Went to buy a new phone. Ive been with boost for a while now. There was a new foreign dude working the register, he seemed really jittery and nervous so I was trying to be extra nice to make him feel calmer. I wanted to get two of the newest model iPhone or Androids, I had no specific preference as long as they were the newest models. My husband and I were walking around trying to find what phone we wanted, the worker was no help. He kept telling my husband to sit down, like over and over. It got extremely annoying as we were trying to make major purchases and wanted to look around. After we found which phone we were instructed was the newest model android, I wanted phone cases, glass screen protectors and dash board holders for our phones. I was pretty unsure of which case I wanted and needed to be sure I got one the would be able to accommodate the function of the dash board holder. The workers kept taking the holder out of the package so I could see if the case was compatible and then he would put it back in the package and back in the wall. This happened at least 3 times. I was so irritated I didnt even end up testing out the case I ended up chosing. I dont know if he thought I was going to put a huge box under my shirt and try and steal it or??? Well I spent a lot of money only to come home and find out the phones I bought were like 8 models old from the actual newest make I wanted AND the case didnt work with the dash board holder. Biggest waste of money and time ever. Also, our phones have NEVER not once been able to connect to any Bluetooth devices. What a waste an absolute waste.
Great customer service, Larissa is very helpful in choosing the right phones for our family. Took no time at all and she was friendly during the entire process. We will definitely be back.

BEWARE OF FRAUDIf you have mistakenly signed a contract for the BoostUp installment plan, and especially if you sold the phone to Janessa to offset the cost, PLEASE submit a formal fraud complaint against the store with Boost Mobile.Janessa withheld the details of the BoostUp installment plan, saying that the phone was just $50 because I was a customer for a year. (I have a witness to confirm. I did not misunderstand her.) Later when I figured it out, and tried to return the $600 phone to the store, Janessa, a manager, and another employee told me several lies: that the contract was through a third party business separate from Boost Mobile entirely, therefore it was out of the store’s hands. Janessa and the other employee gave me two different names for this third party, and a phone number, which turned out to just be the Boost customer service line. It was also suggested that if I am truly unable to return the phone, and am really desperate, then I can sell it to Janessa, at a lower price of course!After speaking to customer service several times, it was revealed to me that what the store told me was false. A fraud investigation has been opened. When I requested the receipts, I managed to get the receipt for the activation of the phone, but the receipt for the phone itself had mysteriously disappeared from the store computer! What an incredible coincidence!It’s clear that the scheme is this: trick the customer into signing into a contract with lies of omission. When the installment plan comes due, the return window will likely be up. Explain to the customer that they are basically screwed, and cant get out of the contract. Then, Janessa “helps” the desperate customer, buying the phone for less than its worth. Then, she can sell the phone for a profit.If this has happened to you, PLEASE call Boost. You may need to explain it several times and call them back several times, but please submit a formal complaint against the store.
