be in and I haven’t had any contact yet so I’m not sure whether my glasses are in or not but I wish they would have contacted me somehow.

Nice gla$$es, but no deals. They failed to tell me about a lower-cost lens option available with my insurance. Fortunately, the Cedar Falls location did! The difference in price was about $300. If you need glasses fast and want to spend about $700 this is your place. This location also doesnt have some of the designer frames available at other Lenscrafters.
Dr. Schaefer is amazing! She stayed late on a Friday night to look at my sons eye, after he injured it. She then called me the next week to follow up and see how he was doing! I was amazed by her service, thank you!!!
Would do 2.5, but it wont let me. Im trying to be fair; however, I just got home from my eye appointment (regular exam, contact exam/fitting, etc.) & I was there for 3 hours.Dr. Larson was absolutely amazing at her job & with me! The reason for the review score is not because of her at all, in any way!At the end of both exams, which didnt take very long, I got dilating drops so she could exam the inside of my eyes - she told me up front that I could go talk to someone about getting glasses/lenses & then theyd call me back in about 15 mins. The techs did not do this. My appointment started @ 9am & I left at noon. I finished up getting my lenses ordered & went back over to the doctors office check-in to see what was going on & they said they would put me in the next available room. I waited & waited & FINALLY got put in a room for my simple 5-minute exam of the inside of my eye. Dr. Larson came in & apologized profusely about me being there for so long. She was very professional & apologetic about the situation. I understand it wasnt her fault at all - the techs are who put people in the rooms for appointments/exams. They put people scheduled for full exams in rooms before putting me in one for the end of my exam.Dr. Larson mentioned this to the techs when checking me out, & ones excuse was oh, well, she was getting glasses - when I was trying to figure out which lenses to order & wasnt even getting a pair of glasses & hadnt even decided by the time the 15mins that I supposed to go back in after had passed. Then, when checking me out, they almost forgot to schedule me for my next appointment in a couple weeks for my contacts.My main concern is that they need to be more organized & efficient with scheduling & who should be done with their exams/appointments first before putting someone else that has a full exam scheduled in a room. Why didnt they or couldnt they pull me from talking to the retail manager about the different lenses & everything for 5 minutes so I could finish my appointment, instead of making me be there for 3 hours? My appointment should have only taken 1 - 1 1/2 hours, if that.Very disappointed with that aspect of my visit.
Stopped in at Lens Crafters to do a price comparison with some other places in the area. People were somewhat knowledgeable, but ended up be dissatisfied. They didnt have time to answer questions like I wanted and prices were the second highest of any store I checked. I suggest better deals and service can be had elsewhere.
Well I did go in and they was nice but not that knowledgeable. They need more training

I have always gone to Lenscrafters and have always been very satisfied with their fast turn around time. Recently I had a problem with my newest pair of glasses, but after talking with the sales people and the manager we actually figured out that my prescription was wrong from my last eye exam! They remade my glasses at no charge, and they were done in 1 hour! Lorna and Debarge were the best and I am so glad they turned my situation around.
I never had to get glasses before and everyone was super helpful and cheerful. My glasses were done in 15 minutes.
I just wanted to buy some lens cleaner. Stood in line for 15 mins with no acknowledgement. Cleaned my lenses with a kit and walked out.
Took my glasses I got from Lens Crafters into this location to be fixed because they bottom line broke. They told me that they were unrepairable and I would need to get another pair and would also need to set up an appointment. I took the glasses somewhere else and they fixed them in 5 min. This place is a joke that has aweful customer service and just wants more money from you.
