Im with a local volunteer fire dept and I came in there to have a 5$ connector put on my intena, as I dont have the proper tools for the job, and they charged me $46.55 for the service and connector. When I questioned the price, he said it took him half an hour to do the work when I had been in the building no longer than 10 min! If thats how they treat a small purchase customer then so be it.I am extremely disappointed with the company.
