My husband and I went in yesterday looking to get into new phones. We were greeted upon arrival and assisted by Denice. She was AMAZING. Her customer service is the best yet. She not only helped us get into 2 IPhone 12 Pro Max, BUT she looked at our plan and realized we had been getting charged separately for over a year and fixed it before we left, we are now on a family plan and we will be saving over $100 a month on our phone bill. Thank you Denice! Highly satisfied. We will be returning to this location.
These people DO NOT know what theyre doing!!! Ugh! I went in to upgrade my Apple Watch (which has my cell number on it when Im away from my phone), well after an hour (1 HOUR) of waiting for them to finish, I let them know that I had an appointment. They said no problem, theyll be done soon. They said theyd call me if they needed anything else. So I left. SMH pretty soon I realize that my watch wont work away from my cell phone. SMH its linked to my phone but the cellular wont work. So I call t-mobile and somehow the workers at this location in Corpus Christi had not only disconnected my cell service, but also had given my watch a whole new phone number. Now I have to fix it.
They were great in switching my wifes phone over to T-Mobile at a much better plan than she had before. Thanks!

Not very good customer service. Not helpful at all, really. I wish cell phone companies would treat their long time customers better-shame on you, T-Mobile!

If your gonna buy a phone save yourself $20.00 and buy it online. You will be charged a upgrade fee just for buying a phone in the store.
Everyone but the manager are great at this store. He sold me a defective phone and acted as if it were my fault that it wasnt working. I have never been disregarded in such a manor. I really hope that he can change his attitude because Tmobile will lose lots of business with team members like that. I ledt the store paying almost a thousand dollars. So much for great customer service during this pandemic .

Stopped by this location to pay my bill. The employee that helped me was very helpful and very polite. The music being played in the very relaxing and the store was very clean. Definitely going back to this location for any having to do with my T-Mobile account!

Id give this store a 0 star,but wont let me write a review.. every month i get charged for a phone i paid off and have to go to this store to get credit which i NEVER have only for employees to tell me the manager isnt there.. he never is!!! And then get tlld i have to call some other numer for assistance with my problem.
I’ve never gone to the store before where they were actually able to do anything. Every time I go in they just call the customer service line and pass me off. The people are nice enough when you walk in, they say “hi” and “we’ll be right with you” but as soon as you get someone they do nothing. Last time I was there the girl didn’t even listen to my problem or check identification, she just opened their app on my phone and told me I could fix anything through there. The app didn’t work. She called the customer service line and they put me on hold. The only thing this store does well is take your money and even that is a hassle sometimes. A more worthless bunch of reps could not be found with a hundred grand and a fb page.
This store has been very helpful and has gone the extra mile to keep our business. Store manager is great and gets the job done without having any extra stress or complications.
My wife and I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. We used this store, we were the only ones in the store and our experience was phenomenal. I can see why they call themselves the un-carrier.

I prefer this T-Mobile store over the one at the mall and the one on airline. They are nicer here and there is never a line here.

At least update your hours to help your customers know when you are open and closed. Showing up at a place across town just to find that their hours are wrong and outdated is a waste of time. Look out for your customers if thats what your job is
