I don’t normally post reviews but I have to say Rene was so sweet and very on top of her job. She got me in and out and let me know all my options being this is my first time renting a storage unit. She is very knowledgeable and and her customer service is awesome and that’s hard to find nowadays! Thank you Rene !

I had a 10x10 unit at this storage facility I obtained for a project that was being done on my property. And at the same time I was renting a house with a 3 car garage and I only have 1 car, so I started using the other space for storage. So after 2 months I decided to close out my account with Public Storage and your employee; Renee that did the close out was very Helpful and informative with the paperwork.I’m very thankful for meeting Renee an exemplary employee!Thank you for the experience that I received!Monte Ehrlich

Really happy with this place really easy to deal with people had problems with finding a lock Renee handled everything best experience Ive ever had as far as storage goes if only this place with the moving company Id highly recommend it getting a place here

It is truly frustrating trying to get ahold of someone to talk to or someone to be in the office when I need something!!! Despite their posted hours theres rarely anyone there and anytime I call it just goes to the managers inbox, who takes sometimes days to call back. I lost my key and they replaced the lock which was great. Now its been almost another month that between my schedule and not being able to get ahold of anyone that I still dont have my key or access to my things! Theyre usually out to lunch til after 130, fine. I get here a little after 2. Sign on the window says they will return at 130 and I knock, try the door, its closed. Im trying to call the number thats on the door that for when theyre helping someone else and guess what... JUST GOES TO THE MANAGERS INBOX AGAIN😤 then a girl walks up and says shes on her lunch til 230.😵 so now Im STILL waiting...

Rene was extremely helpful and made the experience easy and smooth. I hope ghly recommend speaking with her.

I was looking for storage space and found a real gem!! Its not just because the property is newly refurbished with sparkling, fresh paint and pavement, or that is it very clean. Its also because the Manager, Toi, treated me like family! After, calling to welcone me, I went to the office to finalize the contract. As she walked me to my space, I immediately realized it was smaller than I pictured. Without blinking an eye she walked me back to the office and found me the right size space. I would have been very annoyed with me but she wasnt! 😀 SO glad I found this location!!

This storage complex is very easy to use, with no stress about upper levels. Ive been able to get the units Ive asked for immediately, and when I needed to downsize, the process was quick and easy. They made sure I had the closest unit to make the move simple.

The service here was overall great, Philippa, the staff when u arrived was very helpful and swift when it came to getting my new storage, thank you!

This place is great if you want them calling everyone in your family looking for their $150 dollars when your 10 days late. But all give a couple more starts I guess . Besides that no problems . Easy access. All my stuff always safe .

The property manager, Jordan, did a fantastic job processing the necessary paperwork and walking with me to my new storage garage. The whole process took 14 minutes; much faster than I would have imagined. Wish AT&T was that efficient when I deal with them.

Overall I had a great experience renting a storage room. Laura B and Maritza where the best, very Courteous and helpful especially Maritza who drove from another location to help Laura with the swarm of people that where there. They worked very well together to get everyone the help they needed. I would definetly Recommend this place to everyone. Just dont forget ask for Laura or Maritza. Aaron & Jordan took care of me today. My brother & I were pressed for time and they took care of us quickly, efficiently and with good customer service. I ended up having to get a bigger storage at the last minute. They quickly cleaned the unit and completed my paperwork, all while making sure I understood everything completely. I really appreciate them.

Pretty good price, a little bit more than what I was looking to spend, but still not too bad. The warranty and lock fee were kind of sprung upon me and I didnt expect that which is why I couldnt give a 5 star review. But the customer service provided by Jordan was very good and informing. She definitely knew her stuff and was able to answer all my questions. Also she made the whole process quick.

I went to the big location down the street and was greeted by all the amazing ladies there Jessica, Jordan, Erica, and Krystle. They showed me the location and I really liked it but I just wanted a drive up facility so I could save a little time. I have rented with the big place before and had great service while being there is why I came back. They sent me near by to the outdoor location where a gentleman Aaron was there. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. He got me exactly what I needed and for the right amount of money I was looking for. I would recommend both locations. Great prices and services all around.

I have to take a minute to praise Jenn over here! She is the reason I have my storage here. Not one, but two units!! Because their bigger units are taken. Ive been here for over a year & a half. Every time I go to pay if shes not here, whomever is, is always friendly & super nice. They actually check each unit daily to be sure your locks are in tact!! They also will call you if there is questionable activity! This place is great, besides being too expensive, I will keep my stuff here as long as long as Jenn is around.! 5 stars isnt enough! 10+

I checked out several storage places online, but the public storage in corona had the best reviews and the best prices! A lot of other reviews said how nice the staff was and as soon as I walked in I experienced the same great service! Leanne was very nice. She physically walked me to my storage space I rented and showed me how to open/close my space and how to get in and out of the gate. She made sure I fully understand everything I was signing as well. The facility was very clean! I highly recommend this public storage facility.

The best service! I went in with my cousin to check out s storage place and had a certain size in mind. Jen helped us out by asking what we had. The room I thought was going to work was way too small but the great thing Is that she showed it to us anyways so we could see why it wouldnt work. Then she showed us another locker that was perfect! My experience here was great! I was running late on my appointment because of traffic, and they stayed open late to help me. LaurieB and her co-worker were very patient, and really made sure that I got the best price.

I rented this unit a month ago and the assistant Jennifer was super friendly and helpful. She was considerate enough to recommend me save a photo of the gate code in the cellphone in case many customers forgot to bring their code sheets when revisiting. All these details make it an impressive experience.

Jen is the most helpful and seriously the nicest staff member that Ive ever met at a storafe facility. She knows her job backwards and forwards and is more than willing to go out if her way to help a customer. Never met any staff member like her. Shes someone public storage is LUCKY to have.

I am a gate/access control technician who services Public Storage all over Southern California, I have been to so many properties and have met so many store managers. Jennifer works at this location and I have to say that she is quite spectacular at her job. I have seen her deal with customers, she is genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely has her customers, and vendors best interests at heart. This property is clean, in a nice area, and the security is top notch, I should know, We help keep it that way! :)I definently recommend this Public Storage for your storage needs!
