Always had an outstanding service in this place till today. Needed a screen protector for an iPhone.Came in today at 11:58am and realized that they open at 12pm.Waited in my car for 15 mins looking at the sign to be flipped and the door to be unlocked. At 12:13 nobody opened and I called in three times, nobody picked up.Called back an hour later, lady picked up. I asked her if they are opened today, she said “yes, since I picked up the phone”. Okay? ...Stopped by around 330. My iPhone was brand new and had a seal all around it. So, the lady who was putting a new screen had to take it off. The first screen protector she put on was all crooked and she wanted to hand me the phone just like that. I asked her to fix it since it was crooked ( it was literally covering half of the speaker and microphone next to front camera).She took it off and had to put a new screen protector . The new one was less crooked but the edges look bubbleee. I don’t like it. I was in a rush and didn’t want to spend a long time in there since coronavirus. I know, my screen protector was only 10$, but does it mean I have to get bad service?? Don’t think I will ever be back. nor my husband ( nor any of my friends who ask for the best iPhone service in town).

It’s a toss up. I have been coming here for a while now and the guys do a GREAT JOB when fixing my screen. I NEVER have any issues with them or my phone. However today I went and a female was working and when I got my phone back my Touch ID was COMPLETELY disabled and my finger prints were deleted my Apple Pay was disconnected from my bank account and all my apps had to be reinstalled . I really don’t appreciate having to look for places who can fix this problem

Ive been to this Iphone repair shop more than a handful of times to replace my screen multiple times. Cleaning of the charge ports. The jobs have always gotten done in a timely manner. Ive sent family and coworkers here. Very reasonably priced. Owner has always given great customer service and communication skills on the job that needs to be done. Only place Ill take my phone.

Brought my iPad here to be fixed (screen was cracked)...Their first attempt was failure, the glass was not even installed correctly. The glass was off center which resulted in a gap between the glass and the edge of my iPad. Upon bringing it back, the owner would not take responsibility at first “It wasn’t me..must have been my help”...Then second time around, the gap was fixed but now there are “voids” in the touch screen where it doesn’t register your touch...the IPad worked better when it was broken... Stay away from these guys and get your electronics fixed across the street at the other repair shop.

Awesome service! They even stayed a little late to finish the repair on my IPhone! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs their IPhone repaired. I searched and called every smartphone repair shop in Corpus Christi and either the part I needed had to be ordered or they simply wouldn’t be able to do the repair. iFix iPhonez was able to help me out and do so at a reasonable price! After 3 months of waiting for my IPad to be fixed and unfortunate accidents I finally received it yesterday! I must say even during my “tantrum” and being very frustrated/upset in month 2 the Gentlemen stayed calm, still tried and did his very best to fix the situation. He worked with my husband and came up with the next best solution! Although we may not return in the future, I have to give them the credit they deserve for doing their very best to help their customers. Thank you and I’m so happy just to make my job a little easier again!

I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I would say his prices are far lower than most. Had my phone repaired in half an hour. Started talking to him and I found out he’s been doing this for about a decade, and it shows. He even took the bend out of my iPhone 6 and I didn’t even have to ask.

My phone went in completely damaged. Screen cracked, battery was damage, the housing was split open and bent! I took my phone in and they fixed it 100% it’s literally like a brand new phone. I was so pleased and amazed with the work they did on my phone. The prices were reasonable and services was done in a few hours. Highly recommend.

Aweful!!! My phone was really badly cracked, the whole screen. It still was displaying and i could cycle through screens and open apps etc. But sometimes it would go black. Anyways i brought it here 03/11 and had them replace it with the more expensive of the two options. When i returned everything seemed okay, no noticeable problems. A day later i started to get ghost keys while typing (letters that i was not pressing were being typed). The problem was not getting any worse and it wasnt unbearable so i didnt really care. Then Friday night i went out to eat with the family and when i left the restaurant i pulled out my phone to check it and the screen was black. I looked at it closer and it also had a tiny hairline crack on it. I had not dropped it or done anything that would have caused a crack and it was in its case. I went to the store today, and first the guy who opened was 10 minutes late, then when he did arrive he had an attitude and said i needed to wait outside cause he still needed some time to set up. Anyways i got in to see what they could do thinking it would be covered by their warranty. It was not, they advised i would need to buy a whole new one, the most they could do was reduce the cost by $5.00. The gentleman assisting me said that the screen went black because it was cracked. I asked him why my other one was cracked way worse and still worked, and he again insisted the crack made the screen not work.... I have never replaced an IphoneX screen but i have replaced an 8s screen and looked at videos for replacing the Xs sceen. The screen being cracked has nothing to do with it working or not. Worst customer service ever.......
