This place does not take care their customer. Their tires are worm out after 7 months. The tire’s brand is Landsail. I encourage to use Discount tire, cheaper and more reliable. Never come back this place.

They let someone else use my card in their shop and they will not speak to me about it. They hung up on me several times. They lied about when their secretary debrah would be in. They refuse to even talk to me about what happened. They forgot to put me on hold and I heard the worker talking to the owner in plain English. They said the owner doesn’t speak English, very unprofessional. I guess I will have to get the police involved. BEWARE THIS BUSINESS!!

15 bucks and 10 minutes to fix a nail in my tire. We tipped the guys doing the work because they were outstanding. It was pretty cool that we got to watch the whole thing from the benches.

I asked how much a used tire would be for my truck and was told $70. (Which the price changes Every time I ask). So I offered 4 used tires that I just purshased that happened to be the wrong size for my truck. I offered 4 Good used tires ($210 value) for only 1 ($70 value) of their used tires and was told That I would still have to pay something. I was confused, so I offered $20 extra bucks on top of the 4 tires and was told they are short handed and I got walked away from. Real unprofessional, greedy, and rude. It was a fat Mexican dude who turned him back on a customer. I feel Sad for the owners of this business. The owner shouldn’t let this man deal with customers. Straight trash.

Ive used them in the past several times for multiple reasons. I can say everytime it is fast service. Whether its a single new tire, a set or a flat repair they have been very fast with excellent customer service and support.They also have some GREAT prices compared to most.

Roy was awesome! He helped me get the tire valve cap off my vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I didnt have anything in my tire! It was just low on air! This is my go-to place for tires! Fast service, friendly staff and reasonable prices! Today, I had to replace a tire that I would normally have to special order. But, I was told if I could wait 1-1 1/2 hours, they would get the tire for me and install today! And, actually it didnt even take that long!

I’ve used these guys for years. For flats and tire repairs they are just as good as the national brands like Discount Tire and Firestone but without the hours of waiting to get the job done and all of attempts to up-sell you more BS. HOWEVER, each Banuelos is independent and they ARE NOT all equal in service and quality. This is the only one that I have had the consistent quality of service at.

I had a flat on my riding lawnmower. They are 20X8 tires and not many want to mess with them. I walked in and as soon as I got to the counter a technician grabbed the tire and started to repair it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I looked around while waiting and they have tires for just about everyone needs.

NO stars. Will never recommend this place to any one. Took in brand new coated rims to get tires mounted there and they scratched all of them and took of the finish all around the bead area. They beat these rims up bad!!! Even after showing them time stamped pictures that they were perfect before coming into their shop.They said they will not take responsibility for the damage that they have done. Rude and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They replaced the valve stem on a friends tire then that tire blew out. Roy, the manager replaced the tire right away for me and the technicians were super nice, even loaded the tire for me. Thanks!

This place is fast and affordable. The Toyota dealership told me I needed a new tire due to a nail that couldn’t be patched. They wanted to charge me $120. I took it here and they patched it for $15. That was over 6 months ago and it’s still running strong. They’ve given me great prices on tires in the past. Very friendly customer service. Highly recommend.

2 full hours to have 4 tires installed. Not counting wait time and I was the first one through the door and they started right away. 2 hours is how long it took them start to finish to install 4 tires. Slow incompetent and rude customer service with workers barking out instructions to customers and most definitely OVERPRICED. Avoid at all costs. Go to Bay auto instead. Gave them a second chance and regret it.

Everytime Ive taken my vehicles here, they have always been reasonably priced and fast service.

The owner Edward is an arrogant, slime ball, and a crook. These so called experts took off my Pittman arm from my steering gear box with a torch and it melted the seals in my gear box and it is leaking fluid now. They will not take responsibly for thier mess up and repace my part. They are trying to say that they told me that if they kept working on it they mite mess something up, but they could of refused to work on it anytime to avoid responsibly of damaging anything. Not only am I out a half a days worth of work, but also $300 for a new steering gear box and hoses. The only thing they are offering me is free labor.

I was about to leave town, and I noticed a nail in my back driver side tire. I pulled into Banuelos and he popped it off, patched it, and aired all my tires in about 10 minutes. Great service.

Received an out the door price while negotiating and the was given a new price after taxes upon checkout. I don’t appreciate a man or a business that doesn’t stand by its word. But I certainly didn’t appreciate the dedicated servicing crew. They work hard and fast.

Always have had a good experience with this location. If you go to a discount tire shop you should know what to expect. They have always done good work in tire repair and rotating/balancing. Most of these reviews are from uppity people who dont know any better. Mgmt has also chgd in the last year, much better service.

They offer new and used tires every time Ive been there to buy used tires none of their shops have the tires I need. One other thing Ive bee there to replace tie - rods and they did not have time to do the service of fix my vehicle.
