They are very good. I needed a truck to be in LA early but only 1/2 the day and they got it for me. I was able to do my work fast and not sit in traffic!!! Thank You Penske!!!!

We reserved a 26 truck with a tail lift but they didnt have one when we got there. Had to go to Corona to get a 16 truck which means more trips and fuel. They did give us a discount to compensate for the hassle. But when you reserve a certain size for your move thats what you should get. The folks were friendly and I dont discourage anyone from using them but I believe they can do a better job honoring their commitment.

Truck was dusty inside. Had a battery problem wouldnt start had to have someone jump started it.Windshield had cracks in it.😒

Great price! hell of a lot better than uhaul, super great customer service and clean trucks! Mine came stocked with fire extinguisher, flares and document to fill out in case of accident, all set! Very nice truck with all the hook ups for your electronics, strong A/C, comfortable seats too for being a truck!

I needed a short truck with a lift gate to move some large items to storage. The process was easy and not very expensive. Also rented a refrigerator dolly. I would definitely rent from here again. Great service too!

Always Great Service

Have been using this facility for years. Personal rentals and many times thru the company I work for. Very organized and they treat you right.

Awesome people great runnung trucks longer rental times with unlimited miles.

Poor customer service. Rental counter employees are incompetent and lack in almost every way. Management needs to make sure their staff is properly trained. They are expensive and never seem to have any trucks available. Cant speak for the service department, but the rental side definitely needs to improve. Try Enterprise Truck Rentals in Corona instead, they dont have as big of a fleet as penske but make up for it in other ways.

Well we had a friend to move with zero notice and Penske made a no notice rental of a truck easy helped with the stress of moving a whole 3 bedroom house loaded everything about the rental was perfect I will rent from them again and again

Loved them the first time I rented at the Pomona location back in 2003. Not so good at this location. Trucks are great, billing terrible. Had to go back a few days later for overcharges.

Expensive. Started debit transaction. Wanted to charge instead. Said they couldnt change it. So, we had to go to the bank and put money in account. Stupid, huh?

Penske is getting four stars because of the friendly and helpful staff at the Corona location....they were very accommodating and helped out with problems we encountered wirh our move. The 800 call center on the other hand were difficult and rude. They were not willing to help in fixing the rental that wouldve extended our contract and adding items, that wouldve made them more money. Only took one star off for that........
