Walked in and was immediately greeted. They were patient and very knowledgeable about the different phone options and plans available. They were able to save me $600 towards the new iPhone with the current in store promotion. Didn’t feel rushed, nor pressured into anything. Great environment, and even better customer service.

I went in just about potentially purchasing a new phone in the near future. The attentive staff at the store treated me extremely nicely and were so exceptionally pleasant that I did not hesitate to inquire about procuring a new tablet. They graciously provided answers to all my questions and made it simple for me to get a new iPad and plan on getting a new Samsung phone.

I am not sure what is going on with this store. There is 1 guy working, customers spread out waiting on him to answer questions/help, but he seemed more concerned to flirt with one woman while there are 3 other customers waiting for service. I wasnt sure I was interpreting the talk/tone of the 1 guy working, but yea, he was talking about how he recommends a trip the the mall, the stores he likes, ect. Nothing related to sales/service. Important to note, there is a difference between building rapport with customers and flirting... was 100% flirting and leaving the other customers to fend for themselves. After 15 minutes, 1 worker does quick rounds to tell others what needs to be done for their needs, and I will admit, he is very knowledgeable, but 0% customer service skills. I can only hope he isnt the main employee. Terrible representation for Verizon as a company and Id highly recommend someone talk to the guy working today about work ethic and actually doing his job. Insult to injury, but I cant believe this dude is employed in a customer service role.

Brilliana was excellent. She was the only associate in the store and she tried to make sure everyone was attended too. The was an issue with the customers before us but when there was a moment she asked us questions. She did her best was was very pleasant and calm and never seemed bothered trying to juggle her work load. Perfect customer service!!!! Thank you Brilliana.

My phone broke on Sunday; life as we know it was over until I walked into this Verizon store on Saratoga. They were sympathetic to my plight and understood my sense of urgency. Now & these days everything is handled over the phone or via computer, not this store. This store did not redirect me, they went above & beyond, they saved me. I highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs ask for Jon.

I called ahead of time and asked if I could pick up a sim card for new activation, instead of going to S.Padre location, the guy said, yes no problem. Turns out he not only could not activate my phone, but wasted my time, and glitched to whole process by adding another SIM card to the account. Thanks man! And..NO APOLIGIES from him. He blamed ME for ordering online. Verizon customer service is ridiculous. No masks or Fs given by any of the employees. Account cancelled before activation.

🤥 Ill give it 5 stars for the Customer service.. but Its cell phone service.! whats to like about it ?. They already have you bent over the barrel the minute you walk in. Knowing of course you need the necessity of the internet and you want the convenience of staying in touch annnd you would enjoy having the latest technology but you can definitely do without the contracts and all the hidden costs, surcharges and the ridiculous taxes when it comes time to pay up.

Service was great as usual. I did have to wait a bit since there was a line when I got to the store, but the staff was very attentive and quick to acknowledge people as they walked in the door. Once it was my turn, I was in and out very quickly for my pickup order.

Horrible experience! We were not greeted when we walked in. Multiple phone displays torn off the display case or no phones at all. Store has no music playing and is dirty. Employee “John or Josh” I forgot his name, but if you visit he is the one that looks like he doesn’t want to be there. He came up to us after 10 min of standing at his desk looking miserable. No smile just told us his name and to follow him. Once we reached the desk I let him know we were looking to switch carriers to take advantage of the current promotion they were offering at the time. I asked how the Verizon Network stands out from its competitors. He stated with his mask hanging from his ear not covering his face, “Because if you want to be the best you have to have the best network”. That was it, no facts or statistics! I almost walked out there and then, but decided to ask what are your data plans and prices along with any fees. I also asked if the phone was free with the promotion going on. He told me “nothing is free and you will get a prepaid card 4-6 weeks later to put towards the phone. He then stated “I learned that when I got married.” and chuckled. That was it for me and I told him thank you and I wouldn’t be switching over today. His response was, “yeah if your looking to save money Verizon wasn’t the carrier for us.” I don’t ever leave reviews, but WOW. This visit showed me a display of poor location leadership and accountability. This employee is obviously not trained or disciplined enough to be alone with a customer!

April was very nice and professional. Told her I had call the Corp store here in town at SPID and EVERHART, no one answer and was directed to the automated system. So I call the Saratoga office, April answered right away, told me there was no appointment needed and I could come in right away and ask for her. Got my new phone and she set it all up within an hour. She is the BEST😊👍

My father went in today, and although we have been with Verizon for years this was his first time dealing with them with out me. Needless to say, he wanted to upgrade and when all was done all he could do was call me and rave about the service. The young lady, Brilliana, sorry it I spelt it wrong, was extremely helpful to him. She made sure that my father understood how to work everything and insured that he had what he needed. So huge thanks for taking care off him!!!!!!!

Never says hi no smile and always getting into peoples conversations while theyre talking amongst themselves how rude is that ! I told my husband n he was so mad ! So this last time I went i saw 2 ladies there, well come to find out he was OFF THIS DAY lol so I told my husband not to meet me there after all lol 😅 was very happy :)

Walked into the store and no one acknowledged my wife and I walking in. One person was working so we walked around for about 10 minutes and still no acknowledgment. Sales person never got off his chair. Store is the dirtiest Verizon Store I been to with no customer service at all. 2nd time I go and I had to write a review on how bad it was. I hope it get better.

Bri and CiCi were great! I came in last minute, they accommodated what I needed immediately (new phone). I had to keep them there a little late, and they sincerely seemed happy to stay over and help make sure that I had everything that I needed before I left, and made sure I was happy with my plan before I went home. I’ve been a Verizon customer since they merged with Alltell and service reps like Bri and CiCi will keep me around. Happy Holidays!

Representative will do anything to make a sell and not have to do any actual work. Went for a new phone....we dont do that anymore. Renewed contract but representative lied about the program. Contacted Verizon and they made the excuse that COVID has been difficult on everyone which has nothing to do with misrepresenting your services. Whatta crock

Friendly and helpful but watch out for the mandatory $40.00 fee charged to set up your phone. Went in to buy an iPhone but happily left empty handed rather than paying $40.00 for someone to click English, and a few other buttons required to complete the iPhone set up process.

The 2 girls working here have the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. Yall need to take that gold nps flag down because its 3 years old and no longer holds true. Had them help 3 customers that came in after me to FINALLY tell me oh our computers are down, I cant pull up your order but can help everyone else check out just fine. Trash service. For 2 phones Ive already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Verizon store is THE BEST. I switched over from another carrier after 15 years (moment of silence), and the ladies in the store were super helpful with the transition.They were knowledgeable, patient, and everything ran smooth. They provided life advice, funny anecdotes, and one even gave me info on nutrition. Plus the manager’s hair is bomb. Five stars PLUS for this store !

This is one of the greatest stores I have ever been too. I was there about a month ago and also had great service from a young lady named Kaitlyn. This is the go to store in my book.

They charged me to activate my service with my sprint phone swearing they could get it unlocked. She lied! After 3 days I went to the main version store & had to buy a new phone because the sprint phone could not be unlocked. I was told by them to get a refund from the other store & 2 times she refused to refund me! Dont go here! Go to the main office on S.P.I.D. & Everheart!
