I came here today and my doctor was Marie. She is the sweetest person I have ever met and I could tell she really cared about getting good glasses for me. Definitely would come here again! ☺

The Walmart Eye Vision center manager is rude and condescending, her voice made my ears hurt! I had a question on my billing and another staff member there named amber explained it to me in a very nice and professional manner. When she turned me over to the supervisor I was met with a very disgusting attitude. I guess I should be expecting such service from a Walmart supervisor... not the pinnacle of customer service and quality care. Steer away if you literally want to ask any questions

Outstanding service! The employees are helpful, accommodating, understanding and friendly. I had a unique/difficult situation helping someone else out and they guided me through the process very smoothly. Affordable and good quality products, I highly reccomend this place!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. They carry a year warranty on all their frames, which has been very helpful for my family. They are inexpensive and have a wide selection. This is the ONLY reason I go to Walmart.

I have been going here for years. I am very satisfied with the doctor. He is awesome and so are the assistants. However, I am not too satisfied with the quality.

Got bifocals there from a knowledgeable staff and the price was a fourth of what two other places in town wanted. Less than $160.00 for the glasses, lenses, and tinting. What more could I ask.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I dont normally write reviews, but they have me at my wits end. The doctor is completely moronic. Staff are impolite. I have never seen a more immature group of adults. The doctor has his own policies that will make EVERYTHING a NIGHTMARE for you. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional and the guy that seems like he runs the place is a complete jerk he doesnt know how to compromise with anyone the employees are unprofessional and the doctor was 20 min late to my boyfriends appointment.... they wouldnt let me pick up his glasses and contacts when I picked up mine.... terrible never going back

Getting contacts for my teen has been a nightmare. 4 attempts to pick up her contacts and they still have not released her prescription. She finally came home with her contacts on the 4th attempts (after I complained) but they did not give her her prescription. She has to go in today to do whatever and hopefully come home with her prescription. Its a 40 mile round trip and she leaves for college tomorrow. I should give them her fuel bill. Very Unhappy and will never go back.

I experienced horrible customer service, Manager has poor communication skills and doesnt even pretend to solve simple problems, just calls out corporate policy. This is a shame as the Optometrists are quite qood, WalMart office team will be sure to take care of that eventually...

Well I want to know if my new glasses to get them adjusted. I told her the last time somebody did what she was going to do this. My friends up well she did it anyway. Stop my left lens keeps popping out and the joint where the Grim goes to the arm is bent I am pissed looks like theyre going to give me a new pair of rims when I get back. In a Walmart not that cheap on eyeglasses these for $600
