The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had my glasses ready got me within 30 min of entering the store to pick out the frames! It was amazing. I would definitely recommend shopping here for any future eyewear needs!

This is the only place I will get glasses from. My son needed glasses yesterday, he cant see without them. I called and Candace and Shelbie got me right in and got his glasses ready asap. He looks good and they fit well. That makes this mama happy and less stressed. I would 100% recommend them

I am not happy with either pair of glasses. The glass doesnt fit the frame and my arms move up and down on both pairs,got a scratch on one and they say they wont fix it. Sorry but I am going back to Americas best, had no problems with my two pairs.I got a call from the customer service manager and wanted to fix the problem. They fixed the problems with no questions asks. The managers took very good care and paid attention to what I was saying. I suggest that you should go and see them!! If its not right they will fix it!!Heres the deal I havent even had these glasses for less then nine month. And look at them carefully, they have shattered, I spent $323. hundred dollars on these. You want good long lasting glasses go to Americas Best. I have glasses from them,and I so Happy!! My niece is a hellion and plays very hard and she hasnt broken the pair I am wearing from Americas Best.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses at this location since they opened a couple years ago for my daughter. We have had great experiences each time. Our most recent purchase was last night. We came in close to closing time and was greeted by Paul. He diligently helped my 10 year old pick out the right size, shape and color of frames while helping me determine best pricing options using coupons and discounts versus my insurance plan. He was extremely pleasant to work with and the glasses were processed and ready in 7 minutes from the time the lab got the order. We walked out and my daughter commented how great the experience was. She told me Every place needs employees like Paul! Super helpful and definitely deserves a shout out!

My wife and I visited this store yesterday. The entire experience was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful. We ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses for her and the were ready within an hour! They even gave her a 20% discount because I am an employee of our local school district!! Went to try out a new vision company that was provided by my insurance. I came in to get a new prescription and a contact lens fitting. Was given a box of contacts and told to come back if they don’t feel right. Everytime i’ve gone for a contact lens fitting the doctor performs measurements on my eyes. Contacts didn’t work and had to go back to get a new size. While I was there at got a new prescription as well since the old one was wrong. I was given another box and turns out they didn’t fit again. I had to go back once again, and repeated the same process. The doctor was visibly and audibly angry at me and stated that “contacts are useless for you, and, you’re never going to see perfect with contacts. I told him it’s not my prescription, rather the contacts don’t fit my eyes, and he told me to leave giving me a new prescription with a new contacts box. The newest pair didn’t fit at all, but rather than going back again and getting yelled at I decided to take my loss and went and found a new doctor. Around the same time I went to get contacts i got 2 pairs of glasses. When i received them a pair were scratched, and I was told i couldn’t get them fixed due to the fact that the warranty i bought was put on the wrong pair. I then had to re buy the warranty, and turns out the lens on the new pair of glasses were wrong, and defective. All around a bad experience, I wish I could say I had a good time but I didn’t.

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is! Got my new glasses in an hour and a half including the eye exam. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job on sanitizing that make customers safe. Highly recommended if you need a new pair of glasses!

The service at Vision4Less was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and continued to assure me it was fine to try on as many pairs of glasses as needed, even if they had to take the time to sanitize them all again. The wait time was less than thirty minutes to have new lens placed into two pairs of frames.

Marizol the associate that helped me was great! I looked around for glasses before my appointment and she saw what style I was interested in. When I came out of my appointment she had picked out two pair that I hadn’t seen yet and loved! In the end I did end up going with a pair she selected while I wasn’t even around! All of the other associates that I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service and satisfaction!

The two front desk receptionists handling eye exams are genuinely friendly and patient answering questions. Love the service. I would like to see them not double book appointments and try to stagger them more, however, as I spent quite a bit of time waiting. The doctor had zero interpersonal skills but got the job done. Overall 5/5 stars!

Rachel was awesome who helped me with picking out my frames, the women on the clinical side were incredibly sweet and provided a lot of information. They also were ballers when it came to getting my insurance pulled up an taken care of. Isiah, I met at Trader Joe’s and just from his energy alone I asked where else he worked and said vision4less, and I was like “perfect I need my eyes checked I’m going there”.

I called to get an appointment for an eye examand got in the same day! Everyone was wearing a mask, as was I and doing social distancing. The exam was very extensive and the eye doctor was professional. I had several issues with my eyes and the doctor was able to direct me for eye care I may need in the futureI then went pick out my glasses.I was given 2 small baskets. One was for glasses you liked and the other was for those you didn’t like. The ones you didn’t like wereImmediately cleaned before putting back on the rack. The lady that helped me was so kind and respectful of the rules for COVID-19 as was everyone. My glasses were done and ready in 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend Vision4Less to anyone. I heard about Vision4Less on the radio and went to check them out the same day. I was hesitant and didn’t get my hopes up for anything too exciting. I knew how much just the progressive lenses I needed were at my own optometrist and I wanted to compare prices. I also needed new frames from my optometrist but the cost was just too high. At Vision4Less, I ended up getting the same progressive lenses, new brand name frames, AND a SECOND PAIR of glasses for HALF the price it would have cost for just the lenses at my own optometrist’s office. I was blown away to say the least. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I expected my glasses to take a couple weeks like I was used to before. They were both done in less than 2 hours! AND they took my vision insurance so the second pair was actually completely free! I’ve been saving for months to be able to afford new glasses. Had a great experience shopping for glasses at Vision4Less. They were training new people so it took a little longer than usual but the customer service was excellent. We are VERY pleased with our glasses- stylish, comfortable. They offer discounts for teachers and faculty or if you bring in your prescription from somewhere else. Four pairs of glasses cost us about 100-120 per pair and they were ready in an hour. Much better shopping experience than with online vision stores like Warby Parker with comparable prices.

Had initial problems with glasses not correct strength, they were remade twice. After 6 months the non scratch coating is gone and lenses are scratched nearly to the point they arent usable.Yes I always cleaned with lens cleaner and soft cloth. Paid $800+ for 2 pairs of glasses, had to PAY for lens cleaner and cloth. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Ill go to Walmart from now on.

Great experience! My son had an thorough eye exam and Isaiah helped him try on all kinds of frames. We decided on 2 pair! One pair was ready in 20mins. The sports glasses will be ready in a week. Great warranty. They accept my sons insurance thru HyVee! We will be back.

I purchased my glasses here and love them however my daughter didnt get what she needed. She was told after her third visit and ready to purchase her glasses she was told they couldnt do it . Why didnt they tell her that after the eye exam. She was totally disappointed.

The eye exam is a separate office within the store, but Dr Huebener is very thorough and has many years of experience. I will definitely be back again! Got talked into a second pair of glasses that didnt do what I was promised they would, namely have a clear tv viewing from 10-15 feet. Would need another prescription and charge for another pair to do that. No thanks. Got took and learned my lesson. Stay away. You get what you pay for.
