My experience with Extra Space, particularly this location, has been the best Ive had. This is absolutely due to the management. Sonia was very helpful during my move-in and throughout the duration of my stay. She blends professionalism with care for the individual, which is a style I am quite fond of. The property is very well kept and security is tight, but not invasive. I felt comfortable and safe here and would absolutely rent here again. Cant go wrong. Thanks Sonia!

This has to be the worst storage I have ever had in my life & Ive had quite a few. I cant understand why everyone says its so clean here. The only thing that I see thats clean is the outside which I will give you that but inside my unit it looks like it was raining dirt there is so much in there all over my stuff. If it wasnt such pain Id take everything out & go to a better place but I guess Im just stuck here paying to have my stuff ruined. You would think Ive had this unit for several years because of how dirty it is. 😕

This is my 2nd unit and I am amazed that my experiences just get better. The staff is amazing and the level of service is great. They make getting storage space a breeze without a headache. The staff is amazing, the grounds are well maintained and the constant patrol give you peace of mind. Extra space storage should be you one and only choice.

I cannot begin to describe the level of customer service at this location. Sonia is so dedicated and responsive to our needs as a tenant; finding solutions to what seems like improbable requests. What a fantastic point of contact she is for our team as we use the space for vehicle storage with our business. You can do no wrong in renting from this location with Sonia at the helm!

Had a unit at Extra Space Storage in Pomona years ago. Maybe a dozen different self storage companies over the years. This storage facilityhas a new manager by the name of Sonia. This is the first time Ive personally dealt with a Manager of this kind of setting that actually cares and will try to go the extra mile for the Customer! My hat is off for her! Good Job Sonia!

The price dubbled going from 92.20 to 171.20 rip off if you ask me. They lost a costumer. Theres no was I would ever pay that price for a 4 by 6 storage.with all the units that place has they was making a killing as it was. If its because they put on new doors that only upkeep

I had the worst experience at this facility I can’t even put into words how devastated we are! We had to put our entire house at this storage facility since we were PCSing to another state and waiting for the military to arrange the transport for our household goods. While waiting for the arrangements to be made the storage facility decided to change all of their doors and in the process whoever they hired ruined all of our stuff! We had professional movers organize everything in the storage and when they fixed the doors the people threw everything inside with no care, they broke multiple items and what seems like they dragged our mattresses which were in bags! And now there not.. and we haven’t even seen the rest of it.. I can’t believe we put all of our hard earned goods at the hands of them! Now we are in another state having to deal with the situation...

Nice, clean storage place. Great location! Right off the 91 fwy next to the Corona Main train station. I would definitely recommend this place if I needed more space.

The whole process was so easy for me (who was very stressed out about the move already..eek). Amanda and Katelyn were so friendly and amazing since the beginning of my experience. I love the fact that there is easy access to the units so the movers could just pull right up to the space. I am very happy with the customer service they provide and would recommend this storage facility to EVERYONE! Overall, this has been such a great and pain-free experience. (Not to mention the police station is right next door :) )

The unit I was given -- a 10x10 hasnt been serviced in probably 10 years. No one bothered to fix the bent door which makes it extremely hard to close and the door thats so hard to open because of the aging metal, is, I am afraid going to throw my back out. Its the worst unit Ive ever rented, and Ive rented a lot of storage units.COVID does make this whole process not great and Jessica is doing the best she can.I guess this is all justified because Im getting a free month.

I was taken care of so well by Amanda and Loren. They were so nice and helpful with setting up my account. I was also thrilled with the price. Highly competitive prices and beautiful property. I recommend them even if you’re not in the area. I came from Los Angeles just to store my personal items in one of their units.

First off, all the units are outside units, super awesome. Having amazing customer service is definitely a plus too. Made an appointment, changed the time last minute, got there early and they still pushed everything through super quick. The movers were able to start while I finished the last of the paperwork, which really relieved some stress. I would absolutely recommend storing stuff here.

Extra Space Storage provides for all my basic needs in Corona. The company I work for does business within for multiple reasons. I have had a pleasant experience dealing with the employees who work here and communicating with them. They are always willing to help when I ask for something. And as an added bonus, the restroom always seems to be clean. The gates are accessible very early and very late in comparison to other local storage facilities. When I have questions, I can always give them a call. If they do not answer, someone always calls me back very quickly.
