Initial good experience-My daughter dropped her I phone and the screen went black. We thought they fixed it and for $125 seemed reasonable but the next day we realized we could not hear anything including the ringtone unless phone was on speaker. We were out of town but brought it in when we returned less than a week later to see if they could fix that as well. The tech was rude- said she would take a look but could tell that we had dropped the phone again (which was not the case.) We Ended up taking the phone to Best Buy. I had to pay a lot more but at least was treated w respect and wasn’t called a liar.

They are super fast, easy and affordable got me in and out less then 1 hour!! Love the service and love the outcome of the business! 10/10 would recommended!!

Smart phone repairz did an amazing job replacing my cracked screen for Samsung galaxy 5g+. I was somewhat skeptical at first but I was unable to use my phone due to the screen being cracked so I decided to take it in. They provided quick, professional service replacing the old cracked screen with a new one making my phone usable once again; its just like new. Amazing, superb job, thank you.

They were quick & efficient & very good customer service. Only bad thing is they dont do a military discount, other than that will use again if I my phone gets cracked. BTW left my phone on saddlebag on bike, got a short distance & it hit the ground, case came off, only cracked the back not the front.

I purchased the water damage treatment for my iPhone from Smart Phone Repairz. Upon completing the treatment, it was determined that I would need a new screen and new battery to make the phone operational. After spending about $300 to get my phone up and working, my phone screen quit working just 2 weeks after the repairs were completed (phone still rings / receives texts). I speculate the failure was due to poor quality replacement parts. When I returned to see what could be done to fix my phone, I was politely informed I could pay the full price of $120 plus tax for a replacement screen and that really water treatment is intended to allow you to back up your device so you can restore a copy to a new phone. Essentially, fixing a water-damaged phone is a temporary patch and that I should not expect lasting effects even if I have the screen replaced again. If I had known this ahead of time, I would not have opted for a new battery on a phone that was only expect to last for a few days. Although I have had several positive prior experiences with screen repairs at this location, I was disappointed to see just how little effort was made to determine the root cause of my issues during my final encounter. ** Update: Upon further inspection of my iPhone, I noticed the 2 screws near the lighting port were missing. Additionally, when I opened the phone there was no adhesive securing the new screen and several screws and the cover plate for the electrical connecters were omitted. This probably contributed to the early failure of the repair. **

They did an amazing job replacing the back of my Galaxy S20 in May 2020 when my son broke it a week after I got it. Then recently the back started coming off & Ill admit I questioned it, to find out that my careless over charging of my phone led to my battery expanding (separating the back from my phone) & it almost exploded! Thank God for this company & their ability to replace my battery for a reasonable price within 2 hours of me dropping it off. They also take security very seriously & have great staff. Forever grateful & highly recommend.

Brought my phone in for a simple battery replacement. They damaged the lcd screen in the process and refused to fix it. So called female manager, refused to give her name or any contact information for corporate management.BEWARE!!! Dont trust these people with your phone!

Had my phone screen replaced, called the next day to let them know that the issue was still there. Told me I could bring it in that I had 30 days. I was in Dallas at the time and did not inform me that I could have taken it there. When I came back to corpus I brought it in and they said they couldn’t fix it cause there were light scratches already on the phone. I said y’all put a faulty screen on and she said i couldn’t prove it. Asked to talk with the manager/owner and she said they don’t talk with clients. I had taken my phones here previously and never this kind of service and attitude. Will not come back here and would not recommend this place to anyone anymore.The one star is just for allowing me to leave the review

I called to have my phone screen repaired and they quoted me a price and told me to take my phone in. When I arrived they raised the price 7 times what they told me so I left. When I walked outside to use my phone it was in a weird system function and I could not use it. I took it back inside and the clerk said he didnt do that, mind you he had my phone in the back room. And no, I never requested the back of my phone to be repaired. Even in your store your clerk said he messed up, not me. Id appreciate some honesty out of your company. Why not post the video of your clerk taking my phone to the back not once but twice. Just wow on your professionalism.

I took my Galaxy A51 5G in to have the screen replaced and was helped by a very nice clerk paid in full and they ordered the LCD screen. I had a friend drop off my phone when the screen had come and had them pick it up as well. I got my phone back around 7:30 on Friday because my friend picked it up and brought it to my work so I could verify it was working correctly.The fingerprint scanner was not working correctly at first and it took maybe 5-10 minutes of me trying to scan my finger and adding another finger for it to work some of the time and there was also what looked like glue or something around the edges of my screen but I was still okay with that.The next morning I tried to put my tempered glass screen protector on and noticed that vertical white lines were appearing on the right side of my screen when I was pressing the air bubbles out and upon further inspection I noticed that the bottom right corner was raised a little bit and it just seemed a little out of position. I decided I would take it back to them on my next day off as I usually work 9-8. I went in on Monday and explained the issue and the man I spoke to went to the back to ask what they could do I guess. (though I didnt tell him the screen was raised on that corner just about the lines when you press the screen). He spoke to a lady in the back and the came out and told me it would be another 120+tax to fix the issue. I was confused and upset seeing as how I had not dropped the phone or done anything to it since recieveing it other than put on my screen protector.The lady came out and rudely told me that the issue is not covered under warranty and that I definitely dropped it or sat on it and caused the damage myself. I explained that it had been happening since the morning after recieveing it barely 12 hours after getting it and I hadnt dropped it or dont anything to it. She insisted that I must have because if it was the screen it would have shown the issue day 1. I tried to explain that it showed the next morning within a 24 hour period but she insisted it would be and there 120+tax charge.I have only had the phone for about 2 weeks and now the screen has turned black with just the white lines and the screen doesnt display anything.I recommend you throughly check your phone out in their store before leaving with it if you choose to go with them but I also would recommend going somewhere else. This is my first time in this store and definitely my last.

I went to get my screen replaced and ended up with no phone!!! I had to buy a new one. They reset my phone and deleted all my photos ect. When I told them it was not working they told me I had no proof it was in working condition! Which it was 100% in working condition. Never in my life have I came across people that so so unhonest. Beware!! And have proof your device is up and working! Which won’t matter because they don’t care anyway!! Reconcile! For y’all to just order me another phone that I had to pay for. smh that is not reconciling lol! And I just hear damage that was done! I thought my phone was not working? Y’all people are crooks and I hope karma gets you from all the people that have been screwed over by y’all.

Got phone back screen was a different color but not a big difference. Worked fine for a couple days then started showing a bunch of colored patterns all over the screen. Paid over 100 for my screen to look worst would not recommend and definitely not going back. Only reason for 2 stars because the lady who helped me was very sweet.

So, I recently just got my tablet fixed from there and I am not satisfied with the time management or repair.I first called to see if my part was in stock and it wasnt. So I went in person and paid to get the screen in. the gentleman told me to wait 3 to 5 days and I had to wait a week and a half for the part to come in (wasnt a big deal). I drop it off the day they call me in around 1pm and told me it would be ready with in 3 to 5 hours. I had to wait till closing to receive my tablet (7 hours) and when I got it back, it had glue around the bottom of the screen and now the LED light shines through the bottom where the new screen meets the body of the device...If it would have taken a week to come in, he should have told me that. If he would have told me they had a lot of devices to repair and i would get it by the end of the day, i would have been fine with it if he just told me that. But, the quality I got my tablets back in is below my standard. I respect small businesses and like to go to them when I need help, but i expected a better quality repair if they kept my device for that long... i wouldnt even be writing this if it came back in great condition...I rememeber name of the gentleman that helped me but would rather not state his name publicly.Also what confused me a bit; I went there prior to this situation with my device and was told it would be 150 for the repair so I left trying to look for a cheaper price.. when I couldnt find anything else, I went back to them without it they charged me 130.. i dont know if that was the difference in how they repaired it, but i dont think i will be doing business with them again.

Let me start by saying that these young people are the best! I have two iPads that I took in to have screens replaced. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and courteous! I dropped off both iPads and they kept in touch with me the whole time. They never tried to sell me anything extra, or pressure me into anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. I did need a camera replaced on one of the iPads, but they even told me how I could work around that. To top everything off, one of the iPads that I took in didn’t have a cover to protect it, and they so generously gave me a brand new one. My iPads are working great, they look fabulous, and if I had a complaint, it would be about myself, wondering what took me so long to get over there! Again, this group of experts are the best, and if ever I need iPad assistance, they are my go to company! I super highly recommend them!

I went in because my phone was stuck in the Apple reboot loop. Then it was showing the red battery. I tried to plug into iTunes on Mac, didn’t work. I tried everything to fix it. Geovonni fixed it within 2 hours! I was blown away with his work! He did amazing and had amazing communication skills. He called me and told me exactly what he did and that it was all back to normal. Turns out it was a faulty camera cord inside. Wow! Thank you sooooo much Geovonni for repairing my iPhone after an entire day of it being stuck on the reboot loop!!!

My note 10 stopped charging. I called these guys and they said drop it off and they will look at it. I dropped it my phone off and 3 hours later they had it fixed all together about 75 dollars definitely fast service and cheap.

VERY UNSATISFIED! Highly Disappointed.I had an older phone (LG Fortune 2). For 2 and a half years, it had zero problems untill the charging port gave out. They told me it would be fixed by that Saturday, but was not done untill Monday. The first inconvenience, frustrating but understandable. When returned to me, the charging port was fixed but they managed to break the mic, to where the phone was no longer of use. In their defense, they had no way of verifying that the mic was fine, because I had brought the phone in completely dead and it could not charge. But what got me, was listening to the receptionist tell the techs in the back my problem and hearing them say Well if hes being difficult, then he can figure it out himself. Their solution was for me to purchase the exact same phone from them and to move all my info to it. Defeating the purpose of me trying to repair and save my phone.All in all, I basically payed $60 for them to allow me to access my phone contacts, pics etc. But broke it even worse in the process. No remorse and no apology.I wont be going back and wont ever send them business.

They replaced the back cover of my iPhone, when I got home the side buttons weren’t working. Took it back to them the next day and the lady told me those buttons weren’t working before I took it for repair, the phone was working otherwise I will not spend for repair case etc. I would have gotten a new phone. She proceeded to tell me that the side was already shattered and they don’t give any guarantee. Basically told me I need a new phone. You couldn’t have told me this before you got my money? Told me to have a good day and turned her back. Despicable customer service.
