The help was very nice. I wasnt greeted when I came in like I have in the past. I wasnt helped with finding my items. I had to ask for help. This isnt the way its been when I have been there before. The store was clean and nicely lit.

Love the products and online store. Had an awful experience coming into the store. 3-4 girls huddled at the entrance, we made eye contact, and they didn’t bother to acknowledge that anyone was coming. Only one person was greeting, and helping customers the only friendly face in the entire store. Was hoping that they would say something as I was leaving and yet we met eyes again and they didn’t say anything. Completely dissatisfied with the customer service here.

Sarha is extremely talented. My hair was horrid from trying to color it during quarantine. She effortlessly fixed it. She does my husbands hair as well and we are both complemented after leaving her chair.

I absolutely LOVE Ulta! Before this location was built, I got most of my makeup at Sephora. But now I prefer to go to Ulta for my average makeup/skincare/beauty needs. I love that they have a mix of both higher end products as well as drugstore brands. They also offer a wider variety of products than just Sephora or a drugstore. Theres still items you might need to go elsewhere for, but this is a great place to start!

Got a great haircut here from Sarha Belk and would definitly recommend her. She does a great job to make you feel comfortable during the haircut.

My hair stylist Sarha Belk is an amazing hair stylist. She always has done a fantastic job coloring and cutting and styling my hair . I for sure recommend for people to set up an appointment with Sarha .

Got matched for a foundation here and I had a great experience! The color ended up not being accurate (which is my fault... I asked them to match my face but my skin tone is uneven. Whoops) but the experience overall was amazing. They went very in depth and they were so friendly! I ended up returning the foundation but again, my fault. Thanks Ben for a great experience otherwise!

I went in looking for some new make up & I have ALWAYS had trouble finding the right shade of foundation. This time, the girl by the MAC desk was incredibly helpful, she tried a few shades on me and made me feel freaking welcomed! At the end they didnt have the specific shade for me (Im special 😹) but she hooked me up with some samples of my shade which has lasted me a while💛 as I wait for my shade to come on the mail. Great service, thank you!!!

Always had a great experience here! People are welcoming and friendly. The salon people are amazing! Got a hair cut from Stephen, and going back with the fam! Love everything about it. I had questions about an eye shadow pallet, and someone was close by to answer my questions right away. Definitely recommend!!!

So sad I lost my receipt. The gal who helped me this Halloween was amazing. She held the foundation up front when I called and helped me find other products when arriving from Cedar Rapids. Her Halloween makeup was killer too :-]]

Love Ulta Beauty. The beauty advisors in Coralville are all very helpful and nice, the hair stylists do a great job, and the rewards program is excellent.Edit May 2021: Not sure what is going on but my haircut appointment was cancelled and there are no more hair appointments available. Guess I wont get to use my $25 beauty services Diamond gift.

Ive been to this store a few times and I rarely ever write negative reviews or really care about how the service is in most places but each time I have come here I was not acknowledged at all. This is pretty typical for me since I look a lot younger than I am so maybe they think I wont spend much money but regardless, I should still be greeted or checked on when I am walking around the whole store for a good amount of time. Ive even been in with my boyfriend and that usually causes salespeople to greet us but still nothing here. If I had another store to go to I would but I have not been impressed.

Every time I come to this store Im never greeted or even acknowledged by the staff. Theres plenty of staff standing around chatting with each other but I wandered for several minutes before I could find what I was looking for without any help from staff. The only person who talked to me while I was there was the check out girl & she was less than friendly. I had been swatching products on my hand and couldnt find a tissue to wipe them off & asked her for one but was told sorry I dont have any. Love the store & products but staff could use some work on their customer service.

I love this ULTA for shopping and hair. The people are so wonderful.They have someone new doing facials and it was really disappointing. My skin care routine is really working for me and my skin is killing it but Lyric made me feel as though I HAD to move to the DERMALOGICA brand and then complained about ULTAs rules at the same time. The facial wasnt relaxing. I didnt go in to get a facial by a girl friend and chit chat about her medical problems, her boyfriend, and school but by a professional that would help wipe away a bad week. I wont be back for a facial until theres a new esthetician.
